今日揀左:菜底墨西哥雞肉(+$22)煎蛋牛油果鷹嘴豆提子乾Chipotle sauce附近好多自選沙律店舖，但係肉類即叫即煮，隻蛋都係即煎，牛油果即開仲要熟得啱啱好，夠淋唔瘀，菜好新鮮冇燶邊，呢個質素同區少見，唔好俾佢個唔起眼嘅門面呃左

只做外賣沙律嘅小店，$58起就可以自組一個基本沙律。加$22起就有唔同肉類嘅選擇，選擇頗多。沙律菜：唔係剩係得生菜或者羅馬菜。最正係有埋kale! 配菜：有好多健康選擇，包括牛油果、黑豆、鷹嘴豆、紅菜頭之類。醬汁：有少見口味嘅醬汁選擇。試過墨西哥燒烤汁係辣辣地，唔係我喜歡嘅類型。另外試過薄荷牛油果醬汁，薄荷味多過牛油果味。依家下下食個沙律都要成百幾蚊，難得搵到呢間小店，豐儉由人幾十蚊就可以食到。認真係平靚正，我覺得係中上環性價比最高嘅沙律店！見之前有啲劣評係關於服務，確實個店主一到lunch Time忙於整沙律，就唔得閒理人。要係自助落單，然後等沙律到，唔好期待有咩服務。環境：★☆☆☆☆ 食物：★★★★☆ 性價比；★★★★★

The overall taste is fair. The texture of the steak is quite tender in general, except that there are two to three pieces which are slightly too chewy. The blue cheese got a relatively strong flavor, which may not suit the taste of the majority. Therefore I would recommend other types of cheese for beginners. The amount is more than enough. 得知蘇杭街頭有間由2位外藉人士經營嘅餐廳，以沙律為主，咪諗住去試下餐廳只做外賣並冇座位提供沙律唔只有蔬菜，仲有牛肉，雞肉等可供選擇，價錢唔平，我就揀左照燒雞扒沙律客人可以揀多3種toppings (不另收費)，以及醬汁返到office打開盒，見賣相砌得好靚不過雞扒有點燶但都好味沙律本身已經包括車厘茄，生菜，青瓜及紅洋蔥3款toppings我就揀左雞心豆，粟米及牛油果，每樣野都好味，好新鮮dressings都有幾款可以揀，我就揀左唔辣嘅感到係用心製作下次再試下其他沙律

Hands down the best cobb salad in the area! The dressing was delicious. All the ingredients were so fresh, the lettuce was sweet and crisp! The portion is big, good balance of all ingredients. Highly recommendCobb salad真係好好味，所有材料都好新鮮。沙律醬唔會太濃，啱啱好。份量好夠飽，足料。絕對推介！

I work around the Central area, and so oftentimes get lunch nearby Central and Sheung Wan. This place seemed to offer a healthy menu with hearty portion, so I gave it a try. The wrap combo they offer looks nice and comes with soup, so I initially tried to order the wrap combo with salmon. 我畢業到而家，十幾年嚟都一直喺中上環返工，平日午餐多數係沙律、三文治。見到對上一個食評吹噓呢間嘅沙律有幾掂，攪到我都忍唔住特登嚟買。我都係試Cobb Salad，可能因為差唔多兩點先去，青瓜冇晒所以轉咗蘑菇比我。攞上手已經覺得份量十足，不過話晒都收你HK$88，冇可能輕飄飄嘅。我對呢個沙律十二分滿意，雖然係貴，但每一種材料都好好食，唔會撈埋晒得一種味。每食一啖，你都會食得出唔同材料嘅原或鮮味。明顯係好細心咁去準備、選購每一種材料，水準絕對媲美高級餐廳、酒店嘅級數。雖然係貴，但我都一定會再幫襯，因為實在太好食！

呢度既沙律有heart既程度令到我要為佢係openrice度寫第一個食評本人好中意食沙律啊菜啊個d，但可惜d沙律成日都好貴又唔抵食，之前係中環番工俾我搵到呢間！呢度d沙律唔算平，但就一定抵食！大大盒有好多唔同種類既蔬菜，最抵讚係唔止菜既份量多，肉既份量都好多！而且d菜仲要好新鮮，d雞肉好嫩$88既沙律有多款蔬菜、雞肉、藍芝士，仲有全隻雞蛋同埋半個牛油果！無錯，係半個牛油果要知道一個牛油果平平地都要$20所以呢度既沙律絕對係我食過最有heart同埋最抵食既一間要俾10個like啊佢呢度都有得食wrap，又係勁足料，我見排我前面個個買個wrap，卷完有我手瓜咁粗都買係$85，下次可以試試不過呢度落order要用英文，同埋每一樣野食都新鮮製作，如果有人排隊就要等等喇～

Not a cheap place for salad, but they do give you the quality. Lots of healthy choices and your pick of salad dressing.Average you will pay around $80 for a salad, that's the Central price. I had the one with turkey and avocado, the avocado is fresh and about 1/2 of a full. The mix greens are crispy and juicy tomatos. Not too heavy with dressing, just the right amount you won't feel is too much.

saladI got the cobb salad: "grilled chicken, bacon, hard boiled egg, avocado, tomato, cucubmer, iceberg, romaine with dijon vinaigrette."The main thing I did not like about the salad was the dressing.
