係日本好多食肆都好常見既調味料,而香港既拉麵店不太常見既「柚子胡椒」同「梅子醬」!個人是好喜愛「柚子胡椒」,酸酸地好清新加上微微既胡椒味,加少少落拉麵到就已經可以將成碗拉麵昇華到另一個層次呀!

但有樣不滿的是,明明都係自己畫紙點餐食完就走既拉麵店,都冇咩服務可言,但竟然要收加一,俾得有點不情願

臨近母親節,周圍嘅餐廳都full booking,其他好多餐廳都要拎飛排籌,唯獨是呢間淨係排隊就可以,肚餓既媽媽同埋我忍唔住揀咗一間嚟食。我嗌左芝士湯底嘅拉麵,媽媽就叫咗黑蒜油拉麵, 拉麵份量好大,每一個碗設計都唔同,心意搭夠。湯底方面有啲鹹,亦都好濃郁,粒糖心蛋好出色,打開嘅時候啲蛋汁係會爆出黎,好刺激。另外最值得欣賞嘅係,佢有啲醬汁,有黑蒜蓉,我食到後期就加左好多,就變咗黑蒜油湯底,一個價錢兩個享受,十分好。小食方面都叫咗有炸雞,大阪燒,同埋餃子,全部味道都偏鹹。

這次假日和家人到這間剛開業不久的拉麵店用饍,點了一個黑蒜油叉燒拉麵 (實際名字已經忘掉,總而言之就是有黑蒜油有叉燒的普通拉麵)總括來說:叉燒肉質有點粗糙,麵質尚可,湯底味道沒有特別。因為不是太大的味蕾衝擊,也不算好味,所以應該不會再刻意來吃。

最近大埔又有一家新的拉麵店,這間是過江龍:俺流塩拉麵。每次想吃的時候都大排長龍,今次六時多去才不用等位!我選擇最普通的俺流熟成濃湯拉麵,由於沒有蛋,所以我另外再叫。湯底跟平時吃到的拉麵不同,平常的是豬骨湯底,但這裡的湯底是用雞骨去煮的!湯底的質感不會「漿住漿住」,如果喜歡吃鹹味的話應該會喜歡這個湯底!此外,桌上也有幾款醬料,還有一個牌子建議大家用哪種醬料配合,我就試了柚子胡椒和黑蒜蓉。老實說,這兩隻醬料和本來的湯底都很配合,我兩款都很喜歡!很難選擇究竟哪一種較好吃,大家可以試試看!至於麵質方面,我是選擇硬的,結果口感也符合我的期望而缺點,個人覺得不是很大問題,要說的話就是叉燒有點「鞋」,還有另外叫的蛋沒有味道但都不伯很嚴重。吃完之後就看到門外開始要排隊了!

湯底跟平時吃到的拉麵不同,平常的是豬骨湯底,但這裡的湯底是用雞骨去煮的!湯底的質感不會「漿住漿住」,如果喜歡吃鹹味的話應該會喜歡這個湯底!

係大埔,拉麵店並唔多,但最近係大埔超級城就開左呢間新野,就走入去試下。咁麵都有不少選擇,但同其他拉麵店有d唔同就係無得選擇叉燒嘅部位。咁店內亦有推介不同麵款配合咩醬汁會較合適。俺流柚子拉麵,湯底味道十分清淡,柚子味唔算濃,覺得一般,叉燒都ok,但隻蛋就唔太入味。黑蒜油熟成濃湯拉麵,黑蒜油味唔錯而且幾濃,湯亦都有d蒜片係度,都ok傢。俺流男盛拉麵都等左差唔多20分鐘先有得食,少少辣。呢個麵除左叉燒仲有炸雞。
