綠豆糕,第一次食,已愛上,好似班蘭千層糕中間夾住d綠豆蓉,好有口感,真材實料,好地道有風味,係香港少見食唔到,因為係自家製,值得一試!

總括而言,呢間店既食物質素係令人有驚喜,好正宗好有風味,又抵食,會再encore!!

朋友住在天后,這天便難得來到這個區域探望她,順便吃個晚飯。選址在這家越南餐廳Q1第一郡,大約晚上7時來到這裏,店鋪已經坐滿了人。一心來這裏吃他們招牌的班蘭糕。餐廳食物選擇不多,本來打算點很想一試的米紙卷和班蘭糕,但竟然賣光,就連芒果產品都已經賣光。我們難免失望之情,唯有試試看其他菜式。先來了兩杯牛油果沙冰,新鮮牛油果打成的,所以口感很滑,很足料。點了一碗扎肉撈懞。不消一會兒便上桌了,看到賣相,感覺也十分足料。面頭鋪滿了扎肉還有其他配料,如花生、葱、蘿蔔絲、生菜絲等等,而下面則是已經撈好醋的懞粉。味道配搭上是不錯的,不過可惜不可以自己加醋,因爲本來我是喜歡吃較酸的懞粉。而朋友點的也是撈檬,不過是另一款鷄絲。和扎肉那款一樣,材料也是十分豐富,我嘗了一口,味道比扎肉的味道好像更好,比較惹味,味道也較豐富。除了撈檬,還點了一份餐廳招牌的越式法包。裏面夾著腩肉、扎肉、肉鬆、酸菜、青瓜、肝醬,材料豐富。法包很香脆,裏面夾著的材料味道和口感也很豐富,不過如果肝醬的味道再突出一點就好了。
