慶祝紀念日,難得另一半會主動搵下有咩餐廳好食想試下 喜歡食蠔的他找了北角的蠔絲紅蝦刺生,彈牙不過無乜味生蠔好新鮮呢。因為唔知食乜好,店員會主動介紹翻各款生蠔,呢碟係店員揀的,有淡有濃味剛剛刺身的蝦頭攞去煲左冬陰公香脆的海膽魚子焗薯皮,fushion 菜~煎牛扒,不過不失~ 份量超大,仲有配菜焗薯再黎左碟意粉😂嗌得多得濟,好飽。個意粉幾硬身爽口,幾喜歡呢個口感呢度食蠔不錯,可以encore,熟食都好多選擇,不過我會主打黎呢到食蠔嚕

Reserved a table on friday for saturday at 7:00 for a table for 2when we got there, there was only about 3-4 tables. the owner(im guessing) was very nice and asked what we want to eat. there was oysters, uni, octopus and scallops.we were there for oysters so we definitely got that. the guy choose all of the oysters for us. i haven't tried any of them other than white pearl. I went to the oyster bar afterwards and there were A LOT of selections. they all were big and fresh! we also got the uni. n

clam chowder and garlic bread was also on our list. they used real clams in their chowder. the taste was ok. nothing really special about that and the garlic bread.
we didnt have any main dish as were both pretty full by then.
i love souffles. so i HAD to get one. there was a lot of flavours. pandan, vanilla, chocolate, orange, ginger, coffee and mango.
we wanted to try the coffee, but they only had mango and ginger that night. so mango it was ...
it takes 20 mins to make. but i would say it is definitely worth the wait!!!

the top was a little burnt, but the taste was really good. a lot of mango taste, and not too sweet. I'm not sure why they paired it up with chocolate sauce. i didnt use it. as the souffle was perfect on its own.

the atmosphere is very nice. quiet and relaxing. i think a lot of ppl that go are regulars. by about 8ish they do full up. 

this is a really hidden gem for oyster lovers.

加拿大海膽雖然不算極肥大那種,但香味濃厚,甜多於甘,夾着紫菜一啖一齊吃,可以襯白酒。House White 是New Zealand 的 Dog Point Savignon Blanc,來自紐西蘭,比較果味濃郁,一點也不複雜,但澳紐的長相思嗅上去除了一般的果味,菠蘿和檸檬那種新鮮熱帶氣息外,還有一種獨特的石油氣味,這樣說好像很奇怪,但確是一陣礦物質的感覺,就像Evian礦泉水那一種,一般來說是$300至$400一瓶

每次嚟到都由經驗豐富同事為我揀食咩,由生蠔,湯,starter到恴粉通通懶得諗,但又樣樣都好啱心水!starter 係garlic bread加黑松露醬。garlic好香好多,但夾埋一齊有啲蓋過truffle 香味!但朋友好鍾意食garlic,佢就讚不停!我就一般啫。跟住到主角oystersssss!一如以往,隻隻又大又靚仔,如果細心啲睇,會見隻蠔重郁緊,味道亦好容易分別出嚟,由淡到濃,creamy或crispy, 海水味定金屬味,我條利咁渣都食得出。同平時order返屋企開party果啲真係真係有好大分別。要quantity就係屋企自已開,quality就嚟oyster c!(我唔係打手,亦無discount比我!)之後就到海膽。每片都好原整,新鮮海膽係咩都唔洗落嘅。我對面隻鼓油怪都係直送入口,無添加的!最後點咗鵝肝大蝦天使麵。唔好意思,賣相實在太吸引,唔記得咗影相就食咗件foie gras!件鵝肝煎得好香,吸睛度好強。大蝦有兩隻,唔洗孔融讓梨,你讓我,我讓你!食咗幾錢已忘記,大概$600一個人,無飲酒。*哩編食評雖然過咗成大半個月先寫,但見到相又令我流口水了!但成餐都係膽固醇,都係
