【荃灣區】【Giovanni Pina】去得荃灣區,我自己就成日都會喺天橋陣裡面遊走,由荃灣站來往荃灣西站呢段就行得最多。每逢經過如心廣場一期,都會好奇呢間好似好高級咁嘅 cafe 究竟會係點。有次過開嚟做嘢,咁啱有啲時間,就入去坐低食一次啦。佢哋好似西餐廳嚟,我去嗰陣係下午茶,而且我唔算好肚餓,所以都只係想坐低食件 cake 飲杯嘢。諗嚟諗去都唔知食咩好,就叫 $150 嘅「Pasticceria Mignon」,乜都有份迷你版,啱晒當刻係眼闊肚窄嘅我,講明咗係當刻。個拼盤有迷你蛋白檸檬撻、迷你開心果撻、迷你朱古力撻、迷你鮮果撻、迷你榛子撻、迷你士多啤梨撻、忌廉泡芙、咖啡慕絲朱古力杯、沙芭翁泡芙、迷你吉士忌廉筒、迷你意式薩赫蛋糕同迷你紅桑子撻,每款各有特色,幾好。食咗咁多款甜品,當然有返杯嘢飲先完整。喺呢啲情況就扮晒嘢咁叫 $42 嘅「經典米蘭咖啡」,又幾好飲喎,仲有件餅仔喺側邊,扮晒港女扮晒高級嘅 high tea 格局就出晒嚟。埋單 $211.2 都係抵畀,可以扮到高貴港女喎。。。(地址:荃灣楊屋道8號如心廣場一期1樓109-111號舖) continue reading

星期日下午2點幾,全個商場食肆都排哂隊,係得哩間有位,睇住可能佢貴貴地無咁多人,咁可以食得舒服啲啦!點知一入座就見個個員工黑口黑面,戴住口罩都可以從佢哋雙眼透露出“唔歡迎”嘅趕客樣,坐低就即刻講“限時90分鐘”,what? 個餐$200起,都限時?我明明見有人留言話係 hea 傾好地方喎~咁點解我嚟到又會話限時呢?90分鐘好難hea傾喎?!咁都算啦,我都無諗住坐一粒鐘……但問題你無服務又限時,係咪應該食物水準要高啲呢?扒細都算啦~我真係未試$200以上嘅扒,係未淋醬汁前已過咸,我自問好食得咸,都覺得佢太咸。啲配菜係老柴,唯獨配菜果兩糕(其實係一粒開半)係好味。餐只配咖啡或酒,我兩樣唔好,只得另外散叫,一杯$38西瓜汁,餐廳內唔算貴,唔大杯都預咗,但可唔可以清甜啲?埋單時,隔離枱都埋單,佢張信用咭出現咗問題,員工係咪應該為免尷尬行埋去細聲同客人講呢?一路行一路大大聲,語氣粗魯講“你張咭要密碼㗎?信唔到喎!” 雖然人哋係食咗嘢未俾錢,但真係唔係欠你嘅,唔知以為自己去咗大排檔。 continue reading

今天再次到訪這家常常去的意大利餐廳,我們叫了牛扒,一份七成熟另一份全熟,七成熟的還可以,但全熟那一份,well done 變成over over done,可以媲美牛肉乾,又乾又冇味道,勉強吃下去,吃到一肚火,跟職員投訴,反應冷淡,感覺餐廳質素每況愈下,食物質素越來越差,餐枱及座位上,常常都有食物殘渣或餅碎沒有清潔好,環境越來越像快餐店,作為這家餐廳的常客,真的萬分失望😮‍💨⋯⋯希望餐廳可以積極改善😢😢 continue reading

行過好多次如心廣場都想試過呢間餐廳,因為感覺好grand…今日終於試到啦😍😍同朋友兩個人叫左👇🏻1️⃣個set lunch (蕃茄湯、香煎帶子蟹肉扁意粉、包蛋糕同餐飲 $268)1️⃣個雞肉煙腩肉手工pizza1️⃣個黑松露咸蛋白薯條1️⃣特濃朱古力蛋糕1️⃣House coffee 各樣食物味道都好好,最出眾係扁意粉同甜品。扁意粉好彈牙、好有口感仲撈埋滿滿嘅蟹肉,感覺真係另人好滿足至於蛋糕唔駛講,signature 野一定掂餐甜品㨂左開心果吉士千葉酥同散叫左特濃朱古力蛋糕,冇得輸千葉酥好鬆化、開心果醬同吉士唔太甜;至於朱古力蛋糕係用85%濃度朱古力做材料,底層係海綿蛋糕;中間層係慕絲加入nuts,味道苦苦地又夠香至於黑松露咸蛋黃薯條就比較失色,薯條好脆,個黑松露醬都好濃,份量好多;但薯條冇咸蛋黃味另一樣好值得稱讚嘅係員工嘅服務態度,店員不停為顧客加水,個個員工態度都好誠懇、有禮 continue reading
