星期五晚來到這間冰室,在新蒲崗這帶晚市來說都算幾多人!冰室空間大,格局舒適。聽朋友講依間鐵板好食,於是同事和我點了兩個鐵板餐,一洗做左一整日野嘅疲累。是日晚餐中的肉眼牛扒以及menu上的羊架,一個跟薯菜一個跟意粉。塊牛排比想像中更大,好足料,好岩meat lovers。個羊架都好惹味,肉質岩岩好。有三種汁可以揀,洋蔥蒜蓉黑椒,我地兩個食到飽足。薯菜係薯角,外脆內軟夠新鮮,好味!茄汁意粉份量好大我同朋友食唔哂。兩份鐵板都有蘿蔔粒同粟米粒墊底,營養豐富。兩個餐都配餐湯同野飲,而家仲有蜂蜜特飲,只要加三蚊就可以轉。一個叫左百香果蘆薈蜂蜜飲,一個飲蘋果蘆薈蜂蜜,夠曬滋潤。一間有香港茶記風味嘅冰室,值得推介!

中午飯時間,啲阿姐務求塞爆啲位,坐低咗之後就唔會理你,叫佢哋落order都唔會點睬你,因為佢係只係安排啲座位點樣坐,阿姐係咁走來走去又喺度嗌,都唔知佢哋做緊啲乜。環境比較差座位好細又熱又嘈,(噪音來源主要係啲阿姐喺度叫,同埋啲顧客係咁叫阿姐落單)價錢唔算平,食物質素一般,不過不失,飲品就OK,用咁嘅價錢係新蒲崗或者其他地方都有好多選擇。我同隔籬枱啲人都追咗兩次先至有,但係奇怪係都有好多人。八成人都係喺度追呀姐落單……

到新蒲崗力天食早餐個場有多張長長卡位,坐得舒服沙爹牛肉麵湯底本身有底味,沙爹汁有濃稠度,味濃郁又唔會過咸;麵淥得軟硬度剛好,係我喜歡嘅口感,爽彈有質感;牛肉有驚喜,大塊有厚度,軟淋有咬口,估唔到沙牛麵咁高質銀絲米粉幼身有靭度,爽口不易斷,食得過癮;蝦米雪菜咸香惹味,提升整個湯米層次不少本身呢2個主食份量都唔少,再配上嘅炒蛋夠香又滑,另有少有嘅芝士火腿牛角酥,$40絕對超值抵食!

新開張到而家,成日經過都見多人,今日兩人第一次入咗去食個Tea^^鐵板黑椒牛柳絲炒麵:賣相精美,熱度足夠,上枱時鐵板有咋咋聲,冒煙,炒麪脆口有黑胡椒碎,麪量多;肉絲略少,無牛味分唔出是豬是牛,芡汁略少,味道偏淡。 ($60)公司三文治配薯角:賣相不俗,三文治烘底剛剛好,配料充足(吞拿魚/沙律菜/蕃茄/炒蛋/午餐肉/火腿),薯角香脆夠熱,表面有橙色味粉,不用點茄汁也好吃,出色有驚喜。($56)奶茶夠熱,有很輕微微澀,不夠茶香,多奶沒有感覺多奶,中規中舉可接受。熱檸水有3片薄檸檬正常尚可。燈光環境舒服,裝修中檔,唯4人卡位比較細。枱面有自斟䁔水,有少許過濾水味。樓面阿姐即叫即到,有招呼,食完可以繼續坐,沒有趕客翻枱情況。
