今晚去左荃灣搵好野食,見到有間餐廳細細地個名好得意,叫做:吔咩嗲吔嘢事無所。門口既餐牌仲擺左好靚既甜品,見到都想食,所以決定揀依間啦~~未到7點但入到去餐廳都幾滿幾多人下。牆上仲貼左好多日本電影海報,草間彌生,下午茶係到叫個甜品打下卡應該幾chill幾文青呀🫢🫢晚餐叫左兩個定食,餐廳可以任揀1熱盤2冷盤或2熱盤1冷盤=$88, 想食多啲款式既都可以$98揀3熱盤+1冷盤或2熱盤+2冷盤。定食全部用上日本雞蛋同日本珍珠米!我地兩個人想盡量試多啲唔同款式,所以叫左兩個2熱盤+1冷盤定食: 安格斯牛櫛瓜卷配自製洋蔥蘋果醬(另加$20),秘製 Masala雞,鹿兒島吉列黑豚肉餅濃、即製惹味大阪燒、金平牛蒡、沙律菜配百香果柚子檸檬汁。每個定食仲配是日餐湯添。而今日嘅餐廳就係即打蘑菇雜菌湯!老闆話依排天氣轉凍,所以餐湯加多左胡椒,可以驅寒!原來牛蒡可以解毒、降血糖,係非常之天然嘅保健品!而係惹味大阪燒入邊都落咗好多蔬菜好健康。而每一樣餸菜入邊都會有一啲小小嘅蔬菜,例如粟米,肉類同蔬菜都會有,感覺好均衡好健康。味道方面唔會好濃郁好重口味,但係絕對可以撈埋啲飯一齊食得晒!例如安格斯牛櫛瓜卷係配上左好多

味道方面唔會好濃郁好重口味,但係絕對可以撈埋啲飯一齊食得晒!例如安格斯牛櫛瓜卷係配上左好多自製洋蔥蘋果醬,好fresh,balance返牛肉既味道,而牛肉仲可以揀全熟/5或7成熟添!

最後仲叫咗個甜品,日本大熱千層調色板:伯爵吉士配麻糬肉鬆。入面有伯爵吉士醬、自製麻糬、肉鬆、黑糖醬。

上好之後值得即時打返個卡!有麻糬嘅口感,亦有黑糖漿同吉士醬嘅甜味,加埋肉鬆一齊食十分之夾!!
整體而言,餐廳俾人感覺有日式家庭小店嘅感覺,嘢食嘅味道亦都好住家菜,冇味精,著重健康又好味!

Wed 11月8日 開始涼喺 鱟地坊 真係鶴立雞群,要食 精緻日式輕食 就一定要搵佢。舖頭唔係好大,但係裝修擺設別具心思,嚟到記得一定要望多兩眼,地方乾淨企理。佢哋嘅午餐定食menu出得幾好,前菜、冷菜嘅 combination 好 balance。$78嗰個已經好夠食,不過加多$10又可以多個餸真係好吸引,發揮到Compromise Effect。我哋就係抵受唔到佢嘅誘惑,所以叫咗:- 安格拉斯牛扒鍵自製蘋果醬- Masla 雞- 燒茄子- 左口魚秋葵柚子醋櫻花蝦- 吉列豬肉餅- 天婦羅蔬菜- 南瓜沙律 煙肉堅果- 溫泉蛋鰹魚汁每個小菜都好精緻,好好味,調味剛剛好。食得真係好開懷。
