今日去咗位於尖沙咀港威商場嘅莆田食飯,適逢聖誕假,莆田都好好生意啊,我哋都等咗一陣位先至有得入去食。最近莆田就推廣緊佢哋嘅海蠣餐牌,包括有海蠣煎,蒜青炒海蠣等。蒜青炒海蠣依家道菜用咗唔少嘅海蠣,海蠣雖然唔算好大隻,但勝在數量較多,肉質都幾飽滿,入口仲有肉汁添。鮑魚紅燒肉紅燒肉口感略為韌,鮑魚就吸收晒成道菜嘅精華,入口爽口彈。原汁焗排骨依家度餸係我全晚最鍾意嘅,非常之有新加坡風味。排骨煮到非常之腍,有胡椒香,入口仲有少少脂肪嘅香味。桂花陳皮燉雪梨呢個甜品我非常之欣賞,用上完個雪梨,入口清甜。加上呢度甜品用咗陳皮調味,令到味道好豐富。整體嚟講,我覺得今餐嘅食物質素非常之好,佢哋新出嘅原汁焗排骨真係好好味。

依家度餸係我全晚最鍾意嘅,非常之有新加坡風味。排骨煮到非常之腍,有胡椒香,入口仲有少少脂肪嘅香味。

桂花陳皮燉雪梨
呢個甜品我非常之欣賞,用上完個雪梨,入口清甜。加上呢度甜品用咗陳皮調味,令到味道好豐富。

整體嚟講,我覺得今餐嘅食物質素非常之好,佢哋新出嘅原汁焗排骨真係好好味。
