與朋友聚會約在銅鑼灣,立即想起這老店都有一段時間沒光顧。經OpenRice訂位方便快捷。那天剛好有客人包咗左右兩邊的地方,我哋只可以坐在中間的位置(門口直入的長廊)。因有一邊係用推板間房,所以聲音比較開陽,整晚坐外邊都比較嘈。眼見有些客人速食完就走。食物方面,保持水準,唔錯,樣樣都熱辣辣。湯叫咗胡椒豬肚湯,豬肚無腥味,好正。滷水雙拼(鵝翼、五花腩有豆腐墊底),味道恰到好處,不會太咸,又係值得叫的。蠔仔粥食得出新鮮無腥味,發菜豆腐煲、燒骨也不錯,只係個什麼雙拼炸蝦丸之類就失色咗D,平平無奇。服務方面,可能坐廳的人客不多,叫加潮洲功夫茶/普通茶也快手快腳,也有更換碟,只是上蠔仔粥時要叫加多幾隻碗。離開時也有主動說聲bye bye。店內地方整潔。晚飯價錢中上,但值得,可以推介給其他朋友。 continue reading

好耐冇去百樂潮州食飯,見到市面情況好咗,所以一家大細去慶祝生日,諗住食一餐好嘅,仲叫埋佢嘅紅燒金山大鮑翅試下,我發覺佢地無論高級嘅魚翅或者普通嘅潮州菜,水準下降得好緊要,比起以前,真係食唔番嗰種味道,個經理仲好嘢,落錯單仲惡人先告狀,話我有冇食過自己知,不知所謂🤬🤬。其實大把潮州舖頭做得好過佢,我只係想食返童年嘅回憶,因為由細食到大,而家真係真係唔明點解可以屹立咁多年,性價比咁差,都有咁多人去食 continue reading
