第一次買Paul Lafayet嘅法式焦糖燉蛋,未有即刻食,拎到翻屋企,仲比阿媽擺過入雪櫃,食完飯先食🥲然後就係…我d焦糖融曬!變到一攤糖水咁!😭真係要儘快食用呀!第二次買翻公司食,點知又比客人阻咗一陣,又冇即刻食!激死🤯第三次都係買翻公司食,今次乜都唔理,邊個都阻止唔到我!食咗先算!!!☝️終於!我終於食到卜卜脆仲熱熱地嘅焦糖脆面!!!🥰每一口都又脆又creamy!!!好享受😋店員會詢問是否需要即燒焦糖🔥然後即場係燉蛋上灑上黃糖,用火槍即燒焦糖脆面🍯輕微燒焦的焦糖掩蓋了冰冷而柔和的甜味🥚燉蛋的香氣撲鼻而來🍮但這款奶油的味道比看起來更清淡,入口即化,帶有淡淡的酪乳餘味🥛最值得一讚的是,盛載燉蛋的陶瓷器皿🥧可重用自製甜品,也可用作其他擺設,好看且非常有質感,送禮自食皆宜。🥣

話說有同事比左張換領法式焦糖燉蛋嘅券我今日見有時間就同朋友一齊去試吓呢個一直都好想試嘅法式焦糖燉蛋啦去到見到原來都成$50 一個,我諗如果要我自己俾錢食嘅話 應該唔係太捨得現場大概有兩張枱三個位到如果多人嘅話 真係冇辦法喺入邊食去到佢會即場鋪啲焦糖喺個燉蛋上面,然後用火槍燒俾你睇老實講,我覺得個口感真係好正好creamy 好滑, 個焦糖亦都唔會太硬 過咗火喉食完個兜仲可以俾你拎返屋企洗乾淨,做紀念😂😂😂
