尋晩男朋友同我補祝情人節,佢好有心思咁book左中環既Rain餐廳,之後我地已經去過2次,覺得好好味,地點又方便,決定再黎食。一入去餐廳,waiter們都好有禮貌同笑容,值得一讚!頭盤有cinnimon stick, 煙三文魚,螺,洋蔥湯同鵝肝,鵝肝非常肥味, 每道菜都好有水準,再黎主菜有鱈魚,鹿肉及千層麵,鱈魚肉質鮮甜,鹿肉既味道似牛肉,比牛肉淡味,唔錯!食到千層麵我同男朋友都幾飽,但千層麵都好足料,蕃茄醬味道啱啱好,最後甜品有心太軟及火焰雪糕,為Lee餐情人節大餐劃上一個完美嘅句號! continue reading

情人節因為要就女朋友放工 同埋唔想畀人劏0既關係 就揀左呢間餐廳食飯。間鋪五六個時十點後係任飲場, 不過 轉左食飯 環境都ok wor ~情人節黎講呢度算唔錯,以呢個價錢黎講嘢食都ok ~ 最好就係 環境好 同埋佢地個menu 有心思~~ 唔知其他節日會唔會有咩special呢~ continue reading

十一月廿五日,感恩節前後 ,難得工作輕鬆下來,是日已一早約了工作上的大姐,大哥,當天有點所託人非人的感覺,未到最後一刻都未知食點,那天早上還有點傍惶之隮,選址蘭桂坊。對此地有點陌生,亦印象一般,吵耳聲樂,對我來說,絕對"聞風喪膽"。但這一刻,沒有選擇,只有順着…星期五晚,還有位?!應該不是城中熱點,抱著但求跟朋友相聚的心情…對不起一直都說着好像委屈的,才可以讓你感受餐廳食物的水準。坐下先來個白酒煮蜆:略咸 但蜆肉尚鮮。奉上蒜蓉包及檻欖醬:我吃得最多 叫了set dinner. 失望只有sea bass已經不再在menu上。頭盤全選了鵝肝:不是頂級,但接受。主菜選了: 羊架,牛眼扒及雪魚…嘩!肉的份量,驚人的大,做得好,及晚餐價錢同一作比較下,可算是不錯。真的不錯。 甜品就笑大了嘴,Creme Burlee的訂位還可接受,雖然一般,但那個大如面盤的提子酥卷,令我們全枱捧腹,連服務員都給我們感染! 冇問題,將貨就價,明白,明白...雖然這裏情調似暗了燈的高貴茶餐廳,十點後又變成了酒吧式食店,如果只為用上一餐經濟餐,這裏絕對不失望。不防一試, 服務員亦招呼週到,笑容可掬! 努力呀!用心,一定會成功的! continue reading

星期六約了數位同樣愛食的朋友見面,搵餐廳首選免開瓶費的,中上環也有很多選擇,最後鎖定此地.星期六晚飯時段既蘭桂坊冇想過會咁少食客,此餐廳位處某雪糕店對面樓上,竟然得我們一臺客 我想他們要好好做下宣傳功夫了!7:35pm4位到齊可以落order了. 頭盤大家都叫不同既salad,有鵝肝,,煙三文魚,蟹肉及蜆肉拚蝦salad.賣相很好.鵝肝幾大片,煎得香脆(友人請我試少少 ) 我既煙三文魚合格,另外2款salad係清(蟹肉)及少少咸(蜆+蝦), 大家都滿意之後上餐湯,得2款選擇: cream mushroom or carrot chicken ,cream mushroom好多菇蓉,好香濃,carrot chicken清湯相對失色了,仲有d似金X雜菜雞湯main course: 2位點燒羊架伴薯蓉,1位點燒牛扒,1 位點香煎鱸魚,燒羊架我要求7成熟,有dd over cooked ,不過紅肉我唔喜歡太生,算佢過關.食羊最最最怕係有陣羶味,此羊架冇此問題,肉質尚可,調味合到好處,good job!另鱸魚也非常滑,半點腥味都冇,我試過其他更貴價餐廳既煎鱸魚,都冇做得咁美味,相信魚肉既分佔去85% , 另外靠手勢及調味了. 至於牛扒,分量大大件, 友人又慷慨分d俾我試, 肉質與味道也屬於合格吧,對牛扒本人一向興趣不大.見友人食得滋味,應該唔會差最後甜品係cream brulee ,中規中矩,如果size大番些少就更滿足了!品嚐美食係一種樂趣,有酒相伴更可提升胃口.我們帶左2支酒來開餐,一紅一白, 有食有講有笑之下,2支酒好快就報消了.哩餐除左用指定信用卡有9折外仲慳左酒錢,4人埋單共$1170 ,絕對合理tips: 餐廳10點後轉open bar任飲,會播clubbing music及嘈一點,如想繼續傾計10點後自行轉地方! continue reading

may 13, 11, 2人來dinner,叫咗 : set dinner x 21) 麵包-上枱時,佢哋喺冒煙的-入口暖熱,都算脆,亦有明顯牛油蒜蓉味-不錯2) 沙律 i) mango crab meat thousand islands sauce salad-蟹肉同芒果混埋1齊,伴以mixed沙律菜-蟹肉也有其鹹鮮味,而芒果就有點果甜品-ok的1個頭盤 ii) shrimps & clams w/garlic white wine sauce-有3隻大蝦,很爽脆,不過鮮味道1般-蜆肉就好細隻,但就有鮮味-個汁好夠味,幾好飲,忍唔住飲咗幾"羮" 3) 湯i) white truffle cream soup x 2-見好多食家都話佢個truffle湯好味,咁當然要試吓啦-小"杰"-果然好有菇菌味,很香也鮮,面層相信喺truffle oil-得 4) 主菜i) grilled sea bass w/lemon butter sauce (hk$268)-這也是餐廳嘅名物-魚肉很嫩滑,juicy,亦好出魚嘅油香味,但幸好食唔到腥味-喺我嘅印象中,sea bass唔應該喺咁重魚油嘅魚種,呢種味道好似喺食cod fish時會遇到的,拉了侍應來問,佢話呢個喺sea bass,回家上fb請教朋友,其1食友回覆了-咁又學多樣嘢,修正咗自己1直以來嘅謬誤-個薯蓉球濕潤度高,好好味,因除咗足薯味外,仲濃牛油味,懷疑有+芝士添 ii) grilled aus lamb chop w/rosemary sauce (hk$288)-要咗5成熟,但應是over咗5成-唔多有羊味,肉亦不太嫩,不過又未至於"鞋"-普通 5) 甜品i) creme brulee x 2-面層嘅burnt sugar好薄好薄-燉蛋有蛋香,滑度都ok-友人略嫌佢嘅溫度怪怪的,唔喺熱又唔喺凍,只喺室溫* 多謝友人請食飯* $3xx元喺中環食到4個courses嘅dinner,我覺得已是好抵食了 * 這裡嘅食物選擇不多,就算是a la carte,都喺set dinner上見到嘅款式,只喺個別標番個價啫 continue reading
