每年九月我都會同個靚女朋友慶祝食生日飯,不過大家已經好熟,所以再無特別比驚喜對方。我直頭搵咗幾間星期六晚都有做半價優惠嘅餐廳比佢揀。壽星話之前公司活動包場去過「Plat du Jour」,覺得唔錯,我就去訂枱啦😜。餐廳位置喺正鰂魚涌太古坊裡面,我以為星期六晚(非上班日💼)會無乜人啦...。點知相反,我夜晚六點左右去到餐廳已經半滿,隨後更愈來愈熱鬧、座無虛席👏。由於我朝早打過電話☎️嚟問嘢,店員安排入座時已經好清楚我嘅要求。第一印象感覺好好,而餐廳嘅全程服務更係值得讚揚,尾段再慢慢講。餐廳得一份餐牌🍽,主要係賣兩道菜Two-course($248)或者三道菜Three-course嘅套餐($268),另外只有少量單點菜式。3️⃣三道菜包括前菜、主菜同甜品,非常完美嘅組合,而且價錢只差$20,道理上無理由唔嗌,不過都要睇食唔食得落。壽星有選擇困難症,店員見狀立即介紹番😂,既親切之餘,亦毫無催促我哋落單嘅用意。飲品(咖啡或茶)要加$35,我哋無加只係飲水,佢哋亦樂意不斷幫我哋再斟水,並唔會刻意問你駛咪飲酒嗰啲。前菜選擇甚多,有兩款沙律🥗、焗田螺同龍蝦湯,全部均係唔駛補錢嘅項目。自家煙燻三文魚羽衣甘藍沙律Home-Smoked Salmon & Kale Salad,沙律造型唔錯😍,我唔預期最面頭會有半隻流心蛋;煙三文魚無平日咁鹹,頗厚身,份量適中🤤。最底層係藜麥混入羽衣甘藍碎嘅沙律,本身仲以為係大大片菜。藜麥粒能夠增加口感,但我估唔到下層係咁凍,好似雪櫃拎出嚟咁,唔通係凍食?法式龍蝦湯Lobster Bisque,龍蝦湯都幾大盅,無其他食評中所述嘅苦味,不過鹹香唔夠重,亦無忌廉味,只屬正常水平。另外,湯中並無餸料,唔會有蝦🦐。但我最欣賞嘅係店員知道我哋Share食,會主動畀多個湯碗我哋,真心好多餐廳都未必做到,雖然只係好簡單嘅動作。全晚唯一一樣奇怪少少嘅地方,就係籃麵包🥖喺我坐低唔夠一分鐘就送上,之前睇其他食評就有話唔夠熱,我無實測到所以唔確定。壽星食咗一件無特別意見,但就無再食。主食選擇有唔同種類,包括🍔漢堡包、意大利粉/飯、海鮮或者🥩扒類,當中有唔少款式要補錢。扒類有得揀羊架或牛扒,要加$120;而星期六嘅是日精選就係星期五嘅嗰款香辣珍寶蟹肉意粉(+$80)。個人認為星期一至四嘅精選菜式都好特別,較星期五嘅吸引🙈,想食。白酒忌廉藍青口配薯條Bouchot Mussels,呢個係店員嘅必食推介,加上今日唔太肚餓,所以就食佢啦。本身以為普通料,點知係超大碟囉,而且仲要勁好食😋!青口我估計有成四五十隻咁多,無誇張呃你,裝殼個鍋要兩個先夠放哂。店員見我要伸隻手去掉殼,所以索性比多個鍋我哋,又係另一細心之舉。青口個殼幾大隻,但肉就唔算肥美,偏細。不過呢度嘅藍青口同平日食開嘅唔同,鮮味好多,而且好乾淨,無一抽抽嘅垃圾。至於白酒忌廉汁🍾好惹味,酒味唔濃,小朋友都啱食;忌廉亦唔會太稠厚而變得漏。搭配嘅🍟薯條偏幼身,剛剛炸起幾脆,但食到尾段就淋咗;沾松露蛋黃醬食好正。蒜香龍蝦尾辣蕃茄意粉Lobster Tail Pasta Arrabbiata(+$100),賣相幾有氣勢!店員有提醒呢個意粉係有少少辣的🌶,食落覺得辣度都幾微,反而蕃茄味出啲,酸酸哋🍅。意粉唔係普通食開嘅口感,唔彈牙亦唔太淋,令人聯想起伊麵或者油麵?龍蝦尾肉質結實兼且鮮味,而且蝦肉唔會太少。不過呢道菜要加錢,值唔值見仁見智,但有得再揀,我未必會選擇佢。法式蘋果撻配雲尼拿雪糕Apple Tarte Tatin,登登登登,蘋果撻成為我哋嘅生日甜品🎂。我朝早打電話嚟就係問有無得喺甜品碟寫字,雖然無,但佢哋有生日牌同蠟燭😊。蘋果撻大小剛好,酥皮微脆,🍎蘋果肉則煮到好淋,醬汁甜咗少少,但不大影響。可能插咗蠟燭嘅關係,🍨雪糕溶得好快...,哈哈。呢餐生日飯令人滿足,我哋都一致認為可以推介餐廳比朋友👍。食物無論味道定賣相都好高質,份量亦夠有突,所以最終我哋只係食得落一份甜品。服務方面我絕對需要開新段好好表揚一番,除咗上述已提及嘅地方,更令我印象深刻係店員(應該係男經理)嘅無微不至!食每道菜之間會換碟換餐具已經不在話下,我同壽星為咗影相(某邊臉靚啲)調位坐,店員更加細心到幫我哋將兩杯水調轉😳。第二,當影食物相時,我哋會將食物擺位郁下,店員見我哋笨手笨腳忍唔住出手。最後,港女嘅我哋吹蠟燭搞咗好耐,枝蠟燭溶咗七成,佢見到又主動幫我哋換枝新🕯️。服務真心無得彈!餐廳環境比想像中大,因為行到去入面都仲有位。我哋咁啱獲安排坐咗喺通道走廊位嘅紅色梳化,有好有唔好。唔好係圓形餐枱比較細,放食物唔方便;好就係方便我哋影相,坐得親密啲👭。唔通真係刻意安排?!最後,講番少少訂枱詳情,用某兩平台訂位指定時間入座(例如下午六點)可享低至半價優惠🌟。晚市三道菜原價加埋一都唔駛$300已經稱得上物超所值,用App折完只需$160,更加係抵到唔敢相信。有興趣幫襯呢間餐廳不妨留意下!其實訂座本身有條款要求出席人士15分鐘內到齊,以及用餐時間只限90分鐘,但餐廳都好彈性處理🙏🏻。總括嚟講,呢餐係💯滿分嘅用餐體驗,性價比高,絕對可以一食再食! continue reading

好耐都無出去食飯喇! 呢段時間差唔多個個都係咁,加上一出去食飯,搓手都搓到爛(康復中…就唻好番哂) 加上太耐都無約人出去Lunch,咁就食好D啦,而且唔想食得迫迫夾夾,咁係呢面又唔想去太古城都唔算好多有得揀,呢間其實我都有寫過食評分店喺係金鐘食Burger,價錢分別228 二道菜及248三道菜不過發現Menu 都有嘅扒類係要加錢都成$120,而12:10居然青口係無哂,應該係好多人都會落定呢個先,咁我地揀咗龍蝦湯及白蘆筍伴山羊芝士燉蛋,配黑毛豬火腿,係唔係好多款揀低下就揀咗香煎地中海鱸魚前菜一唻到賣相都好吸引,白蘆筍好幼嫩加上山羊奶嘅燉蛋配起上唻好夾,味道唔會好咸所以你可以一口加配黑毛豬火腿,呢個前菜非常出色, 而香煎地中海鱸魚的確好細(半隻手掌),心裡想好在係三道菜(唔好意思我都係唔係細食)佢係魚低下配上似係豆加紅蘿蔔西芹等,我要好慢咀嚼會飽滿小小,佢嘅賣相係好嘅但味道就可以啦,因為佢皮唔夠脆口,一切落去唔會即刻分開,魚皮會拉扯先可以,咁D汁就會掂到魚皮(而有間餐廳嘅魚係令我食過再想食, 本身我不太愛魚但都會食)所以我就覺得麻麻,加上佢只靠汁先令魚有味,我覺得佢可以加點鹽, 而同事食嘅Burger及薯條都係好乾,又係幼條McDonald款式,仲要係MC 好食D 添甜品嘅我揀咗蘋果批,真係好多蘋果係上面個底又脆口,有咗呢個作為結尾都唔錯 順便一提,一個2XX 平日嘅午餐唔係叫平,但佢嘅法飽片唔脆又凍呢個好失敗,希望佢改善 continue reading
