今時今日雖然舖租向上升,人工向上升,但服務態度和質素并沒有向上升!四個人入去飲茶,比咗張八人枱我哋,我同個服務員講,張枱太大張了,第二句都未講,個服務員粗聲粗氣地,毫無禮貌地反問我,咁你要唔要啊?唔要就行埋一邊啦!我頓時真的冇火變成有火,點解可以對住個客人可以這樣冇禮貌的呢⋯⋯二十年的北京樓的服務是上等級,但今時今日的北京樓下下等級都不如,令人非常失望!另外食物沒有特別,總之沒有驚喜,味道不太難食!

數喜愛北京填鴨的食肆,北京樓絕對在我的名單之內。一來食肆環境舒適,二來服務周到,是值得一嚐的中菜廳。點了北京填鴨($160 / 半隻)由於只有3人吃,半隻每人都吃到3片以上,份量其實都很足夠。鴨沒有片得很薄,因此每片均能吃到皮加肉。其中有些皮還帶有油脂,是一隻肥鴨呢。而我最愛則是薄薄的皮,不會因多吃幾片就覺得太飽或漿口。楊柳萵苣絲($98)很爽口,應是用上湯煮成的,因為每條萵苣絲都有味,是值得一試的蔬菜。賽螃蟹($118)由蛋白所烹調出來,本來味道淡淡的,幸好咸蛋黃份量適中。是撈飯一流的菜色。總結:此家分店一直能保持水準!菜色很多都值得一試。

由於只有3人吃,

份量其實都很足夠。

最嬲既係 我拎完一塊皮既時候 竟然成手都係油!🤢

服務員已經換過三次比我 可惜都是一樣🤮🤮🤮

新都會廣場已經裝修得八八九九,呢日同朋友行下,發現多左好多舖頭,行到晚飯時間就搵下有咩食,經過北京樓見到未夠六點就有好多人等入座,而且某信用卡有九折,今次一於去試試六點準時入座,即刻睇睇餐牌有咩好食!最後叫左北京填鴨、紅油抄手,落單時侍應話北京填鴨要等45分鐘,一場黎到就等等啦足足等左九個字,終於有野食紅油抄手,非常一般,同行朋友就覺得十分唔掂北京填鴨,本身好期待,點知食落實在太令人失望最後食剩好多,實在無辦法繼續食埋佢⋯⋯希望以後如有機會再黎,食物質素會改善!

二 通常面皮是用竹籠上碟,熱騰騰冒煙的。 這裡的卻是冷冰冰,濕濕的。

星期一晚由於旺角訂滿了,所以去了葵芳的北京樓。估不到這是一個錯誤的決定。這算是我吃過最難食的北京樓。員工態度尚算親切,但由於客人太多,所以不能即時招呼我們。他們已盡力,我也十分體諒。最令我失望的是,北京樓在我心中是不錯的食肆,但在葵芳這間分店所有我叫了的點心包括蔥油餅,蘿蔔絲酥餅及鍋貼都是皮太厚,而且太乾。但片皮鴨的包餅卻太濕且黏作一團,極難分開。這次請客真是極失望。最後向店員表達,他們也十分無奈!唯一可取的是甜品不錯。但已補嘗不了。
