今日食咗薯粉家嘅招牌薯粉家加太陽蛋,依然係好味嘅老友記!😋以前中學嘅時候就成日食,而家都仲係好鍾意佢哋嘅薯粉。薯粉好有嚼勁,唔會太過腍身,配上啲蔬菜同太陽蛋,味道好香濃。佢哋嘅醬汁同調味都好啱啱好,唔會太鹹或者太甜,好順口。👍太陽蛋煮得啱啱好,蛋黃好鮮美,蛋白唔會太老,口感好恰到好處。加上啲薯粉,真係好飽肚啊!份量方面都啱啱好,啲薯粉同啲蔬菜份量啱啱好,太陽蛋份量啱啱好,唔會太多或者太少,好啱啱好。👌不過,今次去咗薯粉家,發現佢哋嘅環境改善咗好多,仲多咗啲座位,而且整體裝修都更加現代化同舒適。😍總括一句,薯粉家嘅薯粉家加太陽蛋係依然係一道好好味又飽肚嘅美食,加上佢嘅改善又增加咗用餐舒適度,令人一試難忘!我會俾佢4.5顆星評分!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ continue reading

自從搬離左旺角就無食過,咁啱今日經過就諗住買黎食,因為以前試過都ok。首先,今晚天氣係幾大風下。我同男朋友二人落完單買左碗酸辣粉就諗住坐喺店入面等外賣,見到剛好有一張空枱,諗住有客入黎就讓番個位比人。點知收銀啊姐一句唔好意思都無:「你哋出面等啊。」 聽到已經都算,你覺得咁樣係阻你做生意,但我都買左碗麵其實,唔好意思都無句。最嬲係,番到屋企打開碗麵,個麵就喺面,加左$15嘅鴨血喺底。我唔知佢係特登咁做定點,加埋啲湯(分左湯)入去食食下先知出事。加$15嘅鴨紅我完全無見過完整一塊,全部碎容容,全部得一節手指至一節半手指咁大塊仲要薄片。離曬譜,小到我食左5舊都唔知有無,我以為自己眼花,但撈咗幾次個湯底應該都係冇晒鴨血。打開門你咁樣做生意,以後都唔會食!個湯仲有勁酸 continue reading

本身係見到Foodie 社交媒體網站個食評,先諗住比次機會試吓小店,點知一試就中晒伏👎🤣酸辣粉 - 揀咗中小辣,剩係得酸味,唔知佢落咗幾多酸,一上碗粉,隔離兩個啱坐底嘅妹妹即刻出門口走人😂,應該係聞到浸酸味就知咩料😂。碗粉完全冇辣味,真係唔知自己食緊啲乜上湯牛油湯薯粉 - 牛油湯等於清水+油,無味㗎,飄浮喺湯入面嘅薄切廚師腸真係好九唔搭八,小學生煮飯嘅搭配黎😂香蒜肥牛焗金菇 - 黐線,上嗰份係肥牛白烚金菇嚟喎,焗金菇會有湯?😊 擺入口完全冇味,同自己用滾水白烚冇分別串燒 - 強制要每樣都最少叫兩串,叫嗰刻係覺得可以理解嘅。上到枱明晒啦,正常一串嘅份量,分開兩串上,咁咪可以賺多你一倍價錢👍 老細的確係生財有道嘅😀 味道尚算可以,但份量係好少加一服務費 - 明嘅,出咗雙糧俾職員,當然係要係羊毛出在羊身上,menu完全無寫明,職員完全冇講定,就咁偷雞貼張紙喺收銀枱度,埋單嗰陣就話要收加一,你哋真係識玩😋總結:唔好再喺度呃錢啦 🙏 continue reading
