Booked a birthday lunch here. Was told that three of the normal lunch choices was unavailable so decided to go for the more expensive executive lunch set where it was an appetiser, soup, fried rice and dessert. The appetiser was okay, but the soup was bland, the rice is just fried rice and not paired with any real mains and the dessert is bite size. There was no acknowledgement for the bday celebration either. Not worth the price especially when there are so many better options close by. Needles

遲了到餐廳,原來餐廳三點半休息,但店員都耐心接待,春卷是即炸,很有創意,下面醬汁是醬油及麻醬,牛河用了和牛,很有獲氣,不輸大排檔,椰汁糕是熱辣辣的,整餐很滿意!

Take a step into the restaurant and it immediately gives off a minimalistic and cosy feeling. It has a huge bar filled with all kinds of wine. We ordered two set lunches and seasonal double-boiled soup, melon and bamboo pith. The soup was in reasonable portion, sweet and flavourful. You may want to start with light drinks before indulging into other strong flavoured dishes, that’s why they served refreshing oolong and white tea. The appetizers were followed by delicate tasting main courses. We started with "Braised whole abalone and fish maw with egg fried rice”, sliced abalone and fish maw dipped in abalone sauce made a perfect combo. The sauce was sufficient and you can even enjoy it with the rice, juicy! 👍👍😋😋 Side dishes included black fungus, choy sum and putrid fish cubes, rich and balanced! The other dish “"Sweet and sour shiitake mushrooms with egg fried rice" was vegan but not dull at all! It has fried crispy mushroom, pineapple and tender ginger. Together with a homemade sweet and sour sauce, we loved how healthy and fresh it tasted!

The staffs here were enthusiastic. After getting you sat, they gave you hand sanitizer and towel. I really appreciated it especially in view of the COVID-19 outbreak. Then they would brief you about the dishes served, they introduced the whole menus and this saved me a lot of time reading it.

We ordered the “Braised whole abalone and fish maw with egg fried rice”, “the Signature deboned chicken with scallion sauce tossed in Inaniwa udon”, Oolong Tea.
We also added on a seasonal soup which was Abalone soup with bamboo fungus and winter melon. The soup was appetizing and rich in both the taste and ingredients. The abalone was chewy and tasty.

Look at the abalone, the size was quite big and thick. Everything is finger-licking good.

For the udon, its taste was relatively light compared to other food with scallion sauce. However, I think it is good since it would not be too greasy and too heavy. It fits those who want to keep fit and eat delicious food at the same time. The chicken was succulent.

今日難得放假,同朋友去完大館玩,見夠鐘食lunch就行左去附近嘅h code ’品’諗住食餐好嘅。當日天氣都非常炎熱,店員好快手係我哋坐低一刻已經幫我哋準備咗2杯冰水降一降暑氣,幾貼心。由於疫情關係,餐廳都準備左酒精搓手液,毛巾同紙巾俾我哋清潔雙手同放口罩。個人涼返之後先發現佢哋有好多種類嘅酒做decor , 原來佢哋平時夜晚係食wine pairing 嘅菜式,不過當日食lunch就有bento menu ,於是就叫左品味海蝦炒手打魚麵 同 原隻鮑魚花膠撈飯。佢哋每個便當餐都會附送一款茶,經過店員嘅介紹,我哋選擇左白茶同綠茶,另外仲加左$25要左個燉湯。白茶係用左雲南2019年月光白芽茶葉,聞落味道唔係太突出,第一泡茶係相對柔和,越飲就會越有陣木香味,頗有層次感。至於朋友嘅綠茶係採用四川嘅香片,一沖出嚟就已經有陣陣嘅茉莉香,飲落清香而不澀。店員為左避免茶葉因浸泡得太耐而變苦澀,每次只會沖一杯茶嘅份量。我係飲得比較多水嘅人,原本好驚尷尬,要係咁麻煩店員加水,但係店員都相當細心,會留意我哋幾時飲完,預早少少幫我哋沖定浸定茶葉,等我哋唔洗尷尬叫加水。要加分!當日嘅燉湯係准山海底椰鮑魚湯,味

店員為左避免茶葉因浸泡得太耐而變苦澀,每次只會沖一杯茶嘅份量。我係飲得比較多水嘅人,原本好驚尷尬,要係咁麻煩店員加水,但係店員都相當細心,會留意我哋幾時飲完,預早少少幫我哋沖定浸定茶葉,等我哋唔洗尷尬叫加水。要加分!

當日嘅燉湯係准山海底椰鮑魚湯,味道有啲似螺頭,但係比螺頭再多陣鮮甜味,非常濃郁,而且好夠熱,亦唔覺湯有落味精,湯中都有2片鮑魚,無欺場。

原隻鮑魚花膠撈飯嘅便當set 有四隻細鮑魚,同少量嘅花膠做主菜,配上炒得幾有火氣同蛋香嘅炒飯,撈入濃稠嘅鮑汁,味道唔花巧,已經幾好食。另外佢亦有蒜蓉菜芯,炸蝦球,滷水豆腐同紅酒芝麻醬浸蟲草花。
菜芯唔算老,脆卜卜嘅炸蒜增加左配菜嘅口感。
炸蝦球內裏嘅蝦滑爽口有彈性,外面先鋪上藜麥再油炸,非常香口惹味。
滷水豆腐非常之入味,花椒八角嘅香味尤其突出,可惜個人對太大嘅香料味有啲抗拒,唔算太鐘意食。
紅酒芝麻醬蟲草花一如既往彈牙,醬汁方面有驚喜,一入口先係麻醬味香濃,慢慢咀嚼就有陣淡淡紅酒嘅味,香而不澀。估唔至2者都幾夾。

至於朋友叫嘅’品’味海蝦炒手打魚麵都頗有鑊氣,海蝦肉質緊實,有黑椒調味。可惜手打魚麵嘅麵質係偏林嘅鯪魚肉質地,唔夠爽口彈牙,有啲失望。

總括而然,雖然餐廳位置有啲偏遠,不過無論係食物,環境同服務質素都相當唔錯。價格以中環午餐黎講都係中上價錢。久唔久食一次好野獎勵吓辛苦工作嘅自己。

I have ordered the executive 5-course set lunch. The first appretier is cold abalone in smoke with plum sauce.The abalone is presented in smoky style with dry ice. First main dish is deboned crispy chicken.
I appreciate the chicken is deboned which I can eat in an elegant way, haha! The chicken skin is crispy and it is not oily. It come with fired fish skin together which you can enjoy the shredded chicken with crispy chicken and fish skin.
