特色蒜蓉撈丁,爆多蒜蓉,趁熱撈勻食,滿腔蒜蓉味,重口味人士必食!


麻辣海蜇,有驚喜的小菜,每一口都食到撲鼻的麻油香,不過辣椒仔有點多,偏辣!


燒餈飯,餈飯細個讀書時食好多,但燒餈飯第一次食,外表燒到焦香,有點似煲仔飯底層嘅飯焦,味道不錯。


皇牌燒牛舌,叫得講係皇牌梗係叫一串試試,牛舌厚切但完全唔韌,沾上少許孜然粉令味道提升了一個層次!


日式煉奶燒麻糬,原來串燒鋪有甜品串燒,麻糬燒到脹卜卜,再沾上煉奶和花生粉,一個字正!


總結,上枱速度快,串燒款式多有驚喜,味道不錯,人均約$150。

串燒全部都有落少少辣椒粉調味,食落微辣好惹味。唔食得辣要同店員講聲喇。枱上亦有提供孜然粉同辣椒粉,鍾意食重口味可以自己再加。整體嚟講串燒選擇多,食物質素好。下次可以再去試其他的串燒😅 老公愛吃串燒,久不久吃一餐也不錯啊!

下午6時入座已經超多客人了,點菜用了一點時間,但上菜時間挺快的,即叫即燒來說非常讚,某些食物是用錫紙包住,除了可保留醬汁外,更能保溫,所以我們點了海蜆和龍脷柳都可以稍後時間食,而最讚的是薑葱廣島蠔,蠔肉質非常鮮,醬汁濃而不油膩。餐蛋串串亦是十分有趣,將玉子燒和厚粒午餐肉夾在一起,有香港的味道。最考功夫應該是燒蔬菜類,太乾入不了口,未熟又上不了枱,今次我們點了燒菜心,火喉剛剛,keep到仍然有水份但又熟,加上孜然粉更見突出。鹿兒島豚肉,牛小排都是肉類串燒,味道不錯。嚮鈴甜甜脆脆,味道有驚喜。原隻魷魚亦非常鮮味嫰口,好好食的一餐。
