遇着咁啱星期六得閒,就叫埋兩個朋友仔,我哋一行三人,去咗We Go Mall 一窩蜂嗰度食佢嘅lunch set. 之前聽住附近嘅朋友仔有介紹過,其實一路都好想試㗎啦,不過到撞唔啱時間,今日終於嚟到啦。我哋叫咗鹽酥蚵仔肉燥飯,鹽酥雞粒肉燥飯同埋麻辣湯鮮魚腐鴨血淮山麵,跟餐仲有三款前菜,不過不失,但最有驚喜嘅就係佢嗰個燉湯,我哋今日呢個係蟲草花烏雞燉湯So far嚟講,呢間餐廳都係屬於少鹽少油,都係健康嘅選擇❤️我哋差唔多食完嘅時候仲撞到個朋友仔一家四口嚟打lunch邊爐,見到佢個海鮮拼盤,我忍唔住偷拍🤭笑死🤣

一家大細踩完單車經過,見門面古色古香入去試下,門面都幾大,枱與枱都有啲距離,加上木爛分隔,夠晒私隱👍見到幾枱打緊邊爐都幾熱鬧,我帶住2個細路唔方便打邊爐,簡簡單單散叫就算。老婆就食咗碗淮山麵佢話好好味🤣我想食隻雞翼都唔俾天麻魚頭豆腐湯🤤阿女話好飲飲咗2碗🤣魚頭肉都食埋呢盅燉湯冇留意係送定係跟個湯飯,汆過水冇雜質清甜、花膠蟲草花竹絲雞件沉晒底淨食湯渣都好滿足🥰足料海鮮湯飯生蝦、元貝、加埋大大粒蠔補充足夠鋅與蛋白🥰

眼見門面裝修唔錯,價錢合理,諗住試下。點知一落單就話餐牌改咗,免費湯底得返3款,其他所謂養生湯就要+$68。然後食落就發覺……任食,但係叫咗嘢食一直唔到。追左幾次都話準備緊。食物質素:牛肉’鞋’同’un’,脆肉鯇一夾就爛,好霉。雲吞水餃d餡,一食就即刻lur返出嚟,又係一啲霉嘅豬肉咁,完全冇口感。佢話新鮮炸出嚟嘅魚皮,食落嘅口感好似擺咗幾日。食到呢度上返OpenRice睇下之前大家嘅評價,見到人話屙咗好多次,而家都好擔心…以上係個人嘅親身體驗勸大家三思

去到門口 有個 侍應姐姐行出嚟 招呼我哋, 亦都介紹門口餐牌嘅套餐, 好細心說明套餐分別, 令我呢啲有選擇困難症嘅人好快揀啱咗適合自己嘅套餐, 佢安排咗我哋坐咗喺門口側邊位置, 我好奇一問問佢同另一邊有咩分別, 我見嗰邊都有幾台食客喺度食緊,佢就話櫈子有分別,原來佢見到我媽咪係一位長者所以故意安排我哋坐一啲有ipad嘅櫈,嘩……呢啲位都會照顧得咁體貼真係值得加分👍🏼,但成晚見佢一個人不停走來走去又搬搬抬抬清潔落單補充比客自取食材招呼出菜同收錢都冇見到其他員工出現過,我心諗一間咁大嘅火鍋店,我目測有三千幾呎得一個樓面?傻的嗎? 搞到有時好想叫佢幫我加湯或者落單 我都唔敢叫😅見到佢一腳踢我唯有自己出去夾下丸頂住先, 但係咁喎, 佢忙到幾狼狽都好 都會不忘介紹下啲嘢食, 例如養生湯要飲咗湯先開始打邊爐,響鈴點樣食可以食到兩種口感,牛拼盤每個部位應該淥幾耐,呢點已經比起好多任食火鍋店乜都要自己搞,0招呼,因為係唔係都比咁多錢仲點會提供更多嘅服務, 更加會因為唔夠人 仲會黑口黑面攞啲客人發洩我都遇過唔少,所以今晚喺呢一間咁有特色嘅火鍋店享用咗一個咁出色嘅養生火鍋仲享受到一個窩心嘅待遇,搞到平時唔多寫飯後評論嘅我都想同大家分享一下呢個喜訊,原來香港服務業仲未死㗎!

平時行馬鞍山we go mall時,常常聞到陣陣川芎白芷魚頭湯嘅味道飄過,非常吸引,今日終於有時間去品嚐一窩烽嘅午餐,落單叫咗一個脆米湯飯餐,另外一個米線餐,好驚喜,餐湯竟然係都火侯十足嘅燉湯,兩個餐都非常足料,米線滑捋捋,湯飯加埋脆米好特別,依家天氣咁熱,食湯飯或米線做午餐,真係一流!8月份開始轉咗伙頭大將軍班底,真心比以前好咗好多,大師傅用心預備食材,讚!打邊爐美人鍋湯底真係一絕,連響鈴都係大師傅即叫即炸,完全唔油膩,真係佩服師傅嘅用心製作。個人覺得,全場只有一位樓面,由接待、帶位、送餐及收錢都係由佢一個人負責,我諗公司真係要正視吓人手編配嘅問題!
