Impeccable 𝙍𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 - amazing golden, shiny crust on the skin while locking in all the juice in the meat. Mellow and nicely seasoned, no pungent spices, which reveals the true flavour of that chicken. This is definitely the dish drawing everyone’s attention and visits.

The 𝙍𝙞𝙜𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙞 is cooked in al dente and served in creamy sauce, with a bit of texture from the bread crumbs. So filling and the pasta is holding the sauce really well in every single bite.

Their 𝙏𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙪 is sooo heavenly good!!! With lady fingers soaked in aromatic espresso and topped with silky smooth cream, the sweetness is just right and such a perfect finale for the entire meal.

前菜意大利芝士蕃茄沙律 和火腿沙律也非常好吃
尤其火腿的鹹香與羊奶芝士的奶香非常匹配
長通粉加上幼滑的忌廉汁和香脆麵包糠
香氣和口感都一樣充足
最後那絲滑而且帶濃厚咖啡香氣的tiramisu為這頓飯畫上完美句點

Pic 1️⃣: Wild Mushroom - $85 hkd 🍄
— Might have been my favourite dish of the meal. It’s simple yet delicious. A good variety of mushrooms with rich flavours that don’t clash with one another. The egg yolk on top really helps bring the dish together by adding this creaminess to it.


Pic 2️⃣: Bucatini alle Vongole - $95 hkd 🍝
— Another very popular item on their menu. I really enjoyed the texture of the bucatini, it was chewy and perfectly al-dente. The clams were fresh and well seasoned, giving the dish a lot of flavour. Though I personally thought the dish in was slightly too acidic for my preference.


Pic 3️⃣: Tiger Prawn Risotto - $115 hkd 🦐
— Pretty good risotto! Rice was cooked perfectly, and seasoning on point. The tiger prawns were flavourful and not overcooked. I really enjoyed the addition of shrimp roe for extra fragrance and flavour.


Pic 4️⃣: Grilled Octopus - $85 hkd 🐙
— Slightly disappointed by this. The octopus wasn’t tender and quite dry which made it hard to chew. Flavours are alright but needs improvement.


Pic 5️⃣: Bruschetta (3 kinds - Coppa, Smoked Clams & Marinated Tomatoes) - $125 hkd 🥖
— A very good way to start off the meal! A personal favourite was the coppa bruschetta which was accompanied by an onion and chive cream cheese that was just to die for. Size was a bit underwhelming for the price point but taste sort of made up for it.


Pic 6️⃣: Oxtail - $95 hkd
— Could have been more flavourful in my opinion! The meat was tender but lacked flavour. Really enjoyed the beans that accompanied the dish as it helped balance out the oiliness of the oxtail.


Pic 7️⃣: Tiramisu - $50 hkd
— (Actually meant to try the zeppole but they messed up our order and gave it to another table 😅🥲) Tiramisu was average, overly sweet and texture was quite firm. The caffeine in this is quite strong if that’s your thing.


📍Ambiance: Small intimate setting, great for small groups, staff are energetic and friendly
⭐️Would visit again?: Probably! their menu changes quite frequently so it’d be good to try out their other dishes

The other pasta antipasti cause one is never enough. It was a bit pricy for only one piece but the concept was insane! The fried sage was an flavour bomb giving immense fragrance to both nose and palate. The brown butter and the ricotta were like perfect match. Genius creation🤯

The first big plate my favourite from the night. My first time having bucatini😍 It’s like spaghetti with hole running through. The texture was al dente with a little crunchy feel. The hole was filled with the spicy clam sauce. Just so fresh and full of umami. A must pick here🍝

Finally to the dessert part🤩 I have been eyeing for their tiramisu for so long. I have heard so many good comment and I was not disappointed even with high expectation. The flavour was just perfect, only mildly sweet with rich coffee aroma! But I would like it a bit richer on texture for better mouthfeel.

It was a festive pastry in the local. It was actually donut with caramel filling. It went super well with the digestive! The sweetness complimented each other for a comforting aftertaste😻

Btw, since they still do not have the liquor licence, do BYOB😆 I brought an easy drinking 𝗘𝘁𝗻𝗮 🍷 for a pleasant supper. They also gave some free shots to complete the night! Impeccable service and food. Definitely a new opening that cannot be missed‼️

PS: their portion was quite small but the price was reasonable. So don’t worry. 12 plates were easily managed by two hungry tummies!
