又有機會再來一煲了。上次同朋友黎食過呢間元朗小店,覺得不錯,今次又帶其他朋友黎品嚐下。餐牌:我地都係叫返佢地既招牌雞煲,再加D熟食。餐廳環境簡潔乾淨。$38超大杯既凍檸茶,夠哂由頭飲到尾。店員幫我地兜下個雞煲,香味撲鼻。即炸餐肉條,就咁食又得,點下雞煲醬食又得。黃金芝麻豆腐,新鮮炸出黎,外脆內軟既感覺冇得頂。薯仔牛柳粒,大排檔既質素,火喉十足。椒鹽粟米,呢個真係要試,好食到停唔到口。嘆完雞煲再加湯打邊爐是常職吧。睇下呢盤牛魔王細拼盤幾咁新鮮,賣相正,每個部位都有唔同既口感同味道,真係幾過癮。墨魚滑爽口彈牙,調味都非常好。黑毛豬細瘦均勻。紙豆腐,必叫,浸左D雞煲汁同湯勁好食。雜菜籃,最緊要乾乾淨淨,又夠甜。埋單4人每人都係300幾蚊,有咁多野食,抵玩!

天氣凍凍地,想食啲暖胃嘢,入到元朗,試吓評分不錯的這間店,平日七點三度,無人,心諗會唔會中伏,但既然也行到門口,睇咗memu都ok,就決定試吓,叫了半份雞煲,BB辣,我朋友食得辣ok,我唔係幾食得辣就覺得BB辣都幾辣,除了辣味啲雞仲帶點甜味,雞唔算好滑但個味幾香口,配料叫了瀑布芝心牛丸、封門柳、牛小排、滑牛及紙豆腐,紙豆腐幾特別,食法好似響鈴咁,放一放就食得,淥完有啲似腐皮,三款牛肉肉質也不錯,我覺得全餐最好味係粒芝士牛丸,可能我鍾意食芝士,整體而言係不錯的,而且食食吓開始全店滿座,果然係評分不錯的食店.

Overall非常滿足,雖然餐廳位置比較僻,但高質小店真係會再嚟幫襯!行到去呢間街口,轉入去巷仔,再行前少少就見到嫁啦!

喺鳳攸南街嘅一條小巷入面,搵到嘅呢個火鍋小店,鋪位唔算大,但環境都整潔,入去嘅時候唔會煙霧離漫。先揀左鍋底,叫左半隻雞配胡椒豬肚湯,賣相擺盆唔錯,湯底飲落幾濃味,不過胡椒味唔算重,驚胡椒味嘅人都啱食。呢間店嘅叫法唔係放題形式,係以逐碟叫嘅方式。豆腐紙幾有驚喜嘅一味食品,因唔係間間火鍋店有提供豆腐紙,浸湯幾秒即可,非常掛湯吸味,叫左一份份量算多。安格斯牛小排融雪做得啱啱好,唔會太冰亦冇出血水,牛味唔算濃郁,但脂肪分布均勻,勝在入口即溶。手切本地牛相比牛小排厚切,較重牛味同埋有咬口嘅質感。即炸響鈴有別於平時盒裝果款響鈴,而係店鋪即叫即炸,所以都幾鬆脆可口。然後菜類叫咗娃娃菜同金菇,前者幾新鮮同有光澤,而金菇都夠爽口同肥美。有點可惜嘅係罐裝飲品類算係少,而點餐時見唔到飲品有檸茶等即沖飲品,之後先見到其他枱原來有得叫凍檸茶/水,大大杯咁好吸引。
