had a birthday meal for my friend this evening in their semi private room located on the top floor. a decent italian restaurant with good pasta and steak. we love their carbonara the most and the tiramisu at the end was simply fantastic. the wine selection is good as well and we enjoyed a free corkage for our own wine upon purchasing a wine at the restaurant. price around $700 per head and its worth a visit!

呢間新餐廳之前好難book, 竟然今次即日book到。環境裝修service ok, 但食物坦白係好一般(直情可以叫做唔好食😅)本身都期待佢個home made pasta,無論味道質感連隻碟presentation 都真係好麻麻,Chak or even Pici 都好食過佢好多…(I am so sorry)價錢方面開左支酒per head 都係大約$800,係唔貴的。但都係嗰句,要好食先得😂新店熱度可能完結了,如果要有翻頭客真係要響食物味道方面諗諗計

今晚同朋友補祝生日飯,佢揀咗呢間想試好耐嘅意大利餐廳🍴地點有啲難搞,位於西營盤同上環中間,仲係uphill🤓餐廳有2層,環境餐桌擺設都好有fine-dining feel🍴睇一睇餐牌,又唔算好貴🫠|Burrata Cheese|- 好水潤圓轆轆嘅burrata好可愛,切開啲cheese同水流哂出嚟,配埋蕃茄好match!- 平時burrata都係配cherry tomato同火箭菜,今次配大粒蕃茄,加咗少少橄欖油,burrata好香淡淡牛奶味同好soft嘅cheese味,好好味😋|Garlic clam pasta| - 一擺低已經聞到好香,係好簡單garlic配少少辣椒加橄欖油煮嘅意粉,但簡單就是美味,好有驚喜😍|Tomato pasta| - 以為tomato pasta係好出名就試試佢,但有少少失望,就係好普通嘅蕃茄意粉。|Rib-eye|- Medium cook, 好重牛味又好juicy, a good steak it is😋|Tiramisu|- 每次食意大利嘢最期待就係佢個Tiramisu, 但呢度太重芝士味,有啲失望🥹- 寫生日字都寫得好靚,thank you🥰總括來說,環境舒服寧靜,burrata同意粉都好好食,係一間fine dining setting嘅法式小店。性價比都唔錯,好適合情侶,閨蜜,三五知己打吓卡同慶祝嘅地方🥰

上環嘅意大利餐廳Ramato,餐廳有兩層,裝修環境有氣氛,下層係酒吧,上層係餐廳。前菜八爪魚沙律,估唔到八爪魚好新鮮,配沙律好清新,好開胃。本身非常期待龍蝦龍粉,但味道同意粉口感普通,份量亦偏少。同另外兩位朋友share食一條魚,份量非常大,意式的煮法,調味唔錯,但條魚本身有少少泥味,唔算好好食,最後都食唔晒。甜品都ok,每檯都有點tiramisu,仲叫埋cannoli,兩款甜品都好食,尤其是cannoli,個皮唔會太厚,啱返香港人口味。餐廳氣氛幾好,而且店員幾nice,適合約埋三五知己晚餐或慶生。

Ramato主打南意大利菜,手工意粉、牛排、海鮮,選擇唔多但每樣都好精緻。餐廳有兩層,下層係户外座位+吧位,上層係溫馨復古家庭風格,影相打卡都好睇!服務很好,好勤力斟水😂我好欣賞廚房能夠將三碟一齊上。*Burrata & Camone $188Burrata芝士香滑新鮮,有淡淡奶香,配搭camone番茄、新鮮羅勒葉、橄欖油,清爽唔膩。可以配搭前菜酸種麵包/橄欖油包食,無論係餐包定芝士,我都非常推!Pappardelle Al Ragu $178手工意粉闊度起碼有1.5吋😂厚身、煙韌,中間微夾生,真係煮到al dente,對我嚟講偏向過生。肉醬用豬肉、茄子,肉味濃到好似牛肉肉醬咁,番茄味恰到好處,唔會過甜過酸。入面仲好似加咗茴香粉,不過唔係好食得出。Ravioli di Ricotta e Spinaci $168意大利雲吞外層意粉皮偏厚,看似飽滿但其實餡料唔多。Ricotta芝士+菠菜係經典組合,味道比較淡,所以有少許雞湯提味。Trofie & Pesto alla Genovese $178扭紋型意粉同樣煮到al dente,中間微夾生,掛住滿滿嘅青醬,羅勒味十分濃郁,配搭青豆、薯仔粒意外唔錯。
