Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我覺得佢個皮厚咗啲啲,同埋有一粒小籠包拎起就漏汁🥲不過入面嘅肉餡同湯汁係好味嘅!

比我想像中大碟,但係成碟都係啡黑色咁,賣相唔係太靚。個楊梅醬都幾惹味,都有幾濃嘅梅味。如果唔係骨,係淨肉,我應該會鐘意食多啲😂

好大碟嘅炒飯,啲蝦係爽口嘅,唔會太油膩。
🔸 排骨擔擔麵(💰72)(7/10)
擔擔麵係會員送的。佢俾超多麵,搞到好似唔係幾夠湯咁,湯底可以有更多花生更好。排骨可以再酥脆一點。
整體而言,各款菜式味道都正正常常,無咩驚喜,但都不會失望嘅。員工態度親切,服務幾好。Kabu會員85折。

坐低之後就先來一壺普洱茶嘆下先,跟著就上第一碟「鎮江餚肉」配左醋汁,食落口有啲似啫喱咁,又有啲似熏蹄。
第二碟「花雕醉雞」好有酒香味,食落口啲雞好嫩滑,好食
第三碟「黃金蝦球」蝦球係炸完再加咸蛋黃去炒的,食落有啲脆,有好濃既咸蛋黃味,個人覺得呢道菜一般要送飯食,食完口渴。
第三碟「糖醋魚塊」好似咕嚕肉菜式咁,只係今次是用魚柳整,幾好食,都是要送飯的。
第四碟「富貴炒飯」呢個炒飯冇咩特別,菜粒是多的,炒飯份量都多,味道正常。
第五碟「不等你小籠包」我覺得可以再熱啲,皮薄多汁厚肉,係幾好食既。
第六碟係湯來「砂鍋醃篤鮮」材料豐富,有小唐菜,有腩肉,有腐竹打結,有荀,多料又好味既湯,飲完大滿足。
跟著最後上甜品「高力豆沙」口感似食緊油炸鬼,但又似食緊冬甩,面頭有糖粉,內裡有豆沙,食落幾好食。
2人餐有咁多野,真係好正,似3人餐多啲,食到好飽好滿足。

松子魚🐟又叫松鼠魚🐟,通常會用桂花魚🐟,因炸完後形態好似松鼠而得名,廣東人就叫松子魚,一來以松子仁作點綴,而且用獨特切法令魚肉貌似松果, 酸酸甜甜好開胃上面仲有蝦仁 ,松子,仲有唔同顏色嘅青椒, 外脆內嫩,雖然外面炸到脆卜卜,但係啲魚肉都唔會太乾合格
叫咗媽媽最愛酸辣湯, 同酸甜楊梅骨, 啲餸菜 到齊嘅時候,先諗起今餐全部都係酸酸甜甜紅卜卜,果然夏天就係特別想食甜酸開胃嘅餸🤣🤣

普遍份量都大大碟,口味好啱我,因為都帶點小辣,而且即叫即整上菜嘅時候仲係熱辣辣🤤👍🏻干鍋椰菜花啲辣椒🌶️仲多過啲菜😳味道啱啱好正👌🏻
酸菜魚片似係水煮魚多啲,而且係紅薯粉,如果係寬粉就更加好😌好少魚,$158有啲貴😢
黃金大蝦有好多隻,鹹蛋黃青瓜好清新既配搭🙌🏻大蝦就好油膩咁,唔夠脆,而且凍左啲~
小籠包唔似係即刻包既,應該係交貨,有啲失望😗

整體來講都幾好食,不過如果冇折嘅話價錢就偏貴😛服務都幾好,可以一試~
先來冷盤:鎮江餚肉,爽口凍感~
We weren’t expecting much in Yau Tong and chose this place as there was no que, but we were pleasantly surprised at the fast service, good food and nice spacious environment inside the restaurant.
We ordered a snack platter with drunken chicken, sesame noodles, cold Chinese style ham and marinated fish. The presentation was nice and each dish was delightful and made well.
The Xiao long Bao were good, the skin wasn’t too thick and there was soup inside the bao. They tasted similar to those made in higher end restaurants. We also ordered pan fried pork buns, again made well with a crispy base and a nice seasoned pork mince filling.
However, the best dish to our surprise was was Yangzhou fried rice, no wok burnt flavor, well seasoned with a good range of ingredients and tasted as good as any made in HK!
The restaurant service is efficient, clean and spacious. I would come back again!
這家餐廳可能樓面同廚房的人手少了,或換咗批員工,碟又唔換, 上甜品高力豆沙催了4-5次 差不多15分鐘才有人換乾淨的碟, 結果高力豆沙也是凍的.
埋單連加一$796, 看似都幾抵結果到了晚上開始上嘔下瀉至少7-8次, 打給非同住的父母也發生同樣情況, 上嘔下瀉一直持續2天到年初二吃了腸胃藥及抗生素才見好轉, 年初一全家人再次到和平飯店反映情況, 接待我們一位自稱經理態度還十分差, 最起碼的道歉都沒有, 只是一味同我們話你們不舒服要看醫生, 完全沒有從業人員或管理人員應有的態度去嘗試了解餐廳導致顧客食物中毒, 上嘔下瀉的原因, 在我們一再提醒這位經理餐廳導致顧客食物中毒是很嚴重的問題他才開始有點重視要我們留下電話跟進, 基於對這家餐廳完全失望也了解到和平飯店同牛角餐廳同屬KABU集團屬於而且是KABU會員, 無奈之下只能轉向集團進一步投訴, 希望他們有人可以跟進此事, 鑑於這家餐廳質素大幅下降, 廚房衛生條件值得懷疑,管理混亂而且出了事多番託詞不負責任, 從此不願意再光顧.
宮保雞丁啲雞肉嘅雪味好重, 就算有醬汁包住,都食得出有雪味, 不過份量幾多, 花生都有好多, 68蚊一碟,都真係幾抵食。
楊梅骨, ok呀幾好食, 甜酸度啱啱好, 而且份量亦都唔錯, 啲排骨都醃得幾入味。

新豬肉小籠包, 食唔出係新豬肉,無論口感同味道,都同平時嘅普通小籠包好似
我哋坐嗰張係普通四方形摺枱,鋪咗枱布, 不過張摺枱啲枱腳唔平, 一路食飯一路有啲搖
埋單兩個人食到飽一飽都只係3 3 3, 都算幾抵食
啲食物上菜速度超快,叫左之後5分鐘左右已經全部上曬枱,快到有啲嚇人😅所以都要食快啲,免得食物凍曬!
食物份量唔算少,雖然係4人餐,但我哋6個人加左條魚已經夠曬飽!餐廳亦好均真,4人餐免茶錢,所以佢地都只係收咗我哋2個人錢咋🤣
食物質素其實都唔錯,無論味道、賣相都唔差!而且有信用卡優惠,真心覺得幾抵食😋
於是就求其揀咗去呢間餐廳食晚餐😌
