與朋友聚會約在銅鑼灣,立即想起這老店都有一段時間沒光顧。經OpenRice訂位方便快捷。那天剛好有客人包咗左右兩邊的地方,我哋只可以坐在中間的位置(門口直入的長廊)。因有一邊係用推板間房,所以聲音比較開陽,整晚坐外邊都比較嘈。眼見有些客人速食完就走。食物方面,保持水準,唔錯,樣樣都熱辣辣。湯叫咗胡椒豬肚湯,豬肚無腥味,好正。滷水雙拼(鵝翼、五花腩有豆腐墊底),味道恰到好處,不會太咸,又係值得叫的。蠔仔粥食得出新鮮無腥味,發菜豆腐煲、燒骨也不錯,只係個什麼雙拼炸蝦丸之類就失色咗D,平平無奇。服務方面,可能坐廳的人客不多,叫加潮洲功夫茶/普通茶也快手快腳,也有更換碟,只是上蠔仔粥時要叫加多幾隻碗。離開時也有主動說聲bye bye。店內地方整潔。晚飯價錢中上,但值得,可以推介給其他朋友。

總結,食物味道好好,但價錢比想像中略高。 但不重要最重要係全家人可以開開心心一起過節☺️

有很多人喜歡吃潮州菜,但很多時食物有很多味精或過鹹,今天我和家人光顧了有六十多年歷史的百樂潮州菜館,我們去的是銅鑼灣店。一到門口便見一排昔日的舊照片,店內牆上亦掛了一些黑白照片。雖然是平日晚上的8點幾,店內也有8成食客,我們一坐下來,便聽到幾枱食客的笑聲和說話聲,氣氛有點像早上的茶市般熱鬧和嘈吵。我們叫了3款菜,有上湯莧菜,湯內有乾瑤柱和草菇,十分惹味,鵝片我們叫侍應連骨上碟,可是最後鵝片也是去了骨,不過無損它的味道,還有一款是鵝肝,肝片大而中間呈淺粉紅色,看上去已很吸引,吃下去鵝肝很滑,果然名不虛傳,之後我們再叫梅菜扣肉,等了15分鐘見仍未上枱,向侍應追問,才知未落單,而我們也覺得飽了,梅菜扣肉就留待下次試吧。這樣我們便帶著滿足的心情離開食店。

我們叫了3款菜,有上湯莧菜,湯內有乾瑤柱和草菇,十分惹味,鵝片我們叫侍應連骨上碟,可是最後鵝片也是去了骨,不過無損它的味道,還有一款是鵝肝,肝片大而中間呈淺粉紅色,看上去已很吸引,吃下去鵝肝很滑,果然名不虛傳,之後我們再叫梅菜扣肉,等了15分鐘見仍未上枱,向侍應追問,才知未落單,而我們也覺得飽了,梅菜扣肉就留待下次試吧。這樣我們便帶著滿足的心情離開食店。

潮州蠔仔肉碎粥 Congee with Baby Oyster and Minced Pork (Chiu Chow Style)
This is also one of the best in town! Tons of oysters, minced pork, celery. The savory dried flounder added more texture to the congee.

They also have many dishes other than traditional Chiu Chow food like seafood pot and braised chicken. Would definitely visit again!

一家人新正頭來到百樂食飯, 唔知係唔係好多人都外遊, 是晚比平時晚上靜好多, 可能都有一半滿既, 我地7點幾到睇落都係得一轉... 而發現今晚好多侍應都成晚在附近行來行去鹵水鵝片掌翼拚盤一上枱都未影得切相已經得返3成, 唔知係唔係今晚各廚無咁忙, 份量十分足, 仲好似特別好食.. 呵呵~潮式煎蠔餅超多蠔仔, 今晚煎得無咁油膩, 我仔食左3件, 猛話今晚d野好似好食左~ 梅膏骨, 件件大又厚, 唔會無肉食.... 個醬好岩我, 惹味得很百寶糯米鴨要預定的, 今晚個皮十分香脆, 糯米飯內有鴨肉, 栗子, 等等再加左幼幼的薑絲混在一起炒, 十分豐富好味, 誰也搶不了誰的味道, 加入薑絲有點畫龍點睛!!!!! 我仲配了我大愛的潮州甜豉油, 仲可口 (但老公唔喜歡又甜又咸)潮式大介菜煲, 超大介菜無苦味又淋, 加左粒粒栗子同冬菇, 好味的蔬菜仲有一貫水準既炒面線同反砂芋, 芋頭夠晒粉, 不錯...希望次次都有咁好的服務同質量都高啦, 有時太多人就怕keep唔到囉...

舅母慧質蘭心,特意為是次晚宴打造出一個「人生」的主題。第一道前菜滷水鵝肉併滷水蛋曲目名曰「漫步人生路」配以「越乃寒梅」酒莊的吟釀 特選。為甚麼鵝肉與滷蛋會有一個「漫步人生路」的點題?鵝肉是為母親、蛋即是孩子,母親孕育孩子,人生的路途徐徐展開⋯⋯

鵝肉與滷蛋的味道均調得相當好,不能錯過的當然是小的至愛之潮式辣油與蒜香浙醋。由於滷水味濃,首輪之吟釀 特選較為清雅,入口後卻有點點辛口的回廊,於喉間游蕩。其酒精度有16-17,比一般清酒稍高了一點。利用較高的酒精激發餸菜的味道。

「品味人生」的四式拼盤包含了甜酸苦辣,此時的金無垢 純米大吟釀以紅酒杯奉上。大吟釀的酒質果然更見精彩純厚,入口有絲絲的果香與甜甜的米香,細滑悠順,比先頭的野雞初鳴更覺婉轉悠長,正是品味人生的寫照。

錦繡石榴雞直是「含苞待放」,以透薄的蛋皮包裹著雞肉素菜與海鮮,這一道石榴雞浸淫於晶瑩的獻汁裡,其味道是驚為天人地好。所有食材的配搭都混融交滙,調和得無可挑剔,淡淡的獻汁不會搶了餡料的鮮嫩滋味,蛋皮細薄爽口,帶出清新不凡的感覺。小的一直認為西環「德記」之石榴雞最為出色,今次似乎是「百樂」忠於傳統地稍勝一籌。
