食完晚飯食啲甜野之後就搵到附近有呢間食泡芙嘅甜品舖頭去一去到發現舖頭有啲細而且入面都坐晒人,決定係門口食算🙈原來佢有拎米芝蓮嘅所以就即刻試下值唔值得課金🤭🤭今次試左兩款泡芙呢個係Praline Noir揀左黑朱古力gelato個雪糕幾棉又有朱古力泡芙入面有朱古力蛋糕泡芙食落係幾香幾脆口但我略嫌雪糕有少少搶左泡芙嘅味道如果有得淨叫gelato我都會叫嘅😂😂仲叫左個Menu寫住最強嘅泡芙就係crème brûlée 個泡芙又香又脆加上有少少燒到金黃色嘅焦糖係面入面仲要滿滿既custard cream味道完全係超match!!!!🤤🤤🤤🤤個人鍾意呢個多啲🙊呢啲都係功夫野所以嘅既價錢我覺得都ok比起出面連鎖泡芙舖頭好食得多多聲😙

呢個甜品賣相好吸引 不過味道就好一半啦😬 red velvet味唔係好出 個gelato本身幾好食比但係同個puff唔係好夾咁🤔

雖然呢個puff望落去比較普通,不過味道就遠勝於red velvet🙈 上面既焦糖layer同平時creme brûlée一樣咁脆👍🏻puff裏面cream同custard既ratio好夾😍

以一個puff黎計都算偏貴,座位仲要好窄,不過勝在服務親切,個puff做得好精緻,所以都值得一試😋期待佢出新口味~

有一日出開尖沙咀,經過呢間米芝蓮小店,見到無人,心郁郁就入咗去睇下。入到去老板好熱情咁叫我先坐低慢慢睇menu,我即刻開open rice望下有咩出名,諗住叫red velvet 果件泡芙,點知老板話冇晒red velvet 個d蛋糕仔,建議我叫original嘅泡芙,最後我揀左original加開心果雪糕,我話想飲凍野但係唔飲咖啡,老板介紹我試下佢地既奶茶,話好好飲。落單之後去左坐低,見到老板係度shake我杯奶茶😂好耐無見過人用shake杯整奶茶😂(btw我自備左杯)美。好快個雪糕泡芙同奶茶就到啦。佢地建議先食雪糕,食到一半先將雪糕同泡芙一齊食。個開心果雪糕好好味,雪糕面頭有d脆脆地既波波,個泡芙底部都有d其他料,不過唔記得影相,原味泡芙鬆脆,合乎預想。個奶茶都唔錯,夠茶味。不過我覺得個雪糕有d快溶,食到中間個泡芙中間開始水水哋,可能因為夏天熱掛😂同埋真係貴,試一次就夠。😂

店舖位置比較隱蔽,係k11既轉角位,唔熟尖沙咀既會好小去到個個位,我會知因為個度附近有間好鍾意既拉麵,店舖唔大,兩個向街既bar枱位、兩個向牆位同一張三個位既小圓枱,同店名一致既係會見到店內有好多貓頭鷹既擺設。
第一次入去幫襯嗰時問店員有咩推介(其實係老細),老細有好詳盡介紹唔同口味同比較推介嘅口味,而且同我講幫襯超過$58就會有一個印花,可以加落wallet入面,可以幾張單夾埋一齊計,儲夠四個印花就會有一個招牌焦糖燉蛋泡芺,喺下次買一樣嘢嗰時就會一齊送。不過可能我同老細傾偈傾得多,之後幾次佢都認得我,有次我淨係買咗$104佢都俾咗兩個印花我。

除咗忌廉泡芙同埋意大利雪糕泡芙,另外仲有迷你小泡芙,不過入邊就冇cream,但會有一啲鹽粒糖粒係上面,配上海鹽焦糖醬。

而意大利雪糕唔一定要連泡芙,都可以單獨咁嗌,可以嗌單球、雙球、三球,甚至可以加法式小泡芙喺雪糕上面。意大利雪糕嘅口味我第一次去有六款,榛子、北海道牛乳、伯爵、藍苺乳酪、焙茶同埋芒果雪葩,但之後再去焙茶同埋芒果雪葩無左,反而多咗椰子斑斕雪糕。


飲品方面分兩大類,除咗有咖啡仲有鮮奶,咖啡有經典嘅美式咖啡、拿鐵、意大利泡沫咖啡等。而鮮奶就比較特別啲,有紫薯鮮奶、香蕉朱古力鮮奶等。只要有叫泡芙都可以跟餐價平一啲品嚐到。

食完第一次覺得好好食,第二次幫襯時想買外賣俾女朋友,就邊坐邊食,臨走時先買外賣,問老細佢話即日食嘅話唔使雪都得。

因為今次我唔係食完就走,坐咗一陣,發覺只要係堂食,老細都會斟茶俾你,或者話你知有得斟茶飲,飲完之後覺得幾香幾好飲而且可以解膩。之後佢好推介依種茶,唔係淨係推介比我,同其他枱既客都有講,話飲左呢個茶個人會慢啲,因為個麥香味好重好鍾意就問邊度有得買,佢話monomono有得買,呢種獨特既茶味仲未係其他茶葉搵到。

之後應該係第三次去店舖,店主已經認得我係咪問過佢茶葉喺邊度買,當我去斟茶試佢話換咗茶葉已經,今次換咗南非嘅國寶茶,話今次唔係出邊買,而係人哋俾佢,飲落又係好順口,佢話飲呢個茶好,好似可以降血壓、降三高,有時店主自己一個人做嘢做到頭暈,一飲完又精神返,聽完之後都飲咗幾杯。佢話其實每日沖完都剩咗好多茶,最後都自己飲晒佢,可能因為咁每次見到客人佢都好推薦大家斟多啲茶飲。

喺度飲茶嗰時聽到佢同客人嘅對話,佢同客人講招牌焦糖泡芙已經冇晒,客人話點解咁快無哂,佢話今日係last day,我聽完之後嚇一嚇,咁好食有咁好生意嘅舖頭咁快要執?之後佢講笑話係呢個星期既last day,因為餐廳每逢星期一休息。會想快啲清晒啲貨所以賣晒就冇,之後我再問佢賣晒嘅款係咪唔會再做,佢話原來差唔多收舖,因為嗰日阿媽自己一個喺屋企,所以想快啲收鋪返去。

已經食咗幾次既我好奇一問店主,點解叫貓頭鷹泡芙,店主話係去完九洲旅行之後改咗呢個名,呢個名已經改咗好耐,因為九州有好多貓頭鷹,本身改呢個名嗰時冇諗咁多,但之後發覺呢個名好適合,因為貓頭鷹有啲象徵幸運,而且貓頭鷹唔會成日都見到,改完之後發覺其實貓頭鷹好代表到佢同依間鋪,一直都係好幸運。而且貓頭鷹嘅英文係Owls,O佢覺得係代表泡芙,而wl 係解with love,改完之後嘅幾年發覺呢個名真係好適合而且好有意義。

呢個係店鋪既招牌,焦糖燉蛋泡芙。泡芙都係即叫即整,感覺上呢個招牌嘅口味嘅時間耐啲,因為佢會用火槍燒下上面嘅焦糖,大概需要等10至15分鐘。
泡芙大小比平時食既會細啲,上面有焦糖脆脆,泡芙嘅內餡充滿吉士忌廉,係焦糖同雲尼拿口味,所以會清楚見到啡色同埋白色嘅忌廉同見到雲尼拿籽,老細會介紹食法,唔好淨係食上面焦糖,或者淨係食泡芺,要連埋兩個一齊食最好。
焦糖燉蛋非常出色,咬落上面勁脆,脆既程度係咬落會有聲,有小小厚度唔會一咬就無哂,脆而不硬,味道唔會過甜,而且燒得岩岩好唔會苦,係食過最好食既焦糖燉蛋。法式泡芺外表上會見到有紋狀,食落夠鬆軟,對比起一般扁身平滑食落係煙韌既泡芺,一咬滿滿既內餡爆哂出黎,唔會話內餡邊個位會唔夠,食落香滑,雲呢拿味好香,上面脆脆連奶油同泡芙一齊食,無論味道定係口感都係有層次感,而且佢係CREAM所以比起真既,cream brûlée口感仲要再豐富。可能因為佢唔大個,所以食完完全唔覺得膩。

呢個係榛子泡芙,內餡係飽滿既樁子奶油,而上面係一粒粒既海鹽脆粒,再食食到鬆脆既泡芙,樁子奶油味道夠重,對於樁子愛好者係滿口滿足感,加上脆脆海鹽脆粒,有CREAMY同時有咬口既口感,實在係一口接一口。

呢個係我試嘅第二個意大利雪糕手工泡芙,呢個口味都算係最人氣嘅其中一個,可能因為佢酒紅色嘅外表,雪糕當日得四隻口味,榛子、北海道牛乳、伯爵、藍苺乳酪,我揀咗伯爵茶。
因為我有食過佢新口味嘅泡芙叫toffee lady,泡芙上面嘅cream都係主要係伯爵茶嘅味道,而呢個伯爵茶雪糕食落個味道會比嗰個cream甜一啲,因為佢係純伯爵茶,而呢一個cream係溝咗花同其他成份,雖然甜一啲但係都唔會話覺得Heavy覺得太甜,甜得黎都係帶有茶香味。
雪糕上面我有啲紅絲絨嘅粒,食落好有口感,天鵝絨粒食落唔甜,不過紅絲絨嘅味道相對淡啲,反而士多啤梨嘅味道比較出,因為雪糕底部有一啲士多啤梨同玫瑰嘅醬,醬唔會太多所以唔會太過搶味道,但食落唔係得個甜字,而係甜中帶少少咸,因為會食到加咗鹽粒,食落感覺會去走咗部份嘅膩感。
當雪糕食咗一半之後,可以好似漢堡包咁食成個泡芙,滿足感爆棚,因為多重嘅味道同多重嘅口感享受,唔止係雪糕上面,泡芙上面都係有紅絲絨粒,不過就唔係一大粒,而係類似red velvet cake,食落係鬆軟得來帶少少濕潤。
泡芙因為都係新鮮焗起,食落係熱熱地,同雪糕形成冰火嘅對比,而且泡芙入邊有粟米脆化,口感再多一個層次。

呢個係特別既泡芙,老細話MENU未有圖,因為本身想試焦糖既泡芙點知賣哂,佢就推介我食呢個,之後我再去幫襯問咗次都有,算係喺隱藏Menu入邊。食法係要將上面既蛋黃醬連同內餡既咖啡醬一齊食,先會有Tiramisu既感覺。果真當兩者二合為一,就係神奇既Tiramisu味奶油,加上鬆脆既泡芙又係一個新味覺衝擊,感覺呢個鬆脆既法式泡芙,加上任何味既奶油都係好食,加上呢個Tiramisu奶油做得出色。

依個係三、四月新出嘅其中一個口味,另一個新出嘅口味係越南咖啡。
呢個係店主原創嘅泡芙,因為店主鍾意食chocolate bar,所以將佢嘅概念擺落泡芙入邊,但平時食到既chocolate bar都係比較甜,呢個係經過改良,泡芙上面嘅係朱古力,朱古力上面嘅cream,買嗰時店主介紹係伯爵茶,食緊個時再問,佢話其實係有好多種茶炒成,除咗伯爵茶仲有花、拖肥等等。
泡芙入邊呢舊係雲尼拿cream,食落去上面嘅朱古力味道唔會苦澀,亦都唔會過甜,同時又食到入邊軟滑嘅雲尼拿cream,而上面嘅伯爵茶cream聞落好香,食落除咗有伯爵茶茶香味,仲有配合得好好嘅拖肥味,兩者結合得好好一啲都冇違和,雖然呢個泡芙有好多仲味道擺埋一齊,但一齊食冇話邊個互搶做主角,全部都平衡得好好,個人好鍾意上面嗰個cream,唔甜但有好香既茶味,題外話依個係店主最鍾意嘅泡芙,因為係佢原創嘅泡芙,比起招牌嘅焦糖燉蛋泡芙佢更加鍾意呢個。

🌟可以話係食過最好食既焦糖燉蛋,同時係最好食泡芙,兩者結合得好好,加入唔同奶油重現唔同既味道,店舖位置方便係尖沙咀,有時間我就會去食個Creme brûlée PUFF 坐下飲下茶放慢個人。泡芺口味仲有雲尼拿、焦糖,雪糕泡芙仲有Popcorn & Rocks、Mango Tango同Red Velvet,要試哂睇黎要去幾次,係尖沙咀絕對係高質既甜品,無論係飯後一小個泡芺所結,定係外賣返去定買比人食,我已經介紹過無數人去依間店舖試,試完佢哋都話好食,而且自己再返去買。

試過其他口味,始終覺得招牌既焦糖燉蛋最好食,因為兩者結合實在太完美,但其實呢個焦糖燉蛋泡芙並唔係店主最鍾意嘅口味,啱啱新推出嘅Toffee Lady 先係店主最鍾意嘅一樣,因為佢覺得依個伯爵茶、拖肥、朱古力bar泡芙所有嘢都係平衡得好好,而且係原創嘅泡芙。而焦糖燉蛋並唔係佢原創,佢只不過將呢樣嘢擺落泡芙入邊,只不過冇人諗過將焦糖燉蛋擺落泡芙一齊,但我覺得依兩個口味都係最好食嘅兩個口味,我諗試過晒所有口味之後,cream puff我應該會keep住淨係食呢兩個口味,至於意大利雪糕嘅泡芙我推薦red velvet,甜得來又未至於過甜,味道又好特別好清新,唔係平時食到嘅口味。

特別一提係official收鋪時間係寫2130/2200/2230/2330,因為我有試過食白果所以問,老細話收鋪唔定,賣哂就會提早收,通常8-9點就會收鋪,8點可能唔再整賣哂就收鋪所以,如果想食到唔好真係9點10點先去到,如果驚賣晒可以試吓7點嗰時落單買,可能8點幾嗰時返去攞都得,如果食完晚餐先去買就可能已經賣晒。

另外因為店舖星期一休息,所以星期日好大機會賣晒嘅泡芙就唔會再做,如果星期日想去試就要早啲,尤其係啲vanilla cream based既泡芙,好似招牌焦糖燉蛋泡芙、原味雲呢拿泡芙。
