朋友食過一次返尋味,叫埋我一齊去食,諗諗吓咁大個人都冇食過非洲菜,於是就應約。雖然喺重慶大廈嚟講,價位都比較進取,但係絕對值呢個價錢。‣ 非洲辣王雞煲 $350用咗非洲嘅特有香料,呢隻味真係得呢間餐廳先食得到。好可惜自己唔係好食得辣,今次嗌咗小辣,朋友話再辣啲會更加香同埋好食。雞肉質地相當鮮嫩,雞件都唔少,雞煲嘅香味真係好有層次感,味道絕對唔單調。‣ 店主太太特色炆牛尾 $170我自己超級推薦炆牛尾,味道一流,而且我估計都係用非洲嘅香料,所以同出邊炆牛尾嘅味道絕對唔一樣。而且肉嘅份量都好多,牛尾炆到相當之軟淋,而且佢都係比較辣,但係辣得嚟幾過癮,大家一定要嗌。‣ 蒜香薄餅 $50店員推薦我嗌薄餅,於是就嗌嚟試吓,食落都幾重蒜香味,搭配牛尾同埋雞煲嘅醬汁真係一流,本身唔想食澱粉,但係都忍唔住嗌咗個薄餅。 continue reading
