兰芳道是内街,人流量不高。这家笼太子也不繁忙,周末午饭时间按道理应该是客满的,但入座率不到一半。用点心纸下单,有几十种不同的款式,单上有价钱,算是合理。点心是即叫即蒸,下了单要稍等一会儿,上桌的点心都是热腾腾的。点了几个他们自己点赞的点心。肠粉的质素不俗,粉皮口感滑溜,配合中间的牛肉和豉油,味道很棒。虾饺皮很薄,里面的馅料十足,真材实料,涨卜卜的,值得推介。印象中好像只有他们有供应海皇芝士千层丝,上次在太子店吃过,今次再点,没有令人失望。虽然环境没有酒楼般舒适,但他们的点心水准不俗,价钱也较实惠,是饮茶的另一个好选择。

本來打算去時代廣場食上海菜,點知去到連排隊都冇得排,原來要預早成個禮拜打電話訂位先有,真係好好生意。誤打誤撞搵咗呢間專做點心嘅餐廳食個下午茶,位置好方便,而且餐廳入邊嘅座位都好闊落。首先值得一讚嘅係食物都係新鮮出爐,所有食物連埋杯茶都好熱咁上枱,而我覺得食點心最緊要係夠熱!我哋叫嘅都唔係啲咩太特別嘅點心,蝦餃燒賣都做得相當有水準,蝦餃皮夠薄,燒賣夠彈牙。小籠包的確好多汁,只係略嫌接口位嘅皮做得太厚。叉燒腸嘅腸粉皮都夠晒簿。雪山叉燒包同埋糯米雞我覺得就同出邊酒樓食嘅差唔多啦。而且餐廳嘅侍應都好有禮貌,成個氣氛都相當唔錯,以上我哋食咁多嘢兩個人埋單都係$174 ,性價比相當高。
