最愛皇后餅店的無花果鳥結糖和黑麥包, 鳥結糖基本上間間都有, 但黑麥包得果2, 3間有, 所以每次有機會來此都會買返個第2日焗返熱做早餐~咪睇佢黑mama 又平平地就睇少佢, 其實佢一d都唔簡單,新鮮出燼時外脆內軟不特只, 而且散發陣陣黑麥的獨特香氣, 雖不濃烈但好好聞,加上佢入面有燕麥同小米顆粒, 同埋一d合桃碎, 就更覺得此包有簡單而用心認真之作,雖冇華麗外表及包裝, 但有的是樸實的外表和的內涵, 實在值得一吃再吃~

今日終於經過皇后餅店啦...以前返學成日去買早餐架...好懷念佢既曲奇,一掃掃兩包 !!$36!!~~嘩,數數下一包得18塊...姐係一蚊一塊...都幾貴呀!呢隻朱古力曲奇好正呀....曲奇鬆脆..+埋朱古力正呀 ~~~~~~不過價錢較貴...偶然買黎過口癮好了

之前一直都很喜歡皇后的蝴蝶酥因為酥得黎又夠脆,而且有一粒粒砂糖在面甜甜脆脆十分美味!價錢也不貴呢!今次試新口味:丹麥忌廉筒煙囪餅丹麥忌廉筒十分精美,唧滿雪白的cream酥皮亦很脆,做得十分美味最重要的是甜而不膩,吃完也不覺膩呢!這比蝴蝶酥還更美味!!煙囪餅其實就是牛油蛋糕+塔皮+奶油三樣配搭起來很配合和美味再加上可愛的煙囪造型同面頭的糖霜很有聖誕的感覺呢!很欣賞西餅做得十分精美用心,很有心思**********服務員非常有禮,很細心幫我包起食物,值得一讚!

十一月十三日(星期四)是日大家都分開了吃,但是早餐卻是一樣,就是昨晚買的菠蘿切都算大件呢,而且很重,應該是實心的!菠蘿切是菠蘿蛋糕!面有一層甜甜的jelly,加上菠蘿!好吃呢!而蛋糕本身很牛油,內有菠蘿粒!早餐不錯的選擇呢!

有次無意中經過先知道有新出品又係我最愛既 栗子忌廉手卷$23: 見到個面既栗子就興奮, 因為多到好似溜晒出黎咁! 栗子味不太香淡口, 應該唔係靚貨, 裹面報滿了我最怕既cream…仲好多個隻, 我一路食一路”了”, 都幾煩, 試過就算 !!

Just got 10 mins for a quick lunch before exercise, bought a 什果切 cake. It looks like a chocolate cake. Many raisins and dried fruits inside but it's too sweet indeed. prefer some butter flavour, so maybe 合桃切蛋 is a better choice?!

食完豬扒飯, 仲有空虛感, 行返個圈走到皇后買件cake, 都無乜可選 , 只好叫 栗子蛋糕 $18栗子蓉有3 層 , 面個層比較甜, 因有糖粉有係, 幼滑栗子不夠香, 辛好蛋糕還棉棉的, 比我想像中好, Cream 不多….合我意, 不像坊間的削, 由於飯後食都幾飽下

都算係皇后餅店0既老顧客了,講下幾款產品:菠蘿切:其實係牛油蛋糕,不過鋪D菠蘿係面,個蛋糕好挺身,好有口感,而且好香牛油味,正十字包:食0既時候唔會散,有D橙皮同提子係入面,好有口感,包本身好有牛油味,好香什果切:個蛋糕似朱古力蛋糕,除左提子之外仲有好多乾果,好香好好味皇后餅店0既包味道係幾好,不過就越來越搵笨,每次放假返香港都見佢$1$1咁加價,雖然係好味但係真係有D唔值

尋日同朋友預祝生日, 諗咗好耐先決定到買邊間餅店既蛋糕, 上網見"皇后" 網址內既蛋糕賣相都幾好, 但前日去訂先知道有d款己經無咗, 好彩有幾款都合我心水啫http://www.queenscafe.com/pastry1.htm<外型及味道>士多啤梨味 ($135/磅) ~ 外型非常吸引, 蛋糕面鋪滿士多啤梨同藍莓, 味道唔錯, 朋友話士多啤梨酸, 但我就覺得甜甜地喎p.s. 有d款需要做2日, 最好打去問問

Bought two bread for bfast ytd night with my gf, we bought a onion cheese bread and a sweet rasin bun. THe onion cheese bread is very good, theres some bacon mixed inside the pizza shaped bun and ontop, its full of cheese and onion slices. it has very strong onion n cheese taste, very good. The sweet rasin bun is also very good, it has a strong orange taste, and the skin is crispy and in the middle is soft n chewy, very nice. Will try other things next time

Have been a fan of its scone yet the standard's obviously declining. As compared to those in Das Gute, it was way too hard without the softness it should offer.

I think their coconut tart is better than Maxim's. However it feels a bit greasy afterwards. But I guess coconut tart is never healthy anyway.The sweetness of the coconut pieces are just right, and the base is still crispy (maybe just baked??) It's heavier than other bakery chain's coconut tart. I like it.another recommendation is their banana cake. REALLY BIG and really 'bananaish'. YUM!!

皇后餅店也有最愛的十字包($7), 當然要試不夠牛油味, 不夠牛油的話自然會一咬即碎, 不過raisins & other dried fruits都幾鮮味十字包, 還是prefer車x哥夫好

我是個愛吃甜的人，都來到香港了當然要買個特別的小點心嚕!!看到大家強力推薦他的扭結糖，當然也要給他買一包看看嚕!!不過店員是說花生米通的扭結糖是賣最好的招牌但花生不是我的菜所以我買了朱古力口味的我問店員什麼是米通店員說「吃起來就ㄅㄛㄅㄛ的!!」我心想「ㄅㄛㄅㄛ是什麼？哈哈」不囉嗦!!馬上買來吃!!!外觀看起來就像台灣的牛札糖阿!!原來ㄅㄛㄅㄛ就是有點像米餅的脆勁吃的時候會有脆脆的感覺讓整個扭結糖不單只有軟稠的嚼勁而這嚼勁不會像牛札糖那樣紮實費力我喜歡^ ^
