選用白松露比黑松露更加幽香, 醬汁帶微微的酸吃起來都幾清爽,只是和牛肉碎少得可憐,用料只屬一般, 但因著醬汁的獨特性和手造意粉的水平, 加上是中上環地段,這家的手做意粉可以推介。


Quattro Formaggi ($198)
是非常純粹的芝士pizza, 分別用上Ricotta, Parmigiario Reggiano, Buffalo Mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Provolone多種芝士, 再有一小碟蜜糖添加在薄餅之上, 又甜又鹹口味非常「韓風」, 喜歡韓食文化的年輕人應該會好鍾情 這款口味,而當除了芝士奶酥味較強之外, 這多重芝士的口味及配搭都幾特別, 但可惜似乎薄餅的粉團發酵時間過長,令口感差了一截, 而且亦沒有預期的粉團香氣,有可能是因為太過流水作業出事,要知道手做意粉和手做薄餅,都很講求新鮮程度和時間控制。

觀乎餐廳現階段的管理仍不太穩定, 故此有失準會是意料中事, 加上地段上的人流不少, 感覺餐點是否好吃,便要看運氣自求多福了。

但平心而論, 最便宜$130便能吃到手工意粉, 加上如此韓風的環境, 對中環上班族來說, 應該係過幾唔錯嘅開餐選擇。

主打手工意粉,餐廳環境好似喺首爾去過嗰啲文青系cafe 咁,落地大玻璃、白色地板、白色牆、高樓底、open kitchen、簡約傢私,一入門口已經有張大枱見到廚師喺度整意粉,幾有feel,不過張餐枱細咗啲。試咗佢地個 Ratatouille Lasagna 同 Truffle White Ragu,鍾意佢地個 lasagna ,肉醬食落比其他地方食到嘅多蔬菜,食得到裡面有一粒粒嘅茄子同zucchini ,不過個Truffle White Ragu 就普通,同埋有啲細碟。其實兩款pasta 以 $15x 呢個價錢嚟講,仲要係lunch,呢個地點同格局確實有啲貴,不過試一次OK嘅。

返工喺上環附近,見到新開嘅呢間Cafe lunch time 時間日日都大排長龍。經research得知原來呢間Cafe係韓國人主理既意大利餐廳,估計因為黑白大廚呢個節目好Hit,令到呢個韓國人開嘅意大利餐廳都好受歡迎。因為同事之間都好想試,所以有一日同事專登11:45am嚟到呢間Cafe攞位。因為我哋有成10個人,所以基本上成個Menu嘅菜式我哋都有叫。蕃茄加Burata cheese嘅沙律真係非常好味,雖然簡單但係蕃茄好新鮮加埋醬汁一齊食非常之夾。佢哋嘅意粉都係手工做,食左幾款意粉都好好味,值得一試!有一款pasta叫Cacio e Pepe ,望落好普通,但食落好有驚喜,好香芝士味!反而pizza我個人就覺得麻麻地。

比想像中大啲

呢個Pizza好特別 煙煙韌韌 好似食緊麻糬咁
不過有少少不足之處 就係Pizza餅底比較腍
