手工意粉闊度起碼有1.5吋😂厚身、煙韌,中間微夾生,真係煮到al dente,對我嚟講偏向過生。肉醬用豬肉、茄子,肉味濃到好似牛肉肉醬咁,番茄味恰到好處,唔會過甜過酸。入面仲好似加咗茴香粉,不過唔係好食得出。
