Vanilla Basque Cheesecake $50First time to try basque cheesecake here. There were three flavours. We chose vanilla. The other two flavours were rose and earl grey. The cheesecake was wrapped by paper in a thin wooden box. It was super super smooth like ice cream. I could see vanilla seeds inside. But burnt flavour was basically nil. Quality was good though. Happy Holiday🌈🌈放假和友人來到銅鑼灣逛街，路過世貿醒起地下嗰層有間Paul Lafayet 上次嚟撞啱燉蛋節，燉蛋被搶購一空，好誇張😱😱之前約定下次一定要再來試試這個招牌法式火焰焦糖燉蛋🐣🐣今次來到遠處已見到很多一小碗法式焦糖燉蛋好似玩層層疊咁，叠得整整齊齊🤭Yeah 我哋終於可以試吓喇！店員即場把焦糖灑在燉蛋的面上再用火槍焊大約半分鐘搞掂！記得30分鐘內享用味道更佳啊🤗友人第一次食，他說綿綿口感加上焦糖脆片，一試愛上了，嘻嘻😁📌銅鑼灣世貿中心地下G03號舖💛PAUL LAFAYET continue reading
