真係火滾!揸住張coupon去換creme burlee,成張coupon條款都冇話到要打去先預約,喺最後一日去到新都會呢間舖頭竟然冇得即刻換,要預約再嚟過!你整唔切咁多甜品就唔好派咁多coupon !對呢個品牌好失望,blacklist 以後都唔會幫襯❌🤬

一直都聽講Paul Lafayet既法式焦糖燉蛋好食,但一路都冇機會,今次終於食到買咗兩個法式焦糖燉蛋,諗住自己用火槍燒,一個就有燒到表面,另一個就冇燒,冇燒果個表面食到糖粒,食落去有好重既雲呢拿同蛋味,唔係話特別甜,但就好香滑,會令人食完一啖再食一啖!令人驚喜既係佢地係用雲呢拿籽,而唔係雲呢拿香油,保證左品質而燒咗嘅燉蛋上面形成薄薄既一層脆皮,食落去好香脆,又係另一番風味。可惜唔記得影相😅我見有人買得多都係唔等店員燒,就咁拎走,我估佢應該都係打算自己食果下先慢慢燒啦😋 同埋佢既碗仔真係好好睇

話說我試咗間法國餐廳啲蛋糕,正!🍰首先有個Yuzu Mandarin Mango Cake,外型得意又創新,咬一口就感覺到爆炸嘅柑橘同芒果滋味,酸酸甜甜好岩夏天嚟個個cut。再嚟個Royal Chocolate Cake,每一啖都系極品,朱古力控絕對唔可以錯過!Tiramisu方面,剛啱好我係個芝士控,佢嘅層次感做得夠濃夠香,每啖都令人滿足。Crème Brûlée Cake就清新咗啲,焦糖脆脆哋,雲呢哋滑滑哋,箇種對比,正到爆!最後,士多啤梨慕絲真系夠晒抵食,外面個慕絲軟綿綿入口即溶,夾埋中間嗰層酸酸地嘅士啤醬,越食越過癮。總括嚟講,這家法國餐廳嘅蛋糕,味道、賣相、口感都令人難以忘懷喎!🎂😊

早前老公同事送咗4張呢間嘅法式焦糖燉蛋劵俾佢,到22-10-2023 (Sun)晏晝,就同老公嚟呢間換嚟食,我哋搵到佢喇,就上前兌換,店員問我哋要唔要焦糖?老公答要.咁佢就喺凍櫃裡面拎出嚟後加糖同用火鎗燒,然後問我哋要唔要膠餐具,同入咗盒後要唔要紙袋?由於我自己帶咗膠匙羹出嚟同諗住即食,所以兩樣嘢都唔要.我哋就即刻走出去附近坐低食,影好相就食喇,面上嘅焦糖已經凍咗,食落佢係脆同甜,而燉蛋本身滑同唔太甜,OK 嘅.$50.00一個,我覺得唔係好值,因為冇乜驚喜.食完之後,我哋即刻抹乾淨還返呢兩個器皿俾佢哋.題外話:返到屋企睇睇個盒,原來買咗後放入雪櫃雪住,可以喺兩日內食用.如果唔係住喺附近或喺附近返工,可能要喺冬天至買喇.

特濃朱古力脆餅$60以蛋糕演繹經典歌劇的神髓,外型儼如宏偉歌劇院裡一排排的觀眾席。底層是果仁糖脆脆,上面再重覆鋪上朱力忌廉、杏仁味海綿蛋糕和朱古力慕絲。整件蛋糕都非常美味,朱古力味濃,不算太甜,亦不太苦,每當諗唔到買邊款paul lafayet蛋糕,特濃朱古力脆餅一定不會失望。面層有有粒迷你馬卡龍。
