因為有親戚住附近,所以過黎呢頭食野,老人家想飲茶,附近只有呢間選擇。都唔係第一次食,不過有時真係忍唔住要寫一寫食評。佢d櫈勁污糟,所以我都忍唔住要換左佢。食物選擇唔多,見有麻蓉包都幾特別,但原來勁甜,炒米粉好油,煎薄餅勁咸、咸到入唔到口,牛肉球食到好多肥肉,腸粉好一般,蒸銀絲卷仲有趣,同蒸饅頭係完全無分別架,唔似正常個d中間係應該帶一絲絲的!即係無競爭就無進步,希望呢頭可以引入多點食肆,使呢間酒樓可以改善一下。

今日打風,去樓下飲茶,12點多好多人,等了一陣有位,我們叫了四個點心同一個梅菜蒸鯇魚腩飯餐。點心有白灼通菜,蒸蝦餃,薑葱牛栢葉,叉燒包,等左都幾耐,可能太多人啦,通菜跟腐乳是絕配,不過通菜好老,好黑呀!!一般啦。蝦餃都好大粒,也okay,不算好爽口,四粒的。牛栢葉感覺太多少,牛栢葉太少,味道也幾好的。梅菜蒸鯇魚飯,等了半小時才到,真的即蒸喎,也好大碟,一大碗飯,好新鮮,梅菜不算好多,有些葱花,啖啖魚肉,加埋個汁好味的。

另外order 了點心,呢到燒賣有優惠,做緊$10一籠😱😱而且有四粒,好抵食!另外就叫了個牛肉球,加上gip汁很好吃。 最後食飯當然要嗌碟菜食下,都ok無煮到老晒。


雖然叫了不是很多東西,不過都食到好飽

我們一家最愛喝茶,吃吃點心。我們常點的是蟹籽燒賣,即叫即蒸,保證新鮮熱辣。鮮蝦爽口,加上蟹籽的口感,是到茶樓必點的首選。我最愛的少不免是甜品,尤其是中式甜品-蒸紅棗糕。煙煙韌韌的質感,加上淡淡紅棗香氣,這款甜品只有我和母親大人懂得欣賞。小籠包卻有點失色,沒有一個是完整地裝著湯汁,乾巴巴的,不會再點它。

岩岩開呢間酒樓個時員工服務態度唔係特別好話說近排到樓下飲茶睇到場內full左7成左右冇人等位順手咁行入場內搵位之後突然間有兩位女員工大聲咁叫要拎飛喎⋯⋯心諗 身為一個服務員需唔需要對住個客大聲講野?泥消費 要受盡氣?如果唔想做大可以唔做冇人逼你 連基本既服務都唔識咁開泥做咩?麻煩呢間酒樓既高層Training下啲員工其實有好多次都係咁'篤速'下啲員工有時所謂部長都係咁簡直失敗之作可以執左佢架啦 再係咁樣

麻煩呢間酒樓既高層
Training下啲員工
其實有好多次都係咁
'篤速'下啲員工
有時所謂部長都係咁
簡直失敗之作
