服務不專業朋友在附近工作知道這間新餐廳所以約來試,聽講好多人排隊所以我早到坐低,因為朋友未到所以先叫了一支啤酒,侍應用一個挺大的果汁杯來斟啤酒, 詢問後侍應也表示沒有啤酒杯只拿來一個較細的水杯, 最不專業的是竟然問我啤酒需要加冰嗎?其後朋友到了,隨即order食物,打算要Pizza,意粉和一個和沙律~當我跟那個韓國侍應order Pizza時, 他用幾乎責備的語氣說我們現在沒有Pizza! 然後用手指在Menu上大力地圈住pizza範圍打交叉! 首先我是剛剛才知道沒有Pizza賣! 而且一間意大利餐廳意粉pizza是基本吧~ 冇唔緊要! 但呢個態度正確咩? 唔係應該用抱歉嘅態度解釋點解無咩?? 我們表示要再想想,她便無聲走開…. 最後找到另一個侍應order才知道原來他們的焗爐壞了…價錢和食物性價比極低(純屬個人觀點)因為沒有Pizza所以我們叫了Lemon Butter Chicken 但上餐時真心覺得餐廳食水深,味道是合格的,整個餐點完全沒有配菜只有兩個小拳頭大的雞肉$208, 這個價格在這個地段沒有問題, 問題就是性價比。這個價錢這個份量再加這個服務結論是冇下次

因為沒有Pizza所以我們叫了Lemon Butter Chicken 但上餐時真心覺得餐廳食水深,味道是合格的,整個餐點完全沒有配菜只有兩個小拳頭大的雞肉$208, 這個價格在這個地段沒有問題, 問題就是性價比。

這個價錢這個份量再加這個服務結論是冇下次

本身期望好高嘅體驗,可惜⋯⋯1. Truffle with Ragu意粉比較幼身,口感一般,味道相對平平淡淡,無特別層次嘅感覺,無香草嘅味道,感覺是韓式的西餐。有芝士的,只係朋友不能食芝士,所以另上。2. Salsiccia Pizza 好有地中海風味,絕非意大利口味,口感及口味都並無層次感,Pizza 邊片,有較苦的after taste ,整個批都好濕好Soggy。滿心期待食手工制食品,可惜我心目中是意大利口感,但只是韓式的西餐感覺,個人覺得唔太值得,一試便可以了。

有芝士的,只係朋友不能食芝士,所以另上。


2. Salsiccia Pizza
好有地中海風味,絕非意大利口味,口感及口味都並無層次感,Pizza 邊片,有較苦的after taste ,整個批都好濕好Soggy。

滿心期待食手工制食品,可惜我心目中是意大利口感,但只是韓式的西餐感覺,個人覺得唔太值得,一試便可以了。

呢間位於上環嘅「PECORINO」係由韓國人主理意大利餐廳,一班港女聽到oppa 就即刻衝去食,估唔到我呢個港男都衰咗喺佢手上仲要伏埋,呢餐飯最好食嘅就係Ricotta Ravioli,跟住就係到杯飲品Blu Mare,之後果啲都係普普通通,beef tartare 就改變做成佢哋自己嘅款式,同原本嘅唔相同,佢哋嘅做法有啲似炒牛肉粒,但係味道就偏鹹,至於個pizza真係想講36個字粗口,味道基本上冇問題,但係非常之淋⋯⋯簡單啲講個pizza仲淋過謝霆鋒整嘅雞蛋仔。

最近 Netflix《黑白大廚》爆紅,令唔少港人又迷上韓風,多家進駐香港韓國餐廳人氣暴漲💕。最近由韓國人主理既新餐廳 Pecorino係上環人氣一時無兩,日日full house 。餐廳結合韓風+意大利美食😋。Pecorino 設開放式廚房+工作檯,炮製唔同意大利菜+美食,包括手工意粉、拿玻里薄餅、前菜、全日 brunch 等美食。當中比較推薦:🥢Tomato Conchiglie 番茄醬貝殼粉廚師推薦的 Tomato Conchiglie 番茄醬貝殼粉味道比較清新。🥢Salsiccia 意大利拿坡里薄餅餐廳採用意大利拿坡里 Stefano Ferrara 窯爐,新鮮出爐一系列拿玻里薄餅,用意式香腸+橄欖製成。

「Margherita(V) 」顧名思義就係瑪格麗特Pizza ,以蕃茄、水牛芝士、羅勒焗製,味道唔會有大出錯,唯獨唔知係咪未熟悉個操作/正宗意大利pizza,會有D燶左既苦味🤔


見到入門口有張枱,睇返其他人嘅相片,呢個Pizza應該最出名就係即埸有師傅手拉餅底,不過我嗰個時段就見唔到啦!另外餐廳用左拿坡里式專業窯爐🤔如果冇Google錯,呢個窯爐真係來頭不少!

打卡餐廳一向都比較貴,咁呢度都唔例外,可能新開張配套唔係咁好,如果Menu可以做得精緻啲,唔好成張鹹菜+有啲圖片解釋吓會好少少,呢度個Pizza真係幾好味,嗰個口感係好煙靭,如果可以多啲資料去了解呢間餐廳就會更加好啦!

用咗個半鐘去等,所以期望好高,到最後入去比門口一個開放式嘅廚房所吸引,兩個廚師oppa喺度整意大利粉所吸引,不斷搓麵粉,然後坐係一個長椅,大概再等多三4分鐘就可以入去啦,成個用餐體驗可以,但略嫌冷氣有少許不足,整體用餐食物質素都可以,但不要抱太大期望,值得一讚,意粉係彈牙,看得出是手工意大利粉,而意大利薄餅口感不錯, 可能是韓式做法,蕃茄醬比較淡,如果可以在濃郁一點就非常好,菜式嘅種類略嫌不足,甜品和飲品嘅種類仍有待改善。
