公司開會之前,一定會食飽飽後才去開會,今次秘書就選了北京樓,讓我們先吃個豐富午餐。北京樓在香港已經有很多年歴史,最出名的菜是北京填鴨(又名片皮鴨),所以今次都点了這道菜。 每次上菜之前, 侍應必定把原隻漲卜卜的烤鴨拿到客人面前,給他看看,然後才把鴨一片一片的片出來放在碟上,客人就可以把鴨片放在薄薄的皮上,可以選擇加上醬汁,大蔥,青瓜等包好一齊吃,非常美味。松子魚,也是很多人會点的菜,把魚炸好再加上甜酸汁,非常醒胃。另外小籠包~薄皮內包著很多汁,好味。

當日叫左:

酸辣湯 - 老公係酸辣湯專家,佢話味道普通,不太足料

小籠包 - 成晚最好嘅食物,包入面嘅湯仲係熱,值得一讚

鍋貼 - 皮太厚,無特別

嫩雞煨麵 - 雖則嫩雞煨都係清清地,但未至於會一d味都無吧?

賽磅蟹 - 一樣,都係冇味.....

回鍋肉 - ok,正常不過不失

沙律蝦 - 超貴,上面沙律醬係綠色嘅,食落係芥辣味,但完全食唔到蝦味

當以上嘅野食到8899之際,我地隻片皮鴨都仲未到,催左三次終於黎了,點知....隻鴨色水完住唔靚,食落一d都唔香又係完全冇味,仲有d鞋。而個皮就係凍嘅😭😭😭

lunch同同事去左飲茶平時北京楬好多人好睬一個星期前book定去到唔洗等即刻入得點心比起其他酒樓當然係好食小小d蝦蛟個皮都好薄起馬唔係咬落一舊粉我自己對腸粉要求都有d高最鍾意腸粉要夠滑同個皮夠薄所以我覺得佢d腸粉都ok

是日放假,難得享受一個人的上午,跑步過後相約父母午餐小聚。一行人到了葵芳的北京樓,這裏午市除了北方小菜外,亦供應隔離潮江春的點心,等位時間稍短,是平日聚腳的好選擇。難得見面,一盅兩件。蒸魷魚配上香蒜更顯鮮味。好多人覺得魷魚膽固醇偏高,近年醫學研究發現身體膽固醇大多來自內在產生,反而從食物當中吸收的膽固醇部分占好少比例,一反社會迷思。當然,食物的其它營養尤其過量脂肪吸收就要註意啦。至於瑤柱餃這個名稱改得吸引,可惜豬肉更多,建議可改名豬肉餃,價錢亦可便宜一點這個小食其實是鹹蛋黃拌炸蠔仔,皮薄油膩感不明顯,蠔仔亦好新鮮,值得一贊!最後的牛肉餡餅令人失望,牛肉酸溜溜,不知是否誤將醋當成調味料呢午市人流多,侍應雖少但服務殷勤 希望貴公司多增人手減輕前線負擔啦。

趁近日有空,便去葵方Shipping 一下。朋友要求去北京樓吃午餐,貪其坐得舒服和服務殷勤些。雖然價錢有些昂貴,但都坐無虛席,可想有幾好食。今次不是等了好久就有位了,好開心因太肚餓。先吃些咸菜醒下胃。點了好多點心,燒賣,山竹牛肉,豉汁鳳爪,叉燒包,潮州粉果,布拉腸粉,好期待啊。蜆芥鯪魚球,現在好少地方有得吃,即炸香口,配蜆芥醬,臭得來好滋味,不是每個人接受。小籠包,大粒足料超多汁。百子玉帶炒飯,炒得好乾身,材料十足,超多帶子,鮮甜美味。
