今日同屋企人去呢間紅樓食鴨,中間叫左一隻全鴨,一開始都唔知呢間野咁伏,因為我啊媽想拿隻鴨身反屋企煲湯,佢地就話d 鴨俾師傅片過,會好唔靚仔,暗示拿反去都無mud 肉,咁我家姐就想唔要,但因為我啊媽係師奶,覺得幾大都唔好浪費,因為隻全鴨要698蚊,咁好啦,上菜gei時候,我地食食下發現點解d 鴨一半左右都係得皮,一半皮連肉gei,d 肉都好少,跟住因為唔係咁飽,又覺得隻全鴨點解3個人食都唔夠飽,我地就打開包好隻鴨啦,點知隻鴨基本大部分gei 肉都無處理過,真係見到好火,如果唔係我啊媽堅持要拿反屋企煲湯,真係唔知佢地咁樣處理隻鴨,我唔知佢地點解要阻撓我地拿反隻鴨身,我唔知佢地係慣常咁隨便dump左食客隻698蚊gei鴨落垃圾桶,一係就自己師傅食左去,完全lum 唔到咩好gei解釋。我奉勸各位食客,點都要拿反隻鴨身走,真係唔食唔知呢間野咁唔專業😡 continue reading

好耐無寫過食評啦,一年一度母親節晚飯就評論一吓。因為四人限聚令所以唔係間間都啱坐,揾咗好多間餐廳先揾到匿到可六人枱中間有離板。經open rice一早book咗枱,早幾日佢就打嚟confirm,但係miss咗個call。打返電話返去聽電話個同事話唔係佢負責,叫我遲d再打去。點知打咗兩日都無人聽電話。跟住我夜又打,日又打都無人聽。最終母親節前一晚終於打通confirm到張枱。本來book咗6點食,早咗幾個字上到去,一張枱都無。但confirm枱嗰陣佢話可能要遲比枱我地因為佢地無落場時間,驚上一枱客人未走。但竟然一枱客都無。佢安排咗一張冷氣機風口枱比我地,我地同佢講轉隔離枱(因為見佢都係安排6人枱),扎馬尾個女侍應話安排晒唔比轉,只可關咗個冷氣。ok咁算,但點知我地食完走都未有人坐。坐定咗點野食啦,本來想叫半隻片皮鴨,但短頭髮個女侍應話只可叫一隻,無半隻order,一隻要等個半鐘先上到菜。明佢係即整要等,但如果係咁點解唔試下在confirm枱時問定客人會唔會想order咗先,咁咪唔洗等咁耐。所以最終無order到。好啦,講返d野食先醬油抄手-不過不失,正常。花雕醉雞-酒味唔算好濃。黑豚肉义燒皇-匿個第一輪就落咗order,但最後先嚟,唔知係咪因為即燒。但ok既,佢係熱住咁上,有好多蜜糖响底,幾好味。梅菜扣肉-可以唔洗試,普通過普通。脆皮吊燒雞(半隻)- 唔算好乾,可以接受。冰鎮鮑魚同椒鹽鮮鮑魚粒-兩者都食唔出鮮味。鮮鳳梨咕嚕肉-匿個可以,唔太酸,仲有菠蘿伴碟。招牌炒飯-竟然一上菜就上咗個飯先,叫咗d小食一個都未到,係咪我地太早order個飯。炒白菜仔-正常菜。最後叫咗幾個甜品-杞子桂花糕,生磨杏仁茶,脆香蛋散,芝麻豆沙煎餅。最好味係豆沙煎餅,既做夠熱同脆,蛋散都脆不過唔熱,所以應該唔係即整。最差係桂花糕。整體嚟講匿間餐廳可以做好d,食物又唔係差到唔好食嗰種,但甜品比主菜好食。最後讚吓執枱專員,佢係咁多個侍應當中最有禮貌既一位。帶住口罩都feel到佢係笑笑口嗰種唔係面無表情。 continue reading
