最後係荷蘭大菇配黑松露野菌意大利燴飯,啱重口味人士,都係果句,超足料,好濃黑松露味,好濃芝士味,啱呢兩樣嘢嘅人係Must order item,其實成餐我都覺得好推薦😂👍🏻

今日入到黎南區,黎試一試蠔灘,聽聞佢嘅蠔性價比比較高。餐廳空間大,環境坐落幾舒服,座位又夠寬落。生蠔目標好明確,生蠔必定要試!新鮮生蠔$10蚊一隻,幾抵食!蠔唔算好大,不過夠新鮮,海水味適中。價錢唔算貴,味道也不錯,絕對值得試一試。石燒澳洲穀飼西冷牛扒今日來食仲有set lunch,有自助餐湯、沙律同飯,當然仲有飲品。經過石板燒過嘅西冷牛扒,特別Juicy,富有牛味,當然再配上醬汁絕對一流。如果覺得比較生,可以喺石板上再燒一燒,不過建議不用太耐,否則肉會過熟。黑松露野菌長通粉另外叫左個set,黑松露野菌長通粉,未食已經聞到非常濃郁嘅黑松露味道,長通粉煮得啱啱好,唔會太硬,配以忌廉醬汁,好creamy。當然仲有野菌,味道豐富好味。 水牛城雞翼跟餐加$38,叫左3隻水牛城雞翼,够入味,帶少少辣啱啱好,肉質都好滑。嚟開南區嘅可以嚟試一試!

今日來食仲有set lunch,有自助餐湯、沙律同飯,當然仲有飲品。經過石板燒過嘅西冷牛扒,特別Juicy,富有牛味,當然再配上醬汁絕對一流。如果覺得比較生,可以喺石板上再燒一燒,不過建議不用太耐,否則肉會過熟。

平時都好少過嚟香港仔,今日過嚟探朋友,朋友帶咗我食呢間Oystime,真係好有驚喜。叫得Oystime,一定要試吓佢啲生蠔。澳洲Tasmania嘅生蠔$10一隻,真係超抵食,於是決定嗌一打12隻黎試吓。啲生蠔賣相好靚,擠埋啲檸檬汁,食落真係好鮮甜。主菜要咗西班牙橡果黑毛豬,侍應推薦我哋要七成熟。兩個人食份量啱啱好。一切落去就知道啲肉質好林,食落真係好香肉味,又林又juicy,同佢嘅醬汁好夾。另外都好鍾意佢嘅配菜黑松露薯蓉,有好香黑松露味。虎蝦龍蝦汁扁意粉又係賣相一流。超大隻虎蝦海邊燒完放喺扁意粉上面,虎蝦肉鮮甜彈牙。意粉嘅材料都幾豐富,有菇、洋蔥、蒜頭同埋三色椒,龍蝦汁唔會太咸,成個配搭好好。下次有機會一定要再食佢嘅生蠔,都想試吓佢嘅刺身。

虎蝦龍蝦汁扁意粉又係賣相一流。超大隻虎蝦海邊燒完放喺扁意粉上面,虎蝦肉鮮甜彈牙。意粉嘅材料都幾豐富,有菇、洋蔥、蒜頭同埋三色椒,龍蝦汁唔會太咸,成個配搭好好。

下次有機會一定要再食佢嘅生蠔,都想試吓佢嘅刺身

好耐冇食生蠔同男朋友黎香港仔搵朋友就搵間蠔bar歎下,餐廳原來而家做緊10蚊隻生蠔推廣!性價比超高,叫12隻都只係120蚊!細細隻海水味都香,佢唔係好重極鹹既海水味,反而係淡淡地細滑既口感,簡直開左個胃,飲品我地揀左apple cider,平時蘋果酒會好甜,但佢加左冰調低甜度就啱啱好,加埋個設計好適合打卡😂主菜男朋友叫左佢最中意食既香辣蒜片蜆肉扁意粉,意粉煙韌,蜆肉份量多,仲有三色椒做配菜令到佢一上枱就好香,而我就嗌左脆炸德國咸豬手,真係好大隻,外皮非常香脆,蜜糖芥末汁好味,豬手味道醃得恰好,最後再叫左赤貝刺身做結尾,wonderful meal🍴🍴
