行經海港城就被呢間咖啡店吸引左我門口有大大個霓虹咖啡杯logo原來係Ralph’s品牌嘅咖啡店難怪開係品牌隔離，仲要係互通架不過可惜無座位，只有一張細細嘅圓枱所以只嗌了一杯咖啡便離開Cortado (Hot) $40其實我未飲過亦都唔知係乜店員話比平時咖啡份量少一點味道就有點像latte不過奶味就少一點咖啡味就會濃一點於是我就選擇了這款幸好沒有選錯咖啡味真係幾香濃味道像espresso加奶但又沒有espresso咁苦幾岩口味👍🏻

於是我就選擇了這款
幸好沒有選錯
咖啡味真係幾香濃
味道像espresso加奶
但又沒有espresso咁苦
幾岩口味👍🏻

因為潮流，好多服飾大品牌都開咗自己嘅咖啡店。之前westwood嘅咖啡店備受批評，而且好多大brand所做嘅fnb line水準相當參差，所以本身都完全冇期望咁去試Ralph Lauren嘅咖啡。外賣杯相當精緻，個size都唔細，叫咗一杯drip coffee，估唔到都幾好飲，而且價錢絕對唔貴。咖啡嘅味道偏向於咖啡豆嘅炭烤味, 完全沒有酸味，飲落都幾順口，cp值都算係幾高喎。而且仲要係尖沙咀海港城入面，買完咖啡仲可以去隔離睇埋衫添！

近呢一年開始覺得自己有老去既跡象以前只會飲green tea latte 既我轉眼已經成為每個星期都要飲至少兩杯咖啡既輕熟女🤦🏿‍♀️Hot latte $45好飲指數:6.8/10而家連ralph lauren 都在開coffee shop 主打外賣咖啡 成間舖既design 都好美式feel 以綠色階磚做主題 引黎唔少人潮聖不過拉花比較普通同鬆散奶泡未算好細緻 但都合格咖啡豆濃而不苦 無帶酸味不過 就係未算好特別當你發現你有咖啡癮既時候 😭已經代表你老掉了📍 Ralph's Coffee尖沙咀廣東道3-27號海港城海運大廈3樓OT311A, 312, OT312A, 313號舖

When one thinks of Ralph Lauren, one thinks of clothes.  Clothes that hark an all American  style of classic shapes and tailoring. Impeccable but not exciting like haute couture. It's sellable. Ralph Lauren opened up Ralph's Coffee in NYC (though it has now closed), serving your good old American coffee.  They have now opened a new shop in Hong Kong to meet  the growing demands of trend setters who just want to walk around with a cup of coffee from a fashion house. Located in Tsim Sha Tsui's Harbor City, right next to the Ralph Lauren store, is the shop.

Menu is in English only. There is no 10% service charge as it is take away only. There are no tables (except for one lone tiny one in the corner). There is not even counter space. They really do expect you to take your coffee and LEAVE. This bears the question, what to do when you order cake? And a coffee? To me, it's pretty difficult to hold two items and try to eat. Considering this entire mall (and the vicinity outside) has no where to place even your shopping bag. I guess ... high tail it to McDonald's we go!

But I was here to try the coffee. How will it be served, Mr. Lauren? I ordered a latte ($45). Much like the brand, it was in a nice classic white coffee cup with the logo. For $45, this was a decent size. It was actually a lot bigger than what I usually order (which is a tall). So, price of the coffee definitely was inexpensive.

They even made a nice hear shape latte art. For take away, that was pretty nice. Taste? It was not that great. It was ok. Average. But not a great cup of coffee. It wasn't fragrant enough. It wasn't smooth. It had a bit of gritty after taste. It wasn't acidic nor was it nutty. It was like I had ordered something from Pacific Coffee or Starbucks. It felt just like the clothes itself. Nice. Wearable. Boring.

The entire experience was exactly like the clothes. The staff was cordial and nice. The design of the shop was classic and safe. Even the coffee was ok for the average consumer. But for those that love coffee, there are far better ones  in the city, Tsim Sha Tsui included. For that, I doubt I'd be back though my friend informed me the hot chocolate was better. I may be curious to try the hot chocolate. We'll see. But for now, no on the coffee.

去完幫襯東京冠軍沾麵之後，經過去坐巴士嘅途中就見到期待已久嘅Ralph ‘s coffee，呢間係繼NYC、倫敦、巴黎和芝加哥之後，在香港開設亞洲首間分店。人真係多，當然我哋都有幫襯啦，不過依間店只限 take away ！間鋪大約得100 ft ，pop up 咁細哥哥仔話Ralph’s coffee 全部由美國La Colombe 烘焙的， 仲可以一罐罐咁買走。試咗杯flat white 睇吓好唔好飲，一飲之下發現。。噢！美式咖啡咪又係dark roasted 咁你都知個味道係點啦

Ralph ‘s coffee今日路經這家新開的咖啡店，裝修型格，真有這時裝品牌的調子，簡約時尚。這兒完全沒有設座位，只有一張小圓桌供立食。Coffee $35-$60，牛角麵包$ 20， brownies $30, muffins & cookies $20, 五款Sandwiches $48-$78，signature chocolate cake$60。牛角包是由前四季主廚Bakehouse 供應的，估唔到在這兒不用排隊也可吃到他的牛角麵包，而且價錢一樣。Latte $45咖啡大大杯，是以非洲、南美同亞洲豆烘焙而成，入口十分柔順，咖啡味十足，隱約之中有少少nutty flavor,又幾奶滑。原來咖啡是用明治奶冲調，難怪咁香滑。Ralph’s chocolate cake $60店員說朱古力旦糕是這店的招牌，為食的我不得不試。這旦糕大大件，外層有香醇軟滑的朱古力，而朱古力旦糕有五層，旦糕質地軟熟，每一層中間都夾有朱古力忌廉，朱古力味極之濃厚，是黑朱古力的醇香。味道雖然甜美，但又唔會覺得甜膩。我還試了一口brownies, 水準也十分不錯，滿滿的是朱古力的味道。不過個人覺得一個人食朱

店員說朱古力旦糕是這店的招牌，為食的我不得不試。這旦糕大大件，外層有香醇軟滑的朱古力，而朱古力旦糕有五層，旦糕質地軟熟，每一層中間都夾有朱古力忌廉，朱古力味極之濃厚，是黑朱古力的醇香。味道雖然甜美，但又唔會覺得甜膩。我還試了一口brownies, 水準也十分不錯，滿滿的是朱古力的味道。不過個人覺得一個人食朱古力旦糕，份量有點多，還是share 好一點，若是一個人可試以brownies伴咖啡也很合適。整體感覺唔錯，可以一訪。
