先不講紅蝦,單係 Risotto,近年好多餐廳要遷就客人口味,煮得稔到似軟飯,喜歡正宗口味的朋友,相信都會擰擰頭,好彩 Osteria 都能保持 al dente 的口感。

智利白鱈魚燴黑椰菜羽衣甘藍魚子醬(HK$ 388)


雖然魚子醬係主角,但個人反而覺得鱈魚更吸引。

先係魚肉肥厚,煎得金黃而微脆,魚油的香味個人好鍾意,魚骨一定有,但多是大骨,沒有討厭的碎骨,而且有健康的黑椰菜及羽衣甘藍,當然,有埋魚子醬就更吸引。

另一名物個人推薦 Affogato,以熱燙的特濃咖啡澆在朱古力球上,望著朱古力徐徐溶化,露出內裡的雲呢拿雪糕,讓旁邊的海綿蛋糕沾滿了可口的朱古力,口感豐腴,好睇又好食,超正。

另一道是「意大利火腿朝鮮薊雜菌黑橄欖薄餅」,賣相有點不規則,餅底應該是人手搓揉,問題不大,半溶的芝士有拉絲的質感,相當討好,幾顆碎黑橄欖帶來少許鹹香而不過火,加上火腿及雅枝竹,好吃就是這麼簡單,乾脆用手捌開,大口大口的咬落,餐具都不用了。

其他兩款主菜分別是「燒雞腿配馬鈴薯蓉及焗茴香」以及「辣番茄汁青口西蘭花螺絲粉」,選擇都幾多。

因為join了酒店的membership所以慣常去這間餐廳最近一次去3月25日發覺水準下跌不少頭盤自助餐方面選擇少了也不緊要可是主菜水準大大下跌了!叫了羊架不過羊肉唔好兼煎得唔好之前疫情前去係好的之後甜品還是一樣的可能疫情下以前廚房的西方人義大利廚師都走曬吧環境依舊但氣氛現在像茶餐廳 d廚師大叫上菜喇個d所以不打算繼續membership了

呢到最出名係tiramisu,一出爐個時仲要排隊拎,因為我筆得太核突就費事影相😂 tiramisu嘅cream好綿滑,夾雜住咖啡酒嘅香味,口感豐富又唔會好甜,不知不覺就會一啖接一啖~另外有啲brownie同蛋糕都唔錯~ 彌補返main course嘅失落😂

Tiramisu is soft fluffy good balance of cream and sponge cake, not too sweet, could add more rum!

朋友是這間餐廳的常客,今次飯局由她做搞手,選了來這裡吃半自助晚餐。自助餐沒有特別限時段,6點入座後,可以隨意坐到10點,絕對夠時間吃到飽。半自助餐主要以頭盤/前菜類食物為主,醃菜、風乾火腿和芝士的選擇都唔少,而且質素唔錯。仲有唔少的海鮮可以攞,蟹、蝦、三文魚,職員會keep住refill,所以食物都算新鮮。餐前麵包就不過不失。主菜上菜速度頗慢,可能是因為客人多而廚房小,不過可以食住自助前菜等還好。牛扒質素不過不失,份量偏小,應該是預了客人吃前菜吃飽了。最後每人一件tiramisu,非常綿滑,口感正宗。整體食物的質素不錯,未至於非常出色,但可以坐足全場傾吓計都幾好。
