Introduction
Rajasthan Rifles is an exploration into the coming together of two cultures. Anglo-Indian cuisine is the delicious by-product of a fragile period in history. One of the first places that these two cuisines met was in the army. In the 1920s the British Indian Army stationed in the subcontinent started accepting Officers of Indian heritage and the mess halls were where everyone came together to eat but also to socialise, play cards and connect. Rajasthan Rifles is Black Sheep Restaurant’s salute to what we imagine their Officers’ mess hall was serving.

今天去了龍虎山爬山，直接爬到了山頂，因為到了山頂已經非常餓了，早上都沒吃，就在山頂的一些廣場找了一些餐廳，有一間印度餐廳rehashing rifles,因為從來都沒有吃過印度餐廳看到網路上評價又很好就進去吃了。因為有五個人，所以可以點很多的菜色，大家可以share .Chicken butter: 雞肉非常入味，有濃濃的butter香味,配上Garlic nana,手工現做好濃的garlic味，餅皮好好吃，兩個真的是好配。我們還另外叫了原味的Nana又好濃的牛油味道也很好吃, 再點了一份Vegetable 咖哩拌著吃也是很好吃，Chicken tikka: 雞肉烤的非常脆，juicy, 肉非常的有味道，再加上醬料很好吃.這家餐廳用了很多香料吃起來的東西都很有層次，大致上都很好吃，而且服務又很好，overall very good

第1次來這間餐廳不得不說，服務真的很好面對面笑容很好用餐回家後還會send email來祝福你中間仲會不停幫你加水真係服務好好😄室內裝修好有氣氛出面山頂廣場燈光變色，會映照室內所以好靚😍食物大部份都好辛辣大家要預好心理準備就算話唔辛辣，最後都係辛辣🤣🤣🤣但香料味好夠，好香好夠味唔會死咸甜品是openrice訂座優惠送嘅太甜了，可能比較似返印度口味最後感受覺得喜歡氣氛好，喜歡辛辣的人可以試下，值得去

Black sheep 旗下的高級主題印度菜，設計很有新意，服務員穿著軍裝，菜單很像軍營菜單設計，還有推薦歷史意義的gin tonic，用餐體驗一流～這次我吃了chicken butter, 加了garlic nann.味道很不錯～在open rice 預定還送signature 甜品，好大一塊treacle tart，有點甜，然後餐廳又貼心地送了兩杯chai tea，一點點姜味，冬日裡特別暖～體驗感滿分💯～下次還來試吃別的～

This is our first time to the Rifle At the beginning, the reservation by phone was very enthusiastic and polite. The receptionist asked if there were any special celebrations. We said we were celebrating our "20"Yrs Wedding anniversary. The day we came, they prepared a table by the window for us, which was very comfortable. Our waitress, Aline, recommended the shrimp and chicken curry. The food was indeed delicious. After dessert, the restaurant served us sparkling wine and took some fun photos of us holding guns and wearing hats. We really enjoyed it and had a lot of fun. A special thank you to your staff for an excellent memorial lunch, we will definitely be back next time very soon

去山頂吃飯從來祇會去舊山頂餐廳。今天心血來潮，覺得要嘗試新餐廳，隨便走進Rifles，Reception 說我們衹得 one minute，Why? 原來餐廳逢11am 至noon，祇提供drinks，好，一分鐘就一分鐘，我在友人間以有food instinct 而薄有名氣，就被指派用20秒點菜(因為早已花了40秒在不知為了什麼的擾攘上)，Reception 介紹All Day Breakfast，Of course NO，在印度菜館吃beacon & sausage，是有點浪費，有點丟臉，就要一份雞，一份米糕，一份煎餅和拉茶吧。米糕和煎餅都是素食，都是非常新鮮，香料百味紛陳，卻又非常調和，都是令人吃不停。最最最不得了的是雞，雞肉很鲜嫩，而且奇異地每一口也有炭烤香味，更奇異是這炭烤香味完全沒有被咖哩汁蓋過，配Naan吃，很快便被我們吃清光，我必須要說這道咖哩雞是我吃過最美味的印度菜。最後是慢慢歎一杯拉茶，一個快樂的午後。
