香港大酒樓因為租金問開始越嚟越少,逐漸比小型點心鋪取代,呢間紅爵御宴應該都算元朗區碩果僅存既幾間大酒樓之一。紅爵有超大既空間,可以容納數百人,裝修懷舊好似置身幾十年前既時空,周圍顧客都係老人家為主。點心方面點了豉汁鳳爪,黑椒金錢肚,紅棗糕,芝士鮮蝦卷,仲叫左燒肉半份同臘腸鮮雞飯。每樣食物都不過不失,普普通通,無咩特別之處,但勝在價錢公道,就算係假日時間,加埋都係200開頭,間中懷舊下舊式酒樓都係幾好既活動。

講真,這間酒樓係雲雲元朗酒樓之一,價錢合理。相對比深水埗區嘅酒樓黎講,價錢差不多。而佔用地方就大得多。

裝修方面,對於傳統酒樓黎講算中上,幾好。相信要大量擺酒嘅酒樓,這間一定冇問題。地點算方便,元朗巿中心嘅巿中心。當然,如果你唔係住係元朗就一定覺得直頭偏僻。

味道,ok! 菜式就普通,冇太傳統野,又冇新穎野。所以,“老”朋友或省錢朋友,又鐘意飲茶嘅你一定唔可以錯過。

值得一讚係佢地嘅 普洱茶,竟然有菊花。有心思❤️

帶母親出街飲茶,一定要精挑細選。首先要環境好,又要食物質素高。幸好地,搵到依間飲茶好去處!母親大讚環境好,樓底高,空間感夠,坐得好舒服。不過,地方大就顯得人手不足。有時需要耐性啲去等服務員過嚟招呼。重點係要嘢食好抵食,這個就令人滿意午市粉麵飯好大碟,兩母女都食唔完,大食仔岩哂!我個人覺得點心必點:長春卷+蝦餃+叉燒包(私心推介)。總之,母親滿意,我就滿意。

每次黎呢間酒樓都係為左食乳豬飯,點解?因為又抵又好食,包一碗飯及一碟乳豬,仲要分開上唔會就咁將D乳豬放係飯面上就算,$48咋係咪抵先?而且乳豬又夠脆,推介!另外見到上湯焗西澳州龍蝦伊麵有半份可以點($98),又叫黎試下,味道都正正常常喎,仲有幾件龍蝦肉食,上湯汁就一般,有好多洋蔥係入面!

今天一個人入了元朗辦事,很快又到了中午飯的時閒,叫了個朋友一起來紅爵吃飯聚吓。上到去見地方空間感十足 , 有很多盞大型的水晶燈,有些金碧輝煌的感覺 。雖然已經1點多,仍有很多食客。今天我們倆都不覺得太餓,只點了個點心拼盤和金蒜海王炒飯。點心拼盤有一般,共有六款,每樣一粒,我想都是大量生產和交貨,味道是 和其他酒樓差不多,中規中矩未見有什麼突出處,而且可能蒸的時間過長,粉菓的皮有點爆閞和過霖,影響了外觀;不過看價錢只是30元不到,這些都是可以無奈地接受。反而個炒飯就覺得相當之好,首見到飯之賣相吸引之餘,更聞到陣陣炒飯的香味傳來,可以見到每顆飯粒分明,入口每粒都有咬口感,配以蝦和瑤、柱粒、菜粒配料。 蝦咬落亦算彈牙,瑤柱粒也有鮮味, 蒜粒炸得金黃不會過火,鋪在飯面來點綴,相當有香味和引起食慾, 遺憾的是蒜粒份量太少了,整碟飯來說都可算是做得色香味俱全,值得一試!下次入元朗都會再來試其他菜式。

點心拼盤有一般,共有六款,每樣一粒,我想都是大量生產和交貨,味道是 和其他酒樓差不多,中規中矩未見有什麼突出處,而且可能蒸的時間過長,粉菓的皮有點爆閞和過霖,影響了外觀;不過看價錢只是30元不到,這些都是可以無奈地接受。

見好耐冇去呢間酒樓試下,所以諗住一家人去飲吓茶……嗰日我哋叫咗幾樣點心同一條炒嘢食……菜心上面油太多,而且太淋。蝦肉唔新鮮,食落去全部都係冰鮮嘅味道。呢一樣係我嗰日食咁多樣嘢之中算係比較好嘅,材料比較新鮮。沙薑味不足,雞腳唔夠淋,咬唔開,比較韌。比較多油,而且米粉同一般其他酒樓嘅不同,食落去好似粉絲一樣。另外,酒樓內所有員工都懶洋洋的,全部都只顧聊天、看電視及手提電話,而且對客人嘅服務態度極差。

約了家人飲茶,選了元朗紅爵御宴,此酒樓非常之旺,差不多等了半小時才有位,坐低看餐牌才知道是季季紅集團,當然最出名就是乳豬,及有米乳豬,約六百元一隻,二話不說,就點了半隻,320元,份量不少,食落皮脆肉嫩,有水準,不愧為招牌菜, 配甜醬砂糖,不覺肥膩,味覺提升,四個人剛好,其他點心就一般般,因即叫即蒸,時間比較等得耐啲。可能現在請人真的很困難,傳菜方面手忙腳亂, 很容易搞錯枱號搞錯帳單,埋單時真要小心小心睇單。

今日同呀媽去元朗閒逛,誤打誤撞,去咗呢間酒樓食晏。酒樓係1樓,似係新開張,地下大堂有d似酒店,但外圍就係竹棚嘅花牌,中西對比,有趣有趣。我地2人,叫咗以下野食…魚翅灌湯餃 - 賣相唔錯,有成粒乾 瑤柱喺面 但隻灌湯餃一條假魚翅都冇,有一大堆肥膏,兩粒好細嘅蝦段,唔掂呀!燒腩仔 - 賣相好,睇到肥膏同肉一層層咁,皮係脆嘅,算唔錯。鳳爪蒸排骨飯 - 一個煲仔咁上,份量算多,正常味道。芋絲脆春卷 - 有4條,油,我接受到,但呀媽接受唔到,哈哈。埋單約$140﹐以星期六去飲茶,算係平,但質數普普通通啦。

第一次嚟呢度聚餐,今次差不多有5圍人,晚上6點幾7點就開始個個陸續到酒樓等,通常其他酒樓都會擺定啲花生響枱面俾人食住等但呢間係無囉!就算我哋問經理,佢都話唔會有呢度真係扣哂分囉!到上菜時間,第一樣乳豬拼盤係凍嘅!同埋分量少!1圍12個嘅分量真係少囉!仲有個蠔豉冬菇髮菜,咸到苦,佢哋仲要用咸豬手放底到中段終於有啲熱嘢食,就係個翅同炸花枝!味道係幾好嘅!尾段嚟嘅魚同雞都係微暖魚嘅味道都尚可,雞就全晚最好味最熱辣辣就係馬拉糕!等咗成晚終於見到熱到出煙嘅嘢食了個紅豆沙唔可以話係紅豆沙囉!係紅豆沙溝水!無味兼飲到好似水同豆分開嘅感覺!
