今晚四名好友飯聚,在鴨脷洲光顧小店 ...先往鴨脷洲街市買點海鮮,由於大家都是下班才到,街市已收得七七八八,但還可以買了些好東西,包括1/一條剛仙遊的老鼠班,$200,2/一盤奄奄一息的九節蝦,但還活著的,$150,3/三條中型墨魚,生猛,$200 ...這條老鼠斑仔,香滑,“抵到爛”,蒸得剛好,肉吃完了,脊骨還有點血絲,證明火侯掌握得十分好。由於蝦已奄奄一息,所以用豉油王煎蝦碌方法烹調,全部開肚,蝦鬚蝦腳剪得乾乾淨淨,走油,殼炸得脆卜卜,薄薄的一層豉油汁,幾乎連殼也可以吃,十分美味。三條生猛墨魚,師傅提議不是椒鹽就是白灼,我選了香口的做法,但可能炸得有點久,有點韌,整體還是美味的。凍冰冰,吃完海鮮,再點個“羊腩煲” ... 很多塊都帶皮,騷味不十分重,足料,香,最後添了兩盤生菜,很過癮。不夠菜,還點了一個“啫啫通菜煲”,爆炒過的料頭,有蝦米、肉碎,香,惹味!連啤酒汽水,小店收了我們九百多,連海鮮費,每人才三百多,抵吃! continue reading

今日天氣凍,又心思思想食羊腩煲,可惜打電話去訂嘅時候,已經賣晒啦!幸好老闆娘阿芝,介紹我試一個連菜牌都冇嘅,胡椒豬肚雞腳骨煲!於是我就買來試一試,看看味道如何!嘩,胡椒雞湯超甜,我先喝了一碗湯,然後才開始吃其他!用料豐富,豬骨豬肚雞腳分量十足,還有粟米和冬瓜,非常豐富!我買嘅時候仲擔心唔夠食,所以加多一份枝竹,但其實都不用了,因為我同老公兩個人都吃不下!豬骨雞腳和豬肚都很霖和入味!我個人覺得最好味係豬骨,因為骨肉勻稱,非常美味! continue reading
