宜家食點心都好少去茶樓,通常都會去呢類點心專門店。今日去開銅鑼灣,就試下食呢間「籠太子」,太子都有分店㗎。籠太子蝦餃皇 $31蝦餃皮薄且煙,蝦肉都大粒同好彈牙。鮮蝦燒賣皇 $16蝦餃同燒賣可以揀要兩粒,可以試多啲嘢。燒賣味道就同平時食到嘅差唔多,無咩特別。黑椒金錢肚 $31黑椒味濃郁,食落有啲辣。金錢肚大概有4-5件,而且都炆得好腍。另外,仲有啲烏冬係底。多汁小籠包 $26小籠包皮有啲厚,食落有啲硬。湯汁帶有啲酸味,而肉餡就會有啲薑味。流沙奶黃包 $25流沙包好鬆軟,奶黃餡都好香,而且有做到流心效果,唯一可以改善嘅係仲會食到比較大嘅鹹蛋黃粒粒。翡翠帶子腸 $31腸粉都幾滑,每一舊都會有兩至三粒小帶子,另仲有啲菜心粒。精選老火湯 $20是日老火湯係節瓜章魚煲豬骨,湯裡面有幾舊節瓜,但飲完反而仲口渴咗,感覺都有落啲味精。

今晚在銅鑼灣逛街的時候突然想食點心,首先想到上海餐廳,但最多只有小籠包以及一些糕點。在OpenRice搜尋下見到附近有一間點心店,叫做籠太子,店名有趣,有幾多好評,加上在店外望入去,覺得地方整潔,於是就入去一試。兩個人點了九款點心,包括甜品。每款的價錢合理,份量多,雖然整體選擇未及酒樓多,但基本點心款式都有,而且即叫即蒸,高質好食!蝦餃燒賣幾欣賞這間點心店可以正叫一籠兩粒的蝦餃及燒賣。蝦餃的蝦肉彈牙,而且幾有肉汁,尺寸適中,外邊的皮呈半透明狀態,晶凝通透,口感煙韌,不錯!相比下燒賣就只屬正常水準,不過上面的蟹籽份量幾多,除了賣相美觀,亦增加口感。名醬蒸鳳爪鳳爪蒸得軟腍入味,至於下邊用上少見的烏冬做墊底,烏冬口感比較粉質,但吸收醬汁後十分好食。帶子腸粉起初以為帶子尺寸是較大的帆立貝狀,但原來是小帶子。以為會很乾身,但意外地有驚喜!帶子不但十分爽口彈牙,而且味道鮮甜,配合腸粉滑溜口感十分配合,推介!海皇芝士千絲卷外邊類似用上芋泥造成的網狀包住蝦滑,冬菇以及芝士,款式新奇又十分好食,一款比較少見的點心但高上水準!薑蔥牛柏葉本身十分喜歡食牛肚或牛柏葉,這款點心入味,牛柏葉切得大小適中,適合一口

海皇芝士千絲卷
外邊類似用上芋泥造成的網狀包住蝦滑,冬菇以及芝士,款式新奇又十分好食,一款比較少見的點心但高上水準!

薑蔥牛柏葉
本身十分喜歡食牛肚或牛柏葉,這款點心入味,牛柏葉切得大小適中,適合一口食用,醬汁味道不會過鹹,配合軟硬度剛剛好的牛柏葉就更增添滋味。

四寶雞扎
雞扎的配料豐富,除了平日見到的腐皮作外層包卷用,裏邊亦有火腿條、雞肉、魚肚及蝦滑。當中魚肚及蝦滑煮得爽口彈牙!一個雞扎滿足了幾個願望,十分抵食!

小籠包
夠湯汁,而且熱騰騰,每件用錫紙包住避免弄破外面表皮而令湯汁流出。這個設計十分細心

香芒沙律盞
本身想試桂花糕,但見到這款甜品幾特別又少見,於是決定一試!沙律醬配合雜果雖然不算得上是新驚喜,但滿滿的沙律醬則靈雜果味道更加清新,作為甜品或者開胃菜都適合。

另外每位的茶錢只是三元,以點心店來說價錢實在相宜,兩個人食完都是$100左右,絕對是價廉物美的點心店,下次經過會再光顧!

呢碟可以話係最唔推介嘅點心款式,雖然我本人係超級喜歡食茄子,但係你都知道茄子要保留外面先紫色嘅話就要經過油炸。雖然蝦餃好好食,但係因為茄子炸過之後吸晒所有油分,而且份量都頗大,一疊四個同朋友分享要每人食兩舊感覺太油膩。

今日星期日,一行四人嚟咗呢間點心店飲茶。見啲食評唔錯,都有點期待。我地12:11落單,以為應該好快會出到點心啦。一路等咗十幾分鐘,只係見佢出外賣單,咁就心諗算啦可能午飯多外賣。等咗半個鐘開始覺得唔對路,有咩理由會淨係出外賣,我地堂食客就等半個鐘都乜菜都未上。我地問個職員「等咗半個鐘啦喎」佢嘅回應係「係呀即叫即蒸㗎」聽完真係R哂頭,咁即叫即蒸點解只係會出外賣呢?堂食客就可以慢慢嚟???等到已經好冇耐性,佢仲要慢慢嚟。去到12:57先至上第一籠點心,足足等咗46分鐘。佢啲點心係好食㗎,但係坐喺咁嘅環境等大半個鐘真係冇下次。上咗幾碟之後我地就冇再落單,去第二度再食

🧚🏻‍♀️有樣野要留意,點完大概要等10-15分鍾先有點心到,應該是即叫即蒸
如果趕時間應該會心急,不過我平時飲得茶都是預悠閒嘅時間、心情來,樂得輕鬆~兩個人慢慢吹水~
茶水方面,職員冇問飲咩茶,直接上左茶,飲5出是咩茶,不過就飲得出沖得好淡🙈🙈🙈

如果晚上想食點心,點心專門店一定係首選。近年開了不少點心店,任何時候都可以最低價錢享受到最高質素的食物。夏天自家煲製的湯水比較少,皮膚也乾燥得不得了。係時候飲番碗野葛菜生魚老火湯,夠晒下火。火喉十足,潤喉。山竹牛肉即叫即蒸,熱辣辣,滋味無窮!燒賣可選兩粒或四粒,人少可點兩粒,啱晒貪食多款的我。大大粒,餡料豐富,蝦隻爽口,還有蟹籽。石班荷葉籠仔飯好喜歡荷葉散發出香氣,飯粒粒分明有油香。石班嫩滑,不錯!
