原來已經第二年到PIIN 除夕到數.不同的是現在Chef team是由Tate團隊主理的法式料理. 九道菜全部精心處理,其中也有似曾相識,好像之前的名物雪茄鴨2.0用了松下蟹肉味道清新又香口,雲霧鮑魚改革成法式日本鮮鮑.最驚喜就是法式酸菜魚,廚師用上日本蜜柑鯛配酸菜魚湯,席上各人都讚不絕口,連湯都一起乾了.甜品之一番茄炒蛋雪糕創意天馬行空,又吃得開心,今晚wine pairing選擇是店方精心挑選, 加上除夕節日氣氛全店觥籌交錯. 感恩永遠不會多,美酒佳餚這裏不會少.

2021年 踏入11月,遇上食神!開心!香港旅遊發展局聯同約150家餐廳,推出 Travel by Palate,日期為11月1日 ~ 11月30日,這1檔預訂了14家餐廳,第8站:中環石板街高端中菜 品298元/位 精選午餐,包括以下的:#蒜泥白肉萵苣卷:蒜泥白肉好不好吃,醬汁很關鍵,這個蒜蓉、陳醋、辣椒、醬油、糖的比例,拿揑得很好!加萵苣是很聰明的撘配,吃完3件都不覺油膩!#百花釀蟹拑:我超喜歡吃釀蟹拑,花膠彈牙,店員說加了花膠,但我吃不出有。#生炒臘味糯米飯:份量很足!不夠乾身,不似生炒似用電飯煲煮的。#薑茶湯圓:薑味濃郁,驅寒暖胃,剛好這幾天降溫,讚!

Booked a birthday lunch here. Was told that three of the normal lunch choices was unavailable so decided to go for the more expensive executive lunch set where it was an appetiser, soup, fried rice and dessert. The appetiser was okay, but the soup was bland, the rice is just fried rice and not paired with any real mains and the dessert is bite size. There was no acknowledgement for the bday celebration either. Not worth the price especially when there are so many better options close by. Needless to say, won’t be visiting here again.

遲了到餐廳,原來餐廳三點半休息,但店員都耐心接待,春卷是即炸,很有創意,下面醬汁是醬油及麻醬,牛河用了和牛,很有獲氣,不輸大排檔,椰汁糕是熱辣辣的,整餐很滿意!

品味粵菜 👍🏻 朋友生日飯,我地一行4人,每款菜式叫2-4碟,因為每碟都係細細碟,大約係一人分量左右,好似依款duck cigar咁就要一人一個,其餘我地就每款兩碟,大約試左8款菜豚肉👍🏻牛👍🏻所有菜都好好味 除左依款蝦就好似冇乜特別
