男友和朋友都喜歡吃辣,所以他們便點了這份水煮牛肉來過過口癮,不過即使要求了少辣,湯底依然十分紅紅燈燈,看起來好像辣得嗆喉
而事實上雖然辣味真的不太濃郁,不過麻味卻相當重,害怕麻味的我覺得牛肉的麻味還算可以接受,但是最底粉絲的麻味真的太濃烈了,所以最後整份水煮牛肉便統統給他們享用了

總結來說,我一直以為樂天皇朝是一間走高檔路線的餐廳,沒想到它的價錢都算大眾化之餘,食物味道亦相當出色,甚至是我在香港品嚐過最美味的上海菜,怪不得它是 Open Rice 中的人氣熱店,美中不足的是餐廳的燈光太昏暗了,導致比較難拍出一些美麗的相片,所以如果想在這裡慶祝生日/特別日子的朋友們,最好留意一下了

今天要OT的緣故,訂了8:30的位食晚飯,時間啱啱好之餘仲有半價,好抵!首先來的是鮮蝦抄手拌麵,蝦抄手足料,好大隻蝦,但醬汁太少,有點乾不夠味。上海風味醬鴨,醃得夠入味,不錯。薑汁炒芥蘭,份量有點少,有少少薑味的,不韌,爽甜。皇朝話梅骨,是廚師推薦菜式,細細粒,炒得挺香,但話梅味再入味些會更好。還叫了酸辣湯,不太辣,多料,一碗都夠兩人飲了。最想試的特色皇朝小籠包終於到了!彩色非常靚正常有次序要跟住不同口味食,我同朋友就隨意選想食的顏色,其實隻隻味道都差不多,黑松露,芝士同蟹粉味道會較突出,都算皮薄餡靚最後叫了驢打滾做甜品,味道像雷沙湯丸,口感像糯米糍,紅豆餡甜甜的,十分煙韌。有優惠絕對可以一試,而且環境優雅,服務也不錯。

係返工時間去銅鑼灣食中午飯基本上唔洗點排隊,直接入去坐。先講環境,佢地有兩排卡位,卡位與卡位之間有一個水池。水池上面放左 d 富有江南地方色彩既蓮花。呢個環境食飯,比起自己住既幾百呎地方,認真唔差。今日重點係食小籠包,個人覺得唔同顏色既小籠包係 gimmick,自己比較傳統,所以叫左普通同蟹粉兩種。普通既小籠包比出面食到既小籠包,肉質香 d 同多汁,係豬肉咁貴既年代,認真唔話得。個蟹粉小籠包先至係高汁!出面食蟹粉通常只有價錢既分別,味道有時仲有 d 古怪,但係不單止有鮮蟹味,你仲 feel 到食靚大閘蟹時,d 香既膏味,而且你唔覺得「漏」既感覺。之後想講一下個元蹄,真係好耐無食啦。係就係要等耐 d,但係值得既。迷你版元蹄同完整版味道一樣,d 肉同肥夠曬化。化 — 係真係入口即溶既感覺。有時食元蹄怕太「漏」、太油,一定要撈飯食。呢個元蹄又唔會 wor。醉雞個花雕一般般,同出面無咩分別。醉雞 d 雞俾 d 靚既部分你,但係係香港食雞,你明啦,係本地既問題,唔係 d 雞本身有問題。其他咕嚕肉,個人覺得用肉球整咕嚕肉,可以討好一班唔鍾意食骨既客人外,但係感覺有 d 怪怪地。味道同出面差唔多。

Waiter was a joke. They don’t offer hot water to dilute the strong tea. Upon requesting hot tea to dilute the tea, waiter offered us to choose cold water instead from the menu, eventually pointing to cold bottled water at cost. I explained twice we specifically want hot water to dilute the tea. In typical HK fashion, he didn’t care and just walked off.Great start to the meal!

We arrived here at 0215pm on Thursday. Now they have the promotion which is 50% discount during 0230pm-0530pm. This is a Shanghai restaurant and famous for steamed buns! However, I always love their Chongqing boiled fish there, it is not too spicy but very attractive and good to have it with plain rice. After discount the boiled fish only costs around 99HKD so it is very reasonable price in CWB with such good environment.
