主菜之一叫了Slow Cocked French Chicken Leg Roll with prawn ravioli,用雞皮包著雞腿肉,有點像台灣夜市的雞皮卷,當然這個高級很多了。雞卷先經歷慢煮,再把雞皮煎至金黃香脆,口感豐富,雞味亦突出。相比下,同碟的prawn ravioli就顯得有點平平無奇了。

另一個叫了蒜香蜆肉意粉,蒜香意粉看似易煮,但要煮得好吃卻一點不容易,用多少的橄欖油、蒜,以至意粉煮多久,加多少意粉水去收汁,都好考工夫,今次喺Pano食到的合格有餘,甚至成為整餐我最喜歡的菜式。

不論食物、環境、服務都出色,3道菜不包飲品$398,價錢合理,大家想去西九開餐可以諗下呢間。

We recently was at the M+ site and decided to give this restaurant a try. We did not make any reservation that evening, we were not greeted nor being acknowledged of our presence by restaurant staff for over 10 mins, ( mind you the place was only about 30% seated ), and it was around 9pm. We recently was at the M+ site and decided to give this restaurant a try.
We did not make any reservation that evening, we were not greeted nor being acknowledged of our presence by restaurant staff for over 10 mins, ( mind you the place was only about 30% seated ), and it was around 9pm.
We decided to grab a menu ourselves and have a look, we were then greeted by a lady and informed us what we were reading was their lunch menu.
The waitress continued to ignored us and did her own thing.We asked another staff member for dinner menu.
The same waitress named Edith ? showed up and gave us the tasting menu without saying anything.

When I asked her if the restaurant has a la carte dinner menu, she handed over to me, while we were looking at the menu , she told us out of the blue that - “we have taken our last order.

There was an old saying - if you take care of your employees, your staff will take care
of your customers. I guess this lady must be poorly treated by her Manager or Mgmt so that she passed her grief to the customers.

She is truly well trained to “ turn off” diners and ignored the importance of potential customers.

Despite how good the reputation of the Chef, Ken Lau, who would like to be told off by service staff like her. Truly No Thank You.

朋友為我慶祝生日,我選擇了下午茶,因為知道Pano 好難book….我們特意請了下晝….Pano 係一間法國fusion 高級餐廳,揀呢間原因係見到食物好精緻,而且面對海景! (P.S. 有關book afternoon tea嘅疑惑,餐廳話afternoon tea只係周末提供,要經電話預約同十二月booking已full … 出年2022年一月booking要等十二月先entertain。但其實我試過keep住連續幾日係餐廳12:00一開門同分唔同時段打佢個電話都auto telephone message同refer link 比我make online reservation ,但online reservation 完全冇tea time嘅時間,但餐廳堅持話係有電話先打唔通,睇嚟要試到佢個tea 係mission impossible…)

另一個主菜,係蒜香蜆肉意粉,雖然係一個好普通嘅意粉,但廚司喺意粉嘅生熟程度、調味、各方面都拿捏得好到位,仲將啲蒜頭全部都炒到好香,正!其實本來係叫咗個beef short rib,但佢最後嚟錯咗,不過因為等得太耐嘅關係,我哋照食咗個意粉😂

松葉蟹薑湯是在碗來先放好松葉蟹再倒入火熱的薑湯,蟹的鮮甜和辛辣薑湯應承強烈的味蕾衝擊,而且最欣賞的是湯的溫度,湯還是熱騰騰才好喝呀⋯⋯

炭燒和牛油脂分布平均,不會只會吃到一口脂肪,品嚐到油脂芳香之餘,肉味也調校得不錯。由於炭燒的關係,肉質保持嫩滑,是當晚覺得最好吃的一道菜。

總括來說,食物有四星半,加上環境,當日非常滿意,絕對是一個適合浪漫拍拖或者周年慶祝的好地方。

今年生日,老公找了這間位於西九文化區內的Asian French fusion餐廳- PANO吃飯,原本是想和我吃晚飯的,但我自減肥後都習慣午餐吃得多,晚餐吃得非常少,就改了吃午餐。預約了下午12時正,我們早了來到餐廳,還沒有開門,就在門外坐著等了一會:開門了,我們被安排坐在對著窗附近位置,風景很美:Lunch menu:我們每人叫了一個有3 courses的lunch set:先來餐前麵包,麵包是熱的,牛油好像加了煉奶,有些少甜味,芝士脆片很香:跟著是前菜吞拿魚牛油果他他,吞拿魚本身沾了醬油,配著淡淡的牛油果及紅菜頭脆片,很清新:另一款前菜,我們選了法國生蠔,新鮮的生蠔,配上青瓜乳酪汁,亦是十分清新:之後是慢煮帶子,味淡的帶子沾上醬汁後入口味道濃郁:今天的是日餐湯是蕃紅魚湯,湯充滿濃郁的魚香;另有一小炸魚球附上伴湯吃:老公點的主菜慢煮雞腿,肉質鬆軟:我點的主菜慢煮三文魚,肉質非常鮮嫩,配上法國綠茴香酒汁,非常美味:我們最後沒有點甜品,但都很滿足了,感謝老公選了這間有美食和美景的餐廳為我慶祝生日呀!二人共六道菜,結賬九百多元。
