行過見佢幾靜就入左去食,之前去過九龍灣間分店都幾唔錯。我今次係上環叫左一個set,香茅豬扒湯河,開頭食落覺得個豬扒好硬,好似石頭,都有香茅味。點知食多幾舊,係一種油益味,仲要有d嗅,好想反胃,食完成晚個胃好唔舒服。好明顯係個豬扒放得太耐變壞左再返炸。。。。已經過左5個鐘,個胃仲係好唔舒服,好似消化唔到咁食左半碗無食。我個朋友食左個熟牛河,個湯底都還可以。但好肯定以後唔會再去。d野好唔新鮮,建議大家唔好再食,好!唔!掂!

中午搵嘢食,見門口排了很多人等位,諗住試吓啦,點知食物服務完全唔掂!叫咗午市套餐,生牛肉可轉金邊粉要加錢,小食叫了春卷,飲品叫了青檸梳打。這是一般越南餐廳嘅基本食品,點知生牛河湯底完全唔掂,春卷好似隔夜返咋,油到不得了,用紙巾索了油之後都不能吃下,青檸梳打仲離譜,用砂糖,完全不能接受。但唔知點解咁多人幫襯,這家不是越南餐廳,只是極不合規格的港式茶餐廳,簡直係魚目混珠!

蓮花即係荷花,

飲落幾有荷葉香都幾消滯。

同事想食越南粉,就來這店一試,坐位環境比中區那邊的一些舖還要擠迫,坐下看看餐牌,價格與中環無異,可算頗貴,但衛生情況就不敢提,以免編輯又說是"在食評中發放不實﹑捏造事實﹑惡意 猜測或含誤導成份的內容"的理由禁止發表了,大家從相中也可見其處理廢物的狀況,實在也不用我說了;我試了一個"火車頭"加青檸梳打。青檸梳打,真個原汁原味,只有三四片青檸檬,另加一罐梳打水,自已搞掂,最慘是連少少糖水都沒有。火車頭,河粉應該不是正式越南河,因口感不夠滑,湯底就做得不錯,鮮甜濃郁,但餸料就似乎差要點,生牛肉尚算鮮嫩,入口牛味濃而口感嫩滑,牛丸也彈牙香甜,牛就欠了一點帶爽的口感,味道也偏淡,而牛根就真的太淋,完全沒有噬口,還有點漿口的感覺,味也很淡,但更可惜的是整碗粉內竟然沒有牛栢葉,使得這"火車頭"就始終欠缺了一點,變得不完整。

I have ordered the set: Vermicelli with Fish Source Chicken with Barley water

It is a very large bowl, 90% filled with vermicelli. It would be better if the portion of Chicken can be increased to 30% and reduce the vermicelli, as a consideration of the price (HKD51) that is higher than common vietnamese restaurants.

The taste is so-so, not really bad but no suprise as well. It is just to feed yourself, you can think in this way to avoid any disappointment.

The barley water is not the made with water boiled with the barley together, it is like honey water added some barley in it. Not bad but just I do not think it should called "barley water".

Other Info. : The service is fine. I would like to suggest the restaurant to provide tissue for the customers and increase the portion of the main ingredients in each dish for the current price fixed. Otherwise, the price should be slightly adjusted.
