七點鐘出面已經有好多人排隊, 除咗因為148蚊打邊爐之外, 其實有好多人都真心為咗食小菜, 因為羊城廚房質素一直都有番咁上下。今次去羊城食腩煲, 總結都係羊城個廚真係幾好, 但凡需要烹調嘅食物, 效果都唔錯, 好似羊腩煲咁, 雖然食完好口渴,應該有味精, 但係羊腩,冬菇真係炆得好淋, 而且羊腩快數都唔算少, 3個人食,加埋少少配菜, 食極都仲有。唯一問題係,唔知羊腩煲需要好多時間預備定點, 等咗近20分鐘先得上枱。果然, 需要厨藝嘅食物先有返質素, 所以火鍋配料都麻麻地, 好似係脆肉鯇, 響鈴, 餃子等等, 但係價錢有比較其他酒樓平。可以想像148火鍋確實係浪費咗羊城個廚房做緊特價, 乳鴿23蚊一隻。 價錢平但竟然都冇hea我, 望落奀皮細隻, 但收收埋埋原來多肉, 有番咁上下油肥香, 皮脆剛剛好。 秘訣係原隻上唔好斬

某天米豬爸放假話要去飲茶, 食邊間由佢作主如果星期日去飲茶真係貴好多, 星期六的早茶及中午價錢都唔會差太遠不過張特價點心/麵飯紙就會唔同了點了幾款點心加碗粥齋腸幾滑, 不過要襯熱食潮州粉果都足料, 外皮又唔會太厚我最愛的蝦餃, 一上枱就放底本身食緊的粉果, 改食熱辣辣的蝦餃!, 入面我估都有1-1.5隻蝦, 好食!!!再來是流沙包裡面真是會流汁........要食得小心翼翼~ 唔可以浪費一滴汁最後的粥都幾香, 可以去外邊拎"脆脆"放落粥食食飽下轉食下午茶~

星期六下午想食點心~ 建生村附近只的酒樓/點心鋪只有幾間, 羊城是我的首選當然, 做街坊生意的酒樓就不要要求它很出色, 大部份點心食落OK我就收貨了每次星期六/日都一定是坐滿阿公阿伯阿婆阿嬸....仲有一家大小......比較少年青人去酒樓飲茶平時都會點一款腸粉, 羊城的腸粉都很滑, 今次點了叉燒腸~好滑~牛肉球好食我很喜歡食流沙包, 每次飲茶都會點不過如果可以更"流沙"就好了上湯水餃彈牙好食, 也次必點最貴的燒賣普普通通牛柏葉唔夠入味美中不足是坐4人位要同人搭枱, 點心來到都唔夠位放, 2個人食6碟點心已經夠飽了,  埋單130, 下午茶時段去比較抵食

今晚在此吃簡單二人晚飯,叫了兩個小菜,春棠燒鵝是首要的招來菜,$78元就不多考慮叫了,另外叫的是滑疍炒蝦仁。燒鵝來了足有半隻,肉約有一隻雞的份量,滿足極了,皮脆肉嫩不在講,配上甜梅醬絕配十分下飯。再來了滑疍蝦仁,同樣令人驚喜,疍香嫩不老還有槳,係正牌師傅功架,而蝦則是新鮮大號中蝦,量多的成本不俗,入口鮮爽到不得了。要一提的是店内冷氣夠坐得舒適,最後免費送上的紅綠豆沙十分起沙及香口,是一個完美的結束,還要說鵝的份量大我們兩人吃不完要打包呢。順帶建議改進的地方是如果中途更多勤收骨碟會更顯週到。

人少少想打邊爐又想食多幾款火鍋料,就梗係揀任食火鍋啦黎過呢度好多次,價錢由$118加到$138,到現在$158/位,任飲任食,如酒精飲品則每位送一支大啤,雖然價錢不斷提高,但還是覺得抵食的,除了材料新鮮,更值得一讚的是,份量是因人數而分配(好像餃子如兩位就分配兩隻),每樣少少的,讓你可以多吃幾款火鍋料,而又不會浪費食物希望我寫完食評後,下次來時不會要排隊等候吧!

星期日去飲茶, 嫌市中心太多人, 所以找到這家比較偏遠的, 大概與富臨同級的酒樓.由於是假日的午市關係, 沒有特價, 最平的小點要$12.8. 點心的選擇不多, 只有最大路的蒸, 炸, 飽點等. 還有一個點心大排檔, 不過也沒有特別款式的點心.共點了包括腸粉, 叉燒飽, 牛肉, 小籠飽, 炒米粉等的八個點心, 基本上大部份都是平平無奇的貨色. 最好的要算是炒米粉, 雖然配料不多, 但軟硬適中又不多油. 最差的是小籠飽, 用的餡料不但有一陣雪味, 而且完全沒有肉質應有的口感.三個人連茶錢加一共$170, 在環境和服務都是一般的情況下, 如此收費是有點不合理了.

今日和同事們一起入屯門探舊同事呢!! 話說以前一到新年必定到屯門親戚屋企拜年,自從搬離後都好耐冇入屯門了! 十年人事幾番新, 現在的屯門好像變了不少呢!探完同事便一起到 吃晚飯, 可選吃小菜或打邊爐。而我們選擇了吃小菜。先上小吃兩小碟, 拍青瓜和雞腳~~粉葛赤小豆豬骨湯 ($78), 湯底濃郁, 而且豬骨材料不少, 十分抵飲! 而且最終竟然能分到7-8碗呢!滑蛋炒蝦仁 ($58), 這個吃落有點失望, 因為不夠"滑蛋", 而且滑蛋分佈不平均, 我吃的那邊幾乎都是熟蛋呢..而同事吃的那邊卻有少許是滑蛋, 應該改名叫蝦仁炒蛋更合適。晚飯孖寶 ($168) (紅燒乳鴿+清蒸海斑仔)紅燒乳鴿: 孖寶套餐包一隻, 外加多隻$39, 吃落皮脆肉嫩, 食過番尋味。菜膽上湯雞($38): 這個價錢, 除了菜外, 份量足足有一隻雞!! 十分抵吃! 真係抗通漲菜式呢!! 而且雞肉部份滿多,最重要是雞肉不"鞋"口! 真係抵到爛之選 食完還有飯後糖水, 可選紅豆沙或木瓜燉雪耳, 現在的天氣十分乾燥, 燉雪耳岩晒小妹可以潤一潤呢!

果然用料十足!
盤滿砵滿!包括:鮑魚、鵝掌、花菇、海參、花膠、東坡肉、西蘭花...非常豐富!

年初七同屋企人去左青松觀,跟住去左附近飲茶,無意中發現呢間酒樓,都几多人等位,等左半個鐘度就有位,酒樓係長型的,我地坐最入的,睇下食咩先,燒腩仔好好味好脆又唔係好肥!炒米粉好好味好多料!正!!灼魷魚好大塊好爽,牛栢葉都好爽甜,嘩!見到隔籬枱有人食紅豆沙好大碗好似湯丸咁大!我地即刻都叫番碗先!仲食左灌湯餃添,有好多碎翅,好大隻好味!其它嘢食都好有水準,下次有机會再嚟!!

羊城酒家,食過無數次...早、午茶,甚至晚市的套餐但與幾位朋友散叫小菜,就第一次因為發現價錢平得很更要,雖然晚市有火鍋,貴很多又一碟碟計若果任食就最好服務方面,侍應同經理態度唔錯,菜式賣完,即時通知我地改第二款環境當天不似街市,或者每個位置有距離點了多款小菜,當然叫幾枝啤酒襯托一下$25,半隻沙薑雞沙薑汁,真係好正.個雞質地很滑.而且新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉呢個菜式真係每次送飯必備,個汁酸酸甜甜...西芹炒尤魷,尤魷不似擦子膠,容易落口可以接受....鬼馬西芹炒帶子,鬼馬來自油炸鬼帶子好食...好多菜式都用西芹做配菜皮蛋蛋白豆苗一個普通菜式,但豆苗幾新鮮小菜,嘗試後是可以,此終慣了飲茶及晚市套餐但價錢真係便宜

D員工態度差到無可再差,等了一陣就有位,以為好好彩,點知入到去坐左幾個字無茶無卡無杯碟,都諗住算坐多陣,睇下有咩食先,D員工好似見你唔到咁,叫佢開張卡,果個仲要係部長,佢話都坐左成粒鐘,唔掙在坐多粒鐘先呀,佢雖然行左過黎,,但無開卡的意思,直至我家的老人家發脾氣拉隊走人,佢先話以為我地無拎飛入去坐,,....@@"...我地一家大細黎點自己入去坐呀,,一兩個又話唔多覺啫...唔好以為單一部長差,我以後都唔會去依度飲茶,,但屋村細,無得選擇,昨晚去斬料,買了半隻鴨,我指指櫥窗話要果半隻,斬料師傅大大聲講,果隻你加多78蚊買喇,果隻係鵝黎嫁,果隻!!希望快D轉過間,唔駛我次次飲茶都行過隔黎村飲,唉
