美女Icy姐很好客, 請筆者吃macaron. 嘻嘻, 筆者也不客氣了.在眾多的味道之中, 首先一試baileys 味. 哈哈, 果然是愛酒之人, 甜品也要選跟酒有關的. 試一口, macaron外層只是微微的脆, 帶點杏仁香, 口感較黏牙. 中間的夾心只是帶著丁點的甜酒味, 其餘也是甜甜的糖味, 感覺是偏甜的.另一款口味, Vanilla味,外層的杏仁香夾著內裏的vanilla味. Vanilla味道濃郁, 雖然效果也是偏甜但味道較出較香濃, 比baileys的好.在此謝過Icy.

這裡的甜點全是$40, 這次點了法式焦糖燉蛋, 已經不是第一次吃, 因為燉蛋太過好吃, 所以還沒有機會嘗試到其他甜品, 每次經過還會會買燉蛋吃, 焦糖是即做的, 付錢後店員會灑上砂糖, 再用火熗燒成焦糖, 薄脆的焦糖底下是冷冷的燉蛋, 中間還有很多雲尼拿籽, 真材實料, 燉蛋甜度適中, 又香又滑, 令人不禁一口接一口, 此外, 燉蛋的杯十分精美, 吃完, 店員會給一個全新的讓客人帶走, 十分貼心~

Branches can be found on each of the three main islands of Hong Kong, most of which are located within large-scaled shopping arcades which offers free parking whilst you are enjoying your meal. All in all, I would rate Ruby Tuesday a whopping 9/10, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is fond of giant portions and American cuisine.

雖然一直都知道依間係一間出名既甜品店,但係一直都無黎食過,睇食評先發現好多人都推介依到既tiramisu,當然鍾意tiramisu既我又點可以放過依到,比較鍾意咖啡味既我,就當然要叫依到tiramisu,朋友就叫左依個apple crumble,由於無食過既關係,所以都抱好大期望嫁。佢依到既tiramisu真心做得非常之咁出色,因為食落唔單只有依個香濃既咖啡味,吃個陣仲會有D液體狀既野出黎,食落好似飲緊依個咖啡酒咁,幾特別嫁,自己就真係覺得依到既tiramisu真係好好味,之後就係依個apple crumble,我自己都係第一次食依個,當然都係好好味,面頭個層好脆,有D似菠蘿包既感覺,食落好香口,裹面就似係依緊蘋果批咁,好香,又唔會好鬼甜,一樣的味道,好味。另外比較有心思既係依到裝甜品既器皿,係幾靚嫁,聽講仲可以拎得走既,下次試下黎買外賣。

吃過6款不同款式的法式小圓餅後的確感到十分甜蜜與幸福,正能量回復100%的爆燈水平,當中較喜歡的是熱情果與荔枝口味,若要說得嚴格,這裡的馬卡龍形態 算是標緻,但卻出現體積不統一或filling塗得不均勻的情況,有點點瑕疵,明白始終屬人手製作,故有機會遇著類似問題,而以個人口味為出發點,我還是 最鍾愛這裡的招牌法式焦糖燉蛋啊。我已經嚐到屬於夏日的香氣,你又準備好沒有?

話說又係一個晚上又係一正餐後又係甜品時間……蘋果金寶成日經過PL既分店都會見到我好中意佢個賣相(同埋個器皿)staff幫我整番熱佢先食只係……食第一口既時候已經明白了面頭既金寶只有加鹽牛油味,更是油膩濕稔蘋果餡固然足料,可惜只有酸味,只嚐酸味,只覺酸味……

吃過晚飯後,甜癮發作,便來到Paul Lafayet,解決我甜癮之苦。是次選擇了Creme Brûlée。原本平平無奇,淡黃色的 Creme Brûlée,經店員用噴槍即叫即燒後,焦糖表面呈淺啡色,用羹輕輕一敲,焦糖脆片應聲裂開,燒得不過火,焦糖表面沒有苦澀味,口感香脆!呷一口燉蛋,嫩滑軟身,蛋味不重,帶有淡淡vanilla香味,口感滑溜非常,入口即溶,一脆一滑,兩者很是匹配,不愧為 signature dessert!堂食完後,這個瓦製器皿更是我的紀念品,不錯!

想試其出品很久, 但很多時為正去用餐或飯後路過, timing不對, 直至今次, 店員包裝好後給我, 其包裝看得出想令其顧客有在購買高級法式甜品或西餅的感覺, 顏色和文華餅店包裝差不多。The exclusive Paul Lafayet signature is Crème Brûlée. 其重點出品 - 焦糖布丁/燉蛋 混合新鮮忌廉, 雞蛋和馬達加斯加雲呢拿製成, 加上一層香脆的焦糖, 焦糖即叫即燒, 焦糖薄薄的, 帶有一些苦澀味, 燉蛋口感幼滑不俗, 蛋味濃郁, 甜度則剛好, 筆者都品嘗過不少Crème Brûlée, 覺得Paul Lafayet其出品的忌廉味比一般的法式焦糖布丁為重, 可能有些食客會認為忌廉或雲呢拿下得太多, 如和一般中式燉蛋一樣份量, 就比較'漏'。
