香脆椒鹽口味,✨哆頭蟶真的是多吃幾次都不厭,結合了椒鹽的香味和外層脆脆的薄粉,💕更能夠把調味料粘住,肉吃起Q彈,更加入味。另外還加了一個🫶🏻黃金荷葉包,是經典的饅頭類包點炸到金黃色,而且表面撒上了白芝麻,😚口感更香口。加上肉絲和洋蔥絲,😍外脆裡面多汁。有肉的口感,而且醬汁也能被外層的荷葉包吸收,🥢連每口精華都不放過。除此之外,我們還叫了一個🍜興化炒米粉,配料加上海鮮,蝦仁、貝類、紫菜,口感豐富。

娘親話扁肉湯&興化炒米粉都係福建名食,我今次係第一次食扁肉湯,好似迷你雲吞配紫菜湯,入面係包豬肉,連娘親都讚皮薄好食,仲一路食一話紫菜可以降血壓。個湯真係好暖胃,個湯好香紫菜同麻油香味,姊好鐘意!
個米粉只係嗌例牌,但都已經超大碟,好足料,入面都有肥肥既蟶子,係香港好少食到咁幼細既米線,如果人多推介一試。

其實已經食到好飽,但一場黎到,又見到甜品好吸引又唔常見,唔係周圍食到果啲款,所以都嗌左2款甜品試:桂花陳皮燉雪梨 及 薄荷琵琶凍。個燉雪梨全個雪梨上,為免變酸已經係底部刮走個芯,唔會太甜,桂花同陳皮味好足,娘親大讚好清潤,值得推介。薄荷琵琶凍好足料既琵琶果味道,面頭仲有一粒枇杷果肉,喺其他地方真係好少食到呢個甜品

整體嚟講娘親好滿意今次嘅餐廳,之後仲不停推介親戚要去食,真係估唔到,見佢開心我都開心🫶🏻,之後會再帶佢走食。

一年一度既海蟶節又黎啦,每年都要食一次,今年依舊好抵食。海蟶兩食 呢個海蟶兩食真係必食之選,第一個我地揀左鐵板鹽焗蟶,鹽焗呢個煮法令到海蟶既鮮甜味出哂黎,焗完又唔會乾身保留海蟶汁。第二個就係老酒豎海蟶,老酒既酒香味滲透哂入海蟶度,帶出海蟶既香味,加上本第海蟶肥美,真係好食。咸香黃花魚黃花魚切到一塊塊,炸到連骨都可以食,咸咸香香佐酒佐茶都一流。芋香鴨芋頭本第好香,外層仲包住脆漿,入面帶有咸香滷鴨肉,食落好夾。脆皮蒜香雞外皮金黃香脆,雞肉仍然保持濕潤,上面仲鋪滿蒜粒,勁惹味。風味燜苦瓜苦瓜煮到好林身,加埋醬汁調味適中,值得一試。
