朋友請食飯,主人家上網搵咗呢間香港最出名嘅非洲菜餐廳食飯,佢話見到啲食評都幾好,而我哋都未食過非洲菜,咁就要嚟食吓喇。非洲雞翼:(加納辣醬、OMG醬、炸蒜粒)外脆內嫩,香濃惹味!配埋醬汁食落爆出酸甜味道,好有新鮮口感!香煎牛柳墨西哥夾餅:(有牛柳、青椒、洋蔥、牛油果醬、酸忌廉、蕃茄沙沙醬、夾餅)肉質靭,牛味濃郁,汁多味美。配埋夾餅同配菜一齊食,口感豐富,有嚼勁!非洲王辣雞煲:呢到嘅招牌菜,肉質嫩滑,醬汁辣辣哋好惹味!烤焗原條魷魚:(有新鮮原隻魷魚、免治豬肉、蒜片、車厘茄整)魷魚鮮甜,魷魚圈裏釀入免治牛肉,口感好特別,好味道!雜錦海鮮燴非洲飯:(有本地青口、虎蝦、蜆、魷魚仔、非洲香草蕃茄醬、泰國絲苗米)色香味都好濃郁,有米飯飯焦,一口一啖辣辣地好惹味!菠蘿焦糖布甸:有細細粒嘅新鮮菠蘿,甜甜酸酸,溝埋忌廉一齊食,口感軟綿滑溜,好清新,好有驚喜!非洲加納特飲:(有薑、洛神花及非洲香料製成)酸酸甜甜辣辣,好開胃!

朋友食過一次返尋味,叫埋我一齊去食,諗諗吓咁大個人都冇食過非洲菜,於是就應約。雖然喺重慶大廈嚟講,價位都比較進取,但係絕對值呢個價錢。‣ 非洲辣王雞煲 $350用咗非洲嘅特有香料,呢隻味真係得呢間餐廳先食得到。好可惜自己唔係好食得辣,今次嗌咗小辣,朋友話再辣啲會更加香同埋好食。雞肉質地相當鮮嫩,雞件都唔少,雞煲嘅香味真係好有層次感,味道絕對唔單調。‣ 店主太太特色炆牛尾 $170我自己超級推薦炆牛尾,味道一流,而且我估計都係用非洲嘅香料,所以同出邊炆牛尾嘅味道絕對唔一樣。而且肉嘅份量都好多,牛尾炆到相當之軟淋,而且佢都係比較辣,但係辣得嚟幾過癮,大家一定要嗌。‣ 蒜香薄餅 $50店員推薦我嗌薄餅,於是就嗌嚟試吓,食落都幾重蒜香味,搭配牛尾同埋雞煲嘅醬汁真係一流,本身唔想食澱粉,但係都忍唔住嗌咗個薄餅。

今日慶祝朋友生日揀咗個特別嘅,重慶大廈!以為呢度只有咖喱,朋友推介咗呢間餐廳。首先要衝過門口嘅人群嚟到呢間餐廳,門口感覺風格都OK。 首先望落去幾乾淨幾優雅。 價格唔算太平, 不過味道唔錯。首先點咗杯朱古力飲品,我見到好多枱都有叫,味道係好香濃,唔會太甜唔錯跟住叫咗個墨魚意粉味道都幾鮮甜意粉幾爽口。魚配薯條 ,魚其實冇乜特別,不過佢個醬汁調得好好,所以變咗幾好味,薯條炸到脆卜卜,十分之香口。牛尾骨煲,牛尾骨煲有少少似韓式嗰個牛肋骨煲,甜甜地幾香濃好味,而且個牛尾骨炆到腍晒,配個飯應該就一流。最後係個甜品,pineapple creame brulee 本身我唔係太食甜品,都覺得呢個好唔錯好香滑,又唔算太甜,仲有少少菠蘿嘅清新。所以估唔到喺重慶大廈呢一間餐廳都有啲驚喜

第一次知道有Paul’s Kitchen 係由一個網上節目介紹。已經bookmark左好耐,直到係社交平台見到老闆嘅消息之後,先第一次去嘗試。重慶大廈有d複雜,但跟住老闆娘社交平台條介紹片,好容易就可以搵到。lunch time都好多人,記得要book位。第一次食非洲菜,嗌左個烤雞配非洲香料炒飯,烤雞唔會過老,配埋佢d醬汁好好食。而個炒飯就有少少辣,不過我可以接受嘅範圍。同事嗌左個魚柳,酸酸甜甜,魚柳又好滑,真係好唔錯仲嗌左一個豬腩配非洲炒飯,燒豬腩有d似我地嘅燒肉,但佢嘅皮就唔似燒肉咁脆,有d韌。味道係ok嘅。lunch嘅話仲包沙律/湯同飲品,有同事話佢個朱古力十分好飲,下次要試下。
