越南菜都係香港常見嘅一個東南亞菜式,有別於泰國菜嘅辣,越南嘅食物通常都冇泰國菜咁搶火,微微溫溫非常適合香港人嘅口味。今日屋企人帶路,去到一間位於紅磡一條小街裏面嘅一間隱世越南菜,而家一間越南菜係由正宗嘅越南老闆掌勺,舖頭簡潔明亮沒有太多嘅花巧,而可能都係呢個原因所以價錢相對地係非常之抵食,午餐一個越南菜竟然係四十幾蚊已經可以食到!🐷河內燒豬肉撈檬侍應話呢一間招牌菜就係河內燒豬肉撈檬粉,裏面有燒豬肉丸豬扒同埋燒豬頸肉浸住一兜要嚟撈檬粉特製嘅醬汁,師兄姐姐話呢個檬粉唔使加枱面上面嘅醬料只需要用返浸住燒豬肉嘅醬汁嚟撈已經好好食!燒豬肉丸係我第一次食嘅,感覺非常好裏面肉質係一粒一粒,燒豬頸肉同埋豬扒應該係經過香茅醃製有一種獨特嘅香料味撈埋落檬粉嗰度一流👍🐔越式雞扒湯河雞扒好厚好大塊,湯底係純正嘅越南式湯底有洋蔥香茅等等嘅配料,幼細嘅河粉滑捋捋,非常值得講嘅就係雞扒燒得恰到好處,一碗粉加埋嘢飲四50蚊真係好抵!🦑特色墨魚餅墨魚餅配有沾食嘅越南辣醬,肉質爽彈裏面有好大粒嘅墨魚粒,辣醬就唔會太搶口,係一個非常唔錯嘅選擇!🥤芒果沙冰,越南桔仔冰芒果沙冰係一個令我好意外嘅飲品,有別於一般用芒果糖漿調製,

侍應話呢一間招牌菜就係河內燒豬肉撈檬粉,
裏面有燒豬肉丸豬扒同埋燒豬頸肉浸住一兜要嚟撈檬粉特製嘅醬汁,

雞扒好厚好大塊,湯底係純正嘅越南式湯底有洋蔥香茅等等嘅配料,

🥤芒果沙冰,越南桔仔冰
芒果沙冰係一個令我好意外嘅飲品,
有別於一般用芒果糖漿調製,呢度係用新鮮嘅芒果肉打出嚟,唔會假甜!飲完唔會口渴!
越南桔仔冰嘅茶底係用茉莉花茶,甜甜地加上桔仔好有夏天嘅氣息
