性價比不高的下午茶

因為疫情關係，原來Conrad 做咗隔離酒店，我哋都係店員打來confirm先知道。afternoon tea地方會由地下lobby轉上去8樓Pacific Bar。餐廳樓底很高，裝修亦典雅。枱與枱之間亦都有足夠嘅空間。整體環境都舒服，由於枱數不多，大概五六張，所以可以靜靜地同好姊妹享受一個休閒的下午。食物方面，Scone比較出色，牛油味香，夠酥軟。甜品同鹹點都係正常發揮，食完都唔會特別深刻。可能因為疫情關係？酒店沒有做一些有主題的下午茶。另外因為現在是隔離酒店，酒店不容許外來車泊車，用餐或其他都要泊pacific place,所以比較不方便。下次都係等可以係lobby食先再去。 continue reading

今次同三位朋友嚟到Conrad Hotel食精緻嘅虎年主題下午茶～飲品都幾特別，有新年限定嘅桂花奶茶(熱)同洛神花特飲(凍)。奶茶略嫌細杯咗少少～Scone可能比較啱香港人口味？唔係傳統嘅British Scone，clotted cream做得幾好。新年套餐少不了的「撈起」！係千島醬三文魚沙律～特別推介：鮑魚小點超好食！等嘢食真係等咗好耐，Staff Service都幾好好詳細咁樣介紹有啲咩嘢飲畀我地揀。食物質素作為酒店下午茶來講，都算係幾抵食，fushuion得來相當有創意。其中一個鵝肝蛋糕仔真係幾好食，不過唔記得咗獨立影相～希望將來有機會再嚟食啦！ continue reading

寫呢個食評，真係有啲嬲。好事實，唔係收到邀請根本唔會寫食評。我作為美國運通白金咭會員，下年應該用黑咭。我係穿着運動裝去食飯。我嗰件運動裝喺牛津大學的運動裝。可以Mark大隻眼睇清楚！我又整個流程滿意和不滿，會慢慢寫出嚟！1）一落車門口感覺幾好好，代客泊車好殷勤，我部車裏面好亂都有啲唔好意思。2）一入去有人通知要量體溫同埋安心出行呢啲冇問題3）再問一問間餐廳喺邊度，馬上答到8樓冇問題。4）入到去就發現原來絲寶吧，真係酒吧嚟㗎。和我在開飯網看到的資訊完全不同。5）那裏的職員根本唔想人喺嗰度食飯。你唔想人喺嗰度食飯唔該你叫人哋寫食評唔好寫到食飯咁好，滾到我七彩。💘咁唔緊要我哋都食啦可以兩間餐廳都得。男性經理服務沒有問題好好，我哋三個人普通食餐飯，就係諗住食食品水準好啲嘅地方，這裏是好的。餐嚟到水準都非常好！但我需要投訴那位女性服務員，唔相信的請開CCTV出嚟睇，沿途好似好唔滿意我喺度食飯咁。我一路忍住佢好有禮貌對佢，點知佢變本加厲。林到最尾我唔記得給泊車，請看CCTV佢係劈返俾我！佢唔知道，我係大名鼎鼎嘅銅鑼灣食神！我嘅劣評係好多人睇，講真呢餐飯$3000唔係貴，因為水準都夠！也有美國運通的優惠。但我好想講，我未上位之前，幾十年前都係做餐廳，有時可能都會做得唔好，但係真係唔會比面色客睇！直接聯繫我我都未怕過你causewaybayeatgod@gmail.com我的友人都話點解我唔發脾氣，我話我喺開飯網會討回公道！其實男性經理同部長服務都好好！真係一粒老鼠屎整臭成間酒店！ continue reading
